Build: Very limber and lanky. Tends to be a bit on the skinny side but is well muscled and well boned. His legs are especially long.

Mare/ Crush: has plenty of crushes

Personality: Pretty goofy but always wants to seem manly and macho when he's really got the personality of a puppy. He loves to relax and be lazy, but he knows when it's time to get down to work. Also tends to be pretty cranky when he feels unappreciated.

Likes: Galloping, apples, anything apple flavored, burning energy, horse playing, mares, his friends.

Dislikes: When it's too hot, when it's too cold, anything he deems scary, horses that challenge him, being forced to do something.

History: Shah was born in Arizona, and when he was really young, he almost died from a disease called "strangles". He was never sold to the Colonel but was kept there for a short time while on his base when he became part of the Pony Express. When Spirit broke the other horses out, Shah was the last horse to run away, not because he hated people or wanted to be free but because he was caught up in the chaos and too afraid to go back. So for now, he roams around in the wild, trying to survive even though he's definitely not a mustang. His spooky attitude usually gets him away from trouble.

     He eventually is recaptured and identified as a Pony Express horse and returned to the base. He meets a mare named Juniper and they become pretty close friends.

Relation to Spirit: Was "freed" by Spirit while being kept on the Colonel's army base.
