Echo was with a young husky girls at the beach."Hey their beautiful,what's up?"He smiled.Then a huge force takled Echo over."Stay off my girl!"He growled.Echo squirmmed from under him and ran into town.The large dog followed him.He pasted through a group of three girls he had hit on before.One slipped a paw out and Echo tripped.He fell,then slid on a frozen pond.He male Dog laughed and walked awaly leaving Echo on the ice.The three other girls laughed."Echo the Idiot."The laughed.Echo tried to get up but fell,hitting his chin on the ice,Cracking it.His muzzel fell in and got cut.He was bleeding on his chin."HAHhahahhahahahaahha"The female dogs laughed."OH YEAH!THATS WHY FEMALE DOGS ARE CALLED-"He started the he slipped and Hit his head Against the ice again.The female dogs walked away.Echo diddn't see the black and brownish tan dog stepp out behind an alley behind them.Echo hid a tear by quickly whipping it with his paw.He diddn't mean to be so snappy at them but he couldn't help it.He tried to walk but noticed on of his back legs was injured,so he limped back to the egde of the pond and Hid behind a bush.The Female Dog walked over."Are you okay?"She smiled.

The sudden nois stardled him. "No, not realy, but who are you?" He asked. "Im Carmen, and I know how you feel. My.." She said snifling. "My mum, was killed by a gang of males about a year ago." She cried. Echo was shocked. "Oh..Im very sorry to hear that Carmen, well... my name's Echo." He said. Carmen smiled, slightly: "It's nice to meet you Echo, your the only real boy who asn't tried flirting with me, thanks.". "Heheh, you say that like girlsflirt with you too." He laughed. She laughedwith him. "Oh... oh, no, I don't mean it like that." She laughed.

He tried to get up,but slipped and his leg started bleeding."Oh my!"Carmen said.She licked his wound.Echo was shocked."What?"Carmen asked."It's just.....I never had a girl...you know....care about me..."He siad."well...besides my mother....."he laughed.

"Oh, Im sorry. But what does your mother look like? I can go get her to help." Carmen asked. "She's black and white, she ha white spots over her eye's. Whate paws, and tip of her tail." Echo said. "Okay, I'll be back." Carmen said and ran off. She soon found a wolf that matched the discripshion, she walked over to her. "Uuumm, are you the mother Echo?" Carmen asked. "I have a son named Echo, why?" The wolf asked. "He hurt his leg realy bad. Follow me and I'll show you." Carmen said. "Lead the way!" The wolf gasped.

She lead her to Echo,who was now standing up.She walked over to him."Are you okay?"She asked."I'm fine."He riplied.Zasha wisperd into His ear."Are you with her?She's seems like a very nice girl."Zasha said.Carmen heard a bit of what they where saying and blushed.Echo said somthing back so she couldn't hear.Zasha walked off.Echo walked over to Carmen.

"Sssoooo.." He said. He wanted to flirt with her, but after what she said he couldn't. "Echo, I'll meet you at the boiler room tonight." Carmen said. "Sound's good." Echo barked. Carmen walked away, and once she was out of site Echo jumped around, howling with joy. After he stoped, he could hear dog's laughing. He walked twards the sound and saw his older brother, Bruno. "Bye bruno." A female said. After she left Echo steped out: "Who was she?" He asked. Bruno looked at his brother. "Eeehh, no one. Whst have you ben up to?" Bruno asked. "Oh,... nothing, I just got a date." Echo teased.

"Well....So did I!"Echo barked."Realy?That's great bro."Bruno smiled."Or are you just joking around."Well....No.....Sort of.....she just told me to meet her in the boiler room."Echo sighed."Well,try to impress her,but not show off."Bruno said."haha you think I don't know how to deal with the ladies?"Echo smiled.Bruno looked at his brother oddly."Stick to my advice."He laughed

Meanwhile, Carmen was at home, her owner was brushing her. "You look so beautfull." She said, patting her on the head. "I hope Echo thinks that." Carmen whisperd. When her owner stoped, she went to her blanket, and lied down, she was thinking about tonight, what might happen? She soon, without knowing, fell asleep. She woke to the sound of scraching on the door. She poked her head out the doggie-door. It was Echo. "Oh! Hello Echo!" She barked.

"I thought you where goinng to meet me at the boiler room....My brother said you stood me up....I diddn't belive him.....You diddn't did you?"He asked."NO no I diddn't stand you up!I fell asleep!"She said."Oh good...."Echo sighed."I'll make it up to you,would you like to go to the beach today?"Carmen asked."SURE"Echo barked."Uh..I mean...Sure...I guess."He said.Carmen chuckled.

"What are you laughing about?" Echo asked, but befor he could say anything, he began talking. "I don't have somthing on my face do I ?!?" Echo yelled. "No, I was just laughing!" Carmen laughed. As they walked, Echo's older sister, Nolie, was watching with one of her friends. "Aaaawww, look at my baby brother." Nolie giggled. Echo heard her. "Ah crap, no she's going to tell everyone." He whined. "Why would you care?" Carmen asked.

"Well,because I have never been on a date before and-"Echo started then relized what he said."I-uh-diddn't mean-date-I meant-ugh."Echo shook his head."It's okay."She smiled."I wish there was somewhere else we could go....You know....where there wouldn't be so many people that know me."He sighed.

"I know just the place." Carmen said. She began running back to town. Echo quickly began to follow. She stoped at a big house, it had two stories. "Is this your place?" Echo asked. "Yup." She replyd. She walked around to the back, and unlached the old hook on the door. Here we'll have plenty of privesy in here." Carmen said.

They sat in the room for hours."Oh no it's getting dark...I'd better get home."Carmen sighed."Oh...Okay..."Echo said.The went outside and parted differnt ways.Carmen went throught the doggie door and into the den.Her owner patted her on the head.

Meanwhile. Echo walked home jumping each time one of his paws hit the ground. He walked into his parents cave and saw his siblings, and father. "How was your date son?" Shade asked. "It went great." Echo cheered. "So she didn't stnd you up?" Bruno asked, rather ashamed of what he said before. "Nope" Echo teased.

"Hmmm...Have you been watching me?"Bruno asked."W-what?"Echo asked."Haha,you have haven't you?You know how to get girls because you whatched me!"Bruno laughed."Nuh-uh."Echo said."Sure....."Bruno laughed.Echo snorted and went to bed.

Carmen lied on her blankte, she was thinking about Echo, she had a very big crush on him, but didn'r know if he felt the same... did he? She would keep asking herself that "Does he like me too?". That morning, she walked out the doggie-door and was about to find out, if he did... or didn't.

"Echo...do you like me?"Carmen said to herself."No that sounds eh...pushy,how about umm.....Echo, I like you and -No that's lame.....hhmmmm...I've got it! Echo these past few days where fun...as friends.....how about we get closer?"She practiced the saying."Sure,you mean best friends?"Echo smiled.She turned around quicly."I-uh-what all did you hear?"Carmen blushed."Oh just the best friends thing."Echo lied.he had heard everything since she'd walked outside."Oh...cool...best friends I guess....."Carmen smiled[or tried to."So,buddy....Lets go to the beach!"Echo laughed.

Her ears droped slightly. "Oh... okay." She sighed. As they walked closer to the beach, Carmen tryd to think of a way to tell him how she realy felt. SHe heard him ask her somthing, but she couldn't hear it. "Could you say that again please?" She asked. "Do.. you wanna go out somtime?" He asked. She smiled. "Its a date!" She barked.

"Cool..."Echo smilled.He relized what his brother had said don't act cool bro "I mean....tommarrow?"He smiled.

"Sure." Carmen smiled. She licked his cheek. Then, as her owner called her, ran back to her house. Echo trotted home proudly. "How'd it go, bro." Bruno asked.

"none ya bisuness."Echo smirked."Excuse you?"Bruno growled."FINE!IT WENT FINE!"Echo yelled."Sesh,don't harsh my mello."Bruno scoffed and walked off.

"Sorry Bruno. Im just realy exited." Echo smiled. "Uh-oh! What did the girl magnet do this time." Bruno asked. Echo rolled his eyes. "I'v got another date, and you know what Carmen did-" He was cut off. "CARMEN! You hooked up with CARMEN?" Bruno shouted. "Yeah, why?" Echo asked

"DUDE CARMEN IS HARD TO GET,SHE TURNED ME DOWN MEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE!"Bruno yelled."Oh....uh...okay....are you ticked?"Echo asked."No,But ask her if she has a sister."Bruno winked."Why?Arent you with Carly?"Echo asked."Not no more."Bruno said,and Held his head high.

Echo rolled his eye's. "Okay, I will." He lied. "Thanks bro." Bruno smiled. "Echo." A voice called out. He ooked back and saw Carmen.

"Yeah?"He smiled."I was just walking by and....I came for a visit."Carmen smiled.

"Hey! Do you have a sister?" Bruno shouted. Carmen looked at her feet. "No..." She said before running away. "Carmen, wait!" Echo called. He ran up next to her and stoped her. "Did my brother hurt you by asking that?" He asked. A tear fell down her cheek. "Yes." She finnely cried. "Why? Do your siblings hate you?" He asked. "No. Thier... I...." She stoped, took a deep breath, and calmed herself. "My mother bave birth in a blizzerd. And sadly, I was the only one that lived." She said.

Echo looked at his feet."My brother can be....kinda-"
"no...He diddn't know..."
"So your not mad?"

They fanilly found themselves at the beach.

They both were quiet. They sat down, and wached the sun set. "Its beautifull." Carmen said. Echo looked at her. "Just like you." He smiled, but he didn't mean to say it. Carmen looked at him out of the corner of her eye and blushed. "Thanks." She said, nuzzling her head under his chin.

It got dark quick,and Carmen had to leave."I'm sorry But I gotta go."She ran off."But.."Echo started,but she was gone.He went into her yard,but It started to snow,so he hid under the porch.

Carmen was inside. She felt realy bad abut leaving him like that. Her owner saw her dog was upset. But didn't know what to do. Carme looked out the window and saw it snowing hard. Oh no! she thought. The next morning she woke from her owner petting her. "Someone's at the door to see you." She walked out the door, but stublec over a black object. She opend her eye's to see Echo ontop of her.

He flipped back."Whoa...uh....sorry..."He blushed.Her owner watched them."I was just...."He said,but carmen was to embaressed to say anything."C'mon guys,it's cold outhere."She said aand they walked inside.

Echo was scared, he had never been in a home before. Carmen lied down on her blanket, and he followd. "Its alot warmer in here than outside." Echo said. "No!" Carmen laughed. "Oh, queit you!" Echo teased.

They laughed for a while then Carmen's owner came to give them water.She reached to pet Echo but he batched away."It's okay,she wont hurt you..."Carmen smiled.

Echo walkedback up to her and let her pet him. "Aaaww, your so cute, you don't have a home do you?" She asked. Echo looked up at her. Is she takeing me in? he thought. "Well, you kinf of skinny, so if you do your owner's not taking good care of you. So you can live here!" Her owner smiled. Carmen smiled happely at Echo. He did the same to her. "I'll go bye you a coller." The girl said and grabed her keys, and walked out the door.

"collar?"Echo said."It's what dogs that have on thier necks to keep them from getting dognapped."She smiled."[i]dogs...[i]"Echo groaned.

"Oh... sorry." Carmen whined. He looked up at her. "No, sorry hon." He said, but the word hon sliped out. She looked up at him. "YOur full of your self arn't you... hon." She giggled. "Oh shush." He teased. And they played until her owner came home about three hours later.

She slipped a blue collor around his neck.He scratched it for a while then got used to it."You look nice."Carmen blushed

He smiled at her. "Oh, wait... my. Family. We. Have to. Tell them." He studderd. "Oh, your right, please, lead the way." Carmen said. He nodded. They dashed out the doggie-door. They ran to thier cave. Bruno was outside and saw the color around his brother's neck. His eye's whidend. "Mom. Dad!" Bruno called.

t wasn't goinng to be easy...but Echo knew he could pull through.They sat in a circle".................Echo I ........................Your a wolf."Zasha cried."I know mom.........but......."Echo diddn't want to admit his feelings for Carmen when she was sittng right there."I.......can't just....live her forever.....I gotta branch out....."Echo said."Echo...I knew someday somthing like this would happen........Listen boy.......If you want to go......It will be very fine with us."Shade said."One thing you get to know before anyone else is......Your mother and I are expecting a thried litter......we will have enought to look after if that is your choise..."Shade smiled."Thank you......"Echo smiled and walked off with Carmen.Zasha burried her face deep into Shade's neck as her son walked of into the street."Don't worry.......we can see him anytime...."shade said."It's not that....I'm proud."Zasha smiled.

"Oh, I hope she's not mad at me!" Carmen said as she looked back at Zasha crying. "Nah, she just... gets... emotional." Echo chuckled. As they walked home, they walked on the beach and saw this beautifull sun-set. "Wow.." Carmen sighed. "Lets go." She said. He nadded and the kept walking. The walked in the doggie-door and were reated by thier human. "Okay lets put you too to sleep." She said. WHAT Echo thought, his parents told him when a human said "put to sleep" it ment somthing bad. Seeing the scared look on Echo's face, Carmen busted out lauhing. "No... She means we... need to go to sleep." She said, trying to controle her laughter. "Oh..." Echo said, rather emberest. "Its fine." She replyd. They walked to the back of the room and she pointed at a rug. She lied down on it and he did the same. "Wow, this is much better than the cave floor." Echo said.

"wow......whats it like beeing a wolf?"Carmen asked."Well..pretty much the same as a dog's life...ya know...without the human enteraction...."he laughed.

"Oh, thats nice." She smiled. Soon both were asleep, but during the night Carmen woke and was very cold. She walked to the other side of him and slide under one of his arms. But she didn't know that he was awake. He smiled and felt her nuzzle closer. "It, would be nice to have him for, a mate." She whisperd. YES!!! Echo thought.

He diddn't say anything the next few days.He diddn't want her to know he had heard her.He thought she'd be too imbarressed."Carmen...."Echo started."yeah?"she asked.

"Uhh.. I um, need to talk to you.." He said. She walked closer. His heart pounded in his chest, what would or could he tell her? "I. I..." He couldn't get te words out. Say it! Come on spit it out. He thought. Please! Oh I hope he says it! Carmen thought. He took a deep breath. "C-C-C-C Carmen.." He started.

She somwhat new what he said. Or was trying to say. "Well... I like you and lot of stuff." She giggled.He let out his breath."ooohhhhh okay....kinda didn't like you liked me."he sighed.

"Well, I don't." She said. "Uuuuuhhh?" Echo was very puzzled, she just said she liked him. "What do you mean? You just said you li-" He was cut off. "I love you.." She said, nuzzling him.

Carmen's owner walked in.She almost flipped backwards.Carmen was sooo embaressed,Echo was just staring into outer space and her owner looked at the dogs puzzled."carmen.....?"

What would her owner think? Carmen had never done that to any other dog that her owner let in the house. Crap! She thought.

Her owner looked surprised but then went over to Carmen.She stroked her neck."See there girl,your making friends."She smiled.

"I have friends." Carmen growled. Her owner heard her growl. "Oh, okay, your making boyfriends." Her owner giggled.

Echo just looked at them,his head cocked over.She patted him.Carmen blushed as she walked off."Kinda akward."She sighed.

"Ah who cares!" Echo laughed. "Yeah, come on, lets go out before it gets dark." Carmen said, he nodded. They walked out tward the boiler room.

They walked and walked,but when they got their a large dark colored dog was there."Oh hey baby."He smilled at Carmen."Back off!"She growled."Oh but Carmen girl."He laughed and stood up."Youre MY girl."She smilled and got closer.Echo crouched down as if to pounce.He got realy close to CarmenThen outta nowhere he jumped on her,nocking her over.Echo jumped and The two tummbled down aa hill.Carmen's paw was seroisly injured after the blow,so ll she could do where watch he two boys rip at eachother.Echo was half his size but surprisingly,was winning."LEAVE MY MATE ALONE!"Carmen growled,but then,before she could relize what she haad said,she slid down the hill,with them."OOOWWWW!"She cried.Then,she dicided to help,by bitting the maale on the leg.He jumped away."Do you know him?"Echo panted."sadly."She sighed.

She tried to walk closer, but once she put down her paw, she fell with a loud whimper. "I-I think its broken!" She cried. Echo was outraged. "How do you know him?" He asked. "He-He is the son of one of the males that killed my mother." She cried. Echo bared his teeth. "Wait I gotta an idea." He said. He took a deep breath, and howled.

No reply."AAAWWWWWHHHOOOOOOO."No reply."one more time,AAAwwwwhhhoooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo!"He howled." it's not working... "she said pitifully.He slid her ontop of his back and carried her home.her owner quickly came to her."OH NO WE HAVE TO GET A VET!"She cried.

Echo did his best to put her down softly. He lied next to her. The vet walked in, and when he saw the two lieing there, he smiled. He walked over. "Can you move for a sec, boy?" The vet asked. Echo slowly moved away. After the vet was done, he moved away and Echo could see a red cast around her leg.

He nuzzled her."You'd better be glad you found him,he's a mirical on 4 legs,theirs a snow storm tonight,and she would hve died without him carring her,would you like me to check up on him?For free of course!"He smiled."sure."She agreed.He opend his bag and looked in Echo's ear and down his through,and checked his heart rate."Good as gold,but I'm goinng to run a blood test,he is a stray,just so you can see how much to sell the pups for."He said.Carmen and Echo blushed,but diddn't look at eachother."Of course they probably will have some,now,here we go."he said.Echo felt a sharp pain in is arm.he turned to see a type of object with a needle,and that had a tube with blood inside."eeehhhhrrrr...."He gasped."It's okay,It's just a shot."Carmen consulted.After awhile the docter came back."Mam.....he is a....a...a wolf!"He yelled."A wolf?"she gasped.He [i]is [i] small."The vet said.Echo growled."but healthly."The vet said in a scottish acents and left.

"A... wolf." She said. Echo pinned back his ears and gave her the puppy-dog-look. "Ooohhh!" She said.

She patted him."It's okay boy,you know I wouldn't throught you out after saving my dog."She said and hugged him.

Echo was so happy, he jumped on her and began licking her face. About a month later, Echo had been groomed, and had all his shots. Also he noticed somthing about Carmen.

She had recovered, but looked alittle....Bigger......Well not fat but.....round...."Hey Carmen.........."Echo smiled."mmm hey Echo......"She yawned."You feel okay?"He asked.

"Yeah, why?" She asked. "Well, its just you.. Look differnt." Echo said. "Well she's taking me to the vet today, and then... never mind I'll tell you later." She said as her owner took her out side and into the car. Hours past, and finnely, they walked into the door. Carmen had a huge smile on her face.

"w-what is it?"Echo asked.She pranced around him,making him want to know even more."WHAT IS IT!"He barked."Pups."She smiled."OH REALY WHO'S!"Echo barked.Carmen looked at him funny."OOOHHHHH US!!!!!" He Barked.

"Yes, should't you go tell your family?" Carmen asked. "Oh crap! Duh! Thanks hon." He said before running out the door. He dashed around town, he couldn't wait to tell them. Thier cave came into sight. He couldn't wait to see thier faces. He made it. "Mom, Dad, you home?" He called. The family came out. All his siblings and parents.

"I AM THE FIRST PARENT OF THIS FAMILY NOT COUNTING MOM AND DADDDD!!!!!!"Echo barked."Good for you son!"Shade and Zasha baarked,"Nice bro." Bruno smiled.

"So, who's the lucky ladie?" Kavaki asked. "Carmen." Echo smiled proudly. Kavaki, Nolie, and Rozzlyn gasped. "You, got Carmen? As your mate?" Kavaki asked. "Yup." Echo smiled. "Now I must get back to her, bye." He said before turning away. "Our first grandpups." Zasha smiled as a tear fell down her cheek. "Its okay hon." Shade smiled. Meanwhile Echo was back home. "Carmen im back!" Echo called.

No answer."CARMEN?"He barked."Over HERE!"She said From the Kitchen.She was lieng on the blanket.She smiled at them."Exited?"She asked.

"More than ever!" Echo cheered. "Calm down before you hurt your self!" Carmen laughed. "Well why aren't you acting all happy?" Echo asked. "Ha, because im the pregnet one." She giggled. Echo walked over and rested beside her.

How long has it been?"Echo asked."Since what?"She questioned."Since you have been pregnet,Because ot pn;y takes a few months before the pups come."Echo said."Oh...I dunno."Carmen smiled."Wana go on a walk?"Echo asked."No...to tired."She yawned."So wat do you wana do?"Echo asked."I dunno,but I have got to be carful!"She warned him.

"How 'bout I go get you some meat from the meat locker?" He asked. "Oh, uhh, okay." She said. He walked out. He walked in town slowly, he culd smell the meat. He looked around, it didn't look like the utcher was there, so he walked in. He grabed alot of meat and ran out. He ran home this time, knowing that is any other dog saw him with that meat, he'd be dead. Finnely his home came into veiw, he darted in. "Here." He panted, droping the meat. "Thanks." Carmen smiled. After they ate they were very tired.

They fell asleep.It was getting dark anyway.Carmen could't sleep nomatter how tierd she was.He stomach was hurting.She fanily got to sleep,then woke up late the next day feeling worse.

"Echo... I don't feel so good." She cried. "Are they coming?!" He asked. "No, its to soon." She sighed.

"What do you thinks wrong?"Echo asked."I dunno/...but what ever it is...I hope it wont damage the pups."She sighed

"Mabey this just happens. I'll go ask my mom." Echo said. He walked out of the doggie door. Once e was at his mom's cave he called to her. She came out. "Mom, I need to ask you somthing." He said. "Is it about the pups?" She asked. He nodded. "Carmen's, feeling sick. Is that bad?" He asked. "Nah! Thats good." Zasha smiled. "Oh, okay, I'll go tell her!" He barked.

He told her what his mom said."Good well,I wana take a walk,I haven;t been outside for a while."She smiled.

"Okay, but lets stay close." Echo said. They walked out slowly. They reached the boiler room. "Ooohh!" She cried. "Lets go back. OOHH" She cried. Echo slid under her and put her on his back. "I'll take you." He smiled.

She lied down on her blanket."EEERRRRR Mabey that wasn't such a good Idea!"She screatched."You okay?"He asked.

oh, oh ooohh I don't know." She cried. Echo licked her face. "Calm down, ssshhh." He whisperd. "Im not a baby." She said, kind of laughing. Thier owner walked in. "Oh! Carmen!" She screamed.

The pups were kicking pretty hard."AAAAWWWRROOOOO!"he said,there was a big litter and they hurt some times."Oh...Should I get a vet?"She asked.

Carmen howled again. Her owner called the vet. "Hello? Yes I-I need you to get fast! I have a pregnat dog that i think might have her pupppies soon!" She cried. Echo heard the vet on the other line say somthing, then she gave him alota of nubers and hung up. Not long after the vet finnely was there. "Is that her?" He asked, pointung at Carmen. "Yes, is she going to be okay?" She asked. "Let me take a look at her." He said uting his bag down.

He took the stelthascope and put it on herHe moved it around."Oh,Well I would keep an eye on her!Anytime now,Could be and hour,could be a minute."He said.

Carmen felt a sharp pain. "AAAAWWWW!" She cried. Then, she heard a tiny squeal, the first tiny pup had been born.

A few minutes later 6 pups were beside her."Names,we need names!"Her owner said."Okay I want Miami,Duke,and Motah."She said."the other three can be ..."

"What are three good names?" She asked herself. She picked up a tiny female. "Aww, she's the runt, lets call this tiny thing... Ayame!" She smiled. She put her down and picked up a good sized male. He had three marks on his back that looked like canals. "Canal!" Her oner cheerd. She picked up the ast pup, it was female. "Lets name you... Daisy!" She giggled. "So, its Miami, Ayame, Duke, Canal, Daisy and Motah!" She cheered. Carmen and Echo were proud of the names she gave thier pups.

"Perfect."Echo smiled.Carmen licked each pup."awwww aren;t they Angels?"Carmen asked.

"Yes, our little angels." Echo smiled, nuzzling her. "I'll give you two some alone time." Thier owner smiiled.

hey spent awhile talking about thier pups."Ohhh....I wish Adoption day would never come..."Carmen sighed

Adoption? Echo thought. "You mean we don't get to keep them?" He asked. "No, there's not enough room in this small house." Carmen cried. He saw a tear fall down her face. "Don't cry, that won't come for a long, long time." Echo smiled. "Yeah, I know.." She sighed.

"But.....when the day does come, All the people will be from around here."Echo smiled.

"Yes that is true." Carmen said. The sun was setting. "Oh, I need to tell my family!" Echo shouted, running out of the house. He was there faster than he thought. He slpied into the cave. "MOM, DAD!" He called. "Yes son." Shade said. "The puppies are here!" Echo said. "Congrats!" They said. "HOw many?" Bruno asked. "Six.". "What are thier names?" Nolie asked. "Miami, Duke, Ayame, Canal, Motah and Daisy." Echo cheered.

"I'd better be getting back to them."Echo smiled.

"Im so proud of you." Zasha smiled. He smiled back and ran back to his new family.

He nuzzled Carmen."Miss me?"He asked."You weren't gone for 2 seconds!"Carmen laughed.

"Oh, realy? Im just that fast? Well fine then, I will acks them." He laughed. "Did you miss me kids." Echo smiled at his pups. Theydidn't say anything. "I don't think they did." She laughed. "But they still love thier daddy." He said, slightly suzzling one of them.

"Hmhmhmhmhm I know I do."Carmen smiled.

"And I love thier mommy." Echo smiled back. It was late and the sun had set. "Oooh, its late.... lets o to sleep.." Carmen yawned. Echo nodded.

Life was a dream for them...until the pups were able to walk."DUKE GET OFF THAT CHAR AND CANNAL STOP CHEWING ON THAT PILLOW!"Echo yelled.He put Duke on the ground.Then pulled Cannal from the pillow,but when the turned his head,they were back in thier places."Ohhhhhhh CARMEN!!!!DO SOMTHING!!!!"Echo screamed."Time to eat."Carmen smiled.The pups ran into the kitchen.

They all had bowls with thier names on them. They all began eating. "Echo you can't just yell at them." Carmen said. "I know, but Im just, y'know. Its my first time." Echo replyd. "Hey! How about when they finish eating. We take them out so they can use up all thier energy outside!" He suggested. Carmen nodded.

They lead them into the back yard.They played and played until Duke called out."MOMMY DADDY THEIRS SOMTHING IN THE BUSHES!"He yelled.

Echo and Carmen dashed over, there was a sound coming from the bushes. Echo jumpeed on the bushes. "Echo be carefull!" Carmen cried. She took the pups where it was safe.

"HEY YOUR THAT DOG THAT ATTACKED US!"Echo snarled."that's right buddy,and thiers somthing I want....CARMEN!"

"She is mine, we have a family, now leave or I'll get our owner." Echo spat. "Make, me.." He growled. Echo took a deep breath, and howled as loud as he could. The dog put his paw's over his ears. "What the?" Thier owner said. She came out and saw the other dog. "GO get!" She said running at him. He ran off. "Thanks boy, your such a good boy." She smiled.

Echo licked her hand.He had gotten used to humans."Hungery?"She asked as they walked inside.

Echo smiled up at her. "Yes." He said, but it sounded like a bark to her. They walked inside and she threw him some raw meat.

He chewwed it down and walked back to Carmen and The pups."Our family....Our wonderful family...."Echo smiled.Carmen nuzzled him."Yes....our wonderful,wonderful family....."She sighed.
