TARAJI'S BIRTH:
It was a warm and sunny day in The Water Pride,the king of the pride King Kesho was sitting outside looking nervously.His mate Queen Usiku was giving birth to Kesho's cub and the pride's next heir.Princess Sena who's the king's stepdaughter was walking around nervously.Then a lioness run outside.
"It's a girl it's a girl!"The lioness yeld
Sena run inside followed by King Kesho and the lionesses who were wachting the cub outside the cave.Queen Usiku licked her cub on the head while it turned around looking at her father and (half)sister.
"She's beautiful Usiku,how shall we name her?"Kesho askted
"What about Taraji?"Usiku askted
"That's sounds perfect,my little Taraji."Kesho said and smiled to his daughter
"Yeah i have a little sister!"Sena yelled of joy and jumped around
Then 2 lions stood infront of the cave it was King Kesho's parents and former king and queen King Tanabi and Queen Dhaifu who wanted to see there newborn granddaughter.Tanabi stept towards Usiku and looked at Taraji.
"Hey there littleone who's the cuttest baby who's the cuttest baby?"
Taraji smilled to her grandfather and then Tanabi put his finger on her belly and then...
"Aaaaaaahhhhh!"Tanabi yelled Taraji bited in his finger.
"That's enough Tanabi i want to be alone with Usiku."Dhaifu said and demanded everyone to go out the cave.
"What do you want now Dhaifu?"Usiku askted knowing something was wrong.
"You know i never liked you and i'll never will by the fact you already had a cub before you married my son and now that my son is growing older and needed a heir you had the change to make me like you by giving the pride a future king and you give the pride a future queen."Dhaifu said
"Kesho is happy with his daughter and she's going to be the future queen."Usiku said
Dhaifu looked annoyed to Usiku and walkted out of the cave Usiku started to growl and put her paws more around Taraji.
TANABI'S DEAD:
6 months past and the little Taraji was growning up fast and soon needed to learn about being queen of the pride.Taraji's grandfather Tanabi growd older every day and one day became very sick and always lied inside the cave sleeping.The pride began to have a feeling that the old king his time has come Taraji always brought her grandfather some meat from the hunt her mother and the other lionesses made.
"Hey grandpa i have some meat for you."Taraji said
"Thank you Taraji."Tanabi said
The next day Taraji again brought some meat for her grandfather but something wasn't right.
"Grandpa i have some zebrameat for you."Taraji said
"Grandpa?"Taraji tought he might be sleeping but she dind't sa him breathing.
"Mom dad grandpa isn't breathing!"Taraji yelled while Kesho and the others run inside the cave.
"Dad dad?Dad are you okay?"Kesho askted
Tanabi opent his eyes and saw his family he then again closed his eyes and died.Tanabi was buried behind Water Rock Top,everyday Taraji brought flowers to her grandfather's grave.
NEW FRIENDS:
1 month later 2 lionesses enterd the pride with both 1 cub of Taraji's age.When the lionesses stood infront of the king and queen they dropt there cubs and they introcuded themselves.Kesho introduced his family and then took the 2 lionesses in the cave to introduce them to the other lionesses while they left Taraji with the 2 cubs.
"Um hey i'm Taraji."She said with a shy voice
"Hey Taraji i'm Jangwa,i'm Nguzu."The cubs said
"So you wanna play hide and seek?"Taraji askted
"Sure!"The cubs said
The whole day the cubs played and Taraji showed them The Water Pride.
ZORA:
Weeks past and Taraji was playing with her friends Jangwa and Nguzu when suddendly they heard somebody crying.
"Hey you guys hear that?"Jangwa askted
"Yeah i think i hear it too?"Nguzu askted
"Come on this way."Taraji said and run towards the sound
Then Taraji looked behind a bush and sa a black/white cub crying and walkted towards it.
"Hey are you okay?"Taraji aksted
The cub looked at Taraji saying nothing.
"My name is Taraji what's yours?"Taraji askted
"Zora."The cub said
Later Jangwa and Nguzu came and Zora told her story.
"Well why won't you come with us i'm sure some of our lioness whill adopt you."Taraji said and they all walkt home.
Later that day Zora got adopted by 1 of the lionesses named Burunda.
FIRST HUNT:
Years past and Taraji was ready to make her first hunt while her parents and sister were sitting with the lionesses waiting for Taraji to come outside the cave.Not far from them Jangwa,Zora and Nguzu were sitting there too to see there friend.Then finaly Taraji came out of the cave and walkted towards her family.Her mother walkt towards her and hugged her,then her friends wished her good luck and Taraji went off on her first hunt. Taraji standed on a rock and looked over the herds looking in with herd she would hunt down an animal,she saw gazelle's,giraffe's,buffalo's and zebra's.She desyded to hunt down a zebra and jumped of the rock and sillently walkt towards the zebra herd hidding in the tall grass watching if she would see a zebra perfect to kill it and bring it home.Then 1 of the zebra's was walking away from the herd and Taraji attackt it when the zebra was standing close to her were she was hiding.Later Taraji came home with a zebra in her mouth.
"You did it Taraji you did it!"Sena yelled of happyness
"I knew you could do it honey?"Usiku said
"Thanks mom."Taraji said
Then the whole family started to eat from the zebra.
THE MARRIAGE:
When 3 days past Kesho desyded to retire and desyded Taraji would be queen soon because Sena lefted the pride to marry the king of another pride.So one day Kesho went to talk with his daughter.
"Taraji you know i'm growing old and you'll must become queen before i die."Kesho said
"But dad i don't know if i'm really ready to be queen."Taraji said
"Ofcourse you are."Kesho said
"Well okay then."Taraji said
"But before your queen you have to marry."Kesho said
Taraji looked at her father.
"Um dad i don't think i wanna marry."Taraji said
"What do you mean?"Kesho askted
"Well i like someone but i don't know if he doesn't like me."Taraji said
"Well why won't you just go to him and tell him i'm sure he'll say yes."Kesho said
Taraji smiled and huged her father.
"Thanks dad." And run towards Nguzu
Later at the water hole.
"Hey Nguzu."Taraji said
"Oh hey Taraji."Nguzu said
"What are you doing?"Taraji askted
"Oh nothing special."Nguzu said
"Listen Taraji,i...i know you for a long time now and i sa you growing up to a beautiful and talented lioness and i..."Nguzu said
"You what?"Taraji askted
"Well i was wandering i you would like to m...marry me."Nguzu said
Taraji gasped "Yes Nguzu i will."
The next day they married and became the new king and queen.1 week later Taraji had news that she was pregnant.
THE CUBS:
4 months past and Taraji and Nguzu's cubs soon would be born,Nguzu was stressed and was always by Taraji's side.1 day Taraji went out for a walk but was stopped by Nguzu.
"Were are you going?"He askted
"For a walk."Taraji said
"No no no no."He said
"Your not going for a walk what if the cubs will be born."Nguzu said
"There not and it's my body and i carry them."Taraji said
"Okay then but if you feel something just roar and i'll come."Nguzu said
"Yes."Taraji said and went on her walk
Some further from Water Rock Top Taraji started to have a terrible pain in her stumac.
"No not now."Taraji said with pain in her voice.Taraji went lying on the ground and started to think what she would do now.She then rememberd what she had to do,she had to roar.Taraji started to roar and Nguzu heard it and run inside the cave and warned the others.
"Taraji is giving birth!"He yeld
Everbody stood up and run outside to find Taraji.Meanwhile Taraji was in a painfull situation and thinking what she would do right now.Then she rememberd what her mother told her what she had to do when she going to have cubs.Later Taraji was found by her mother and friends.
"Taraji honey your alright."Usiku said while she hugged her daughter
"Are those the cubs?"Jangwa askted
"Yes those are my cubs."Taraji said
"There beautiful;"Zora said while she started to cry a little.Then Nguzu came with Kesho.
"Taraji."Kesho said
Nguzu looked with big eyes at Taraji licking the cubs.Nguzu walkt towards Taraji and his newborn cubs.
"Meet your cubs honey."Taraji proudly said and Nguzu looked at his cubs while they opent there eyes and looked at there parents.
"What are there names?"Kesho askted
"Well the brown one is a boy and the yellow one is a girl."Taraji said
"What about we name the boy Afua?"Nguzu askted
"That's sounds great and we'll name our daughter Malaika."Taraji said
And so later Prince Afua and Princess Malaika were presented to the pride and Afua was chosen as the future king.
