I've been walking for days

Since that Balto chased me out.

And I have to admit

I'm lost without a doubt!

I've been feeding off dead animals


That I seem to pass.


And..um..


(They give me gas!)


But for now, I suppose


I should just keep walking.


But, for some reason


I feel that Balto is stalking!


So I walk alone


Until I reach a town


With sign on a store saying


"Dogs in need of a home!"


I rush to the fence


Seeing dogs about my age.


But as I was about to jump in,


A human grabbed me and put me in a cage!


He put me in a truck


And the truck drove away


I sat in the cage and yipped in dismay.


What did I do?


I was just looking for a home!


But then I realized


Is my brain in a dome?


I don't need a home!


That's nothing I would do!


So I tried to figure out


How to solve this issue!


As soon as the truck stopped


And the human opened the cage


I raced out of it


And barked in rage


I ran and I ran until I ran out of breath.


So I rested under a tree


So I could get some rest!


I'll find a good place to stay some day


But for now, I'm just Steele


Doing it my way!
