Characters:General,Teddy(General calles him "Teddy bear"),Ty(my),and of course the street wise wolfdog/mutt Tucker and of course Speed! Speed(c)Dustpaw

                                  CHAPTER ONE
                          THE DOG WITH THE PLAN
 
I was pacing the floor with my lip curled and head down expesion mad. "So uh....what are you going to do about the attackers sir?" Ty asked  begining to be annoyed by the quietness.
"We have to move in to them,so we can get a full range on them." i said still pacing. Teddy was laying on the floor sleeping "Wake up teddy bear!" I shouted "What's up doc!?" he said his head up looking in all directions. "We have to start moving in on the attackers," I said softly "Whu?"Teddy said yawning "OK,Let me spell it out for you." I said getting a little more angrier. "We move in on bad guys and try to kill them." I said with a babyish voice on.

"Oh," he said getting up from the ground. Ty let out a little giggle from the "joke" I had played on Teddy. "OK,time to move out."I said skoping out the land from the tent. Human men fighting each other human women nurses taking in injured people.


                                      CHAPTER TWO
                                      THE CAPTURE


 Ty  Teddy and I moving from the tent or "HQ" down to the battel feild slinking and slanking through the humans. Then teddy bumped into me "Watch were your going teddy bear!" I whispered sharpley. "We..wel..well then I don't want to ru..run into that guy!" he stammered I glanced at the big black dog
"Say your prarse." He said laghing "Not today fatty," I said snikering then teddy on my back then took off. then let Teddy of my back as soon as we were away from the battel feild. Then suddenly some one captured me and threw me in some were.

                          CHAPTER THREE
                          THE PLANE RIDE TO ALASKA?


"Get me out of here!" i protested and broke the lether bag "Well better than being in a cage," i said sighing "So Ty give me a stat report." i said "Ty! no games I'm asking you a simple question." I said "Ty! Just!....Ty?...Teddy bear were are you guys?" i said lying down on the floor.

"I could of taken that fatty," I mumbled As soon as were  at Nome,Alaska I was sleeping and awoke to someone screaming of frusteration. the door was wide open. So I just crept out. Then I herd the guy scream again. "GOsh! Why do i have to run outa gas in the middle of Nome,Alaska! I have to be in Greenland by 2:00 and it's 1:30!" Then before he came to see if i was still there of if i threw up or something I hid in the brush close to the airplane then the guy yelled "Were's the dog!"  pulling his hair and slapping him self.

"Well, serves him right." I said and nodded sharpley at him

                          CHAPTER FOUR
                           NEW LIFE AS A STRAY

As I was walking through the bushes a tripped over a mount of large hard snow. "Are you okay?" a voice said i looked up and saw a dog that looked like it had tickes and everything. "Ya,I'm fine,"I said wiping the snow off my face with my paw. My stomach growled "Uh I'm hungry do have any thing here that I can eat?" I asked staring at him. "Yes we do, Lets go to the butchers and get something and My name's Tucker whats yours?" he said smiling "General i am a war dog to be correct," I said acting all snooty.

"Oh?" he said smugging "I'm a stray," he said acting like he was proud of it. "Ya lets make you peresadent,"I said mumbling to my self. "Well ya coming," he asked sounding like he was my dad "Sure," I said softly "I let Ty and Teddy bear down," I said softly "who's Ty and Teddy bear?" Tucker said butting in "None of your Bee's wax!" I snaped jumping in front of him as if i knew where I was going. "Wate you don't even know where your going!" he said tagging to my side. "Yes I do," I said firmly staring forword not looking at Tucker.

We Arived At the Butchar's Shop "I'll get us food," I said and started barking. "Shut up Mutt!" He said yelling from his door "Mutt?!" I snarled "Don't get him angry!" Tucker shouted jumping in front of me. "Out of my way!" I snapped "Whatch and learn," he snickered. I rolled my eyes and sat and whatched. "I'm not amused," I said my aloof voice.

"Hold your dogs," Tucker said and started barking. "You again? Buzz off Mutt!" He shouted then gave Tucker him puppy dog eyes. "Awe, Cute little guy," he said "I'll go getcha something," he said and scampered back inside. "And thats how you get food around here when your a stray," he said snickering to hiself. "Well by Goerge.." "Wha? Goerge? I haven't seen him in ages!" Tucker said I slapped myface with my paw. "It's a figure of speech idiot," I mumbled. Then the buthcher came back out and threw a big juicy stake out "There ya go doggy!" he said smiling warmly at him. Tucker barked at him as if he said "Thank you,"."Mmm,I'm starvig!" I said drooling and tried to bite down into the stake but Tucker took it so I planted my face in a pile of snow. "Hey!" I growled "I'm hungry so let me eat!" I came up to his face and snarled.

Tucker riped the stake in half into equal peices. "OK this is your half and this is my half," and he picked up his half and dragged it a couple feet away in case i would eat it if i was by him.


                                CHAPTER FIVE
                                THIS LIFE STINKS                    

"So what next?"Tucker said wagging his tail slowley. "Uh can I just take a walk by myself you can go take a nap," I said "OK," he said happily and bounded over to a spot in a ally. I walked a round some places and then bumped into a body. then turned around and saw that it was a male. I Growled he growled back. "What do you want squirt?" He asked me growling in my face. "what do you want bigso?" I said growling in is face. "Did you just call me fat?" he said "N..no!" I said trieing not to show that I'm scared.

"M..My names General w..whats yours?" I stammered "Speed thats a whimpy name General," he said laghing at me. "Well your names not so topsy turvy eathier Speedy boy!" I shouted in his face. Then Tucker appered and glared at use "what do you want mutt?" Speed snarled at Tucker. "Could you keep the noise down I'm trieing to sleep!" he said and glared at us again. "OK I'll shut up for you,Not Speedy boy here," I said as I glared at him. He just ignored my glare and walked off. "Hey!" I shouted to him "What!?" He said not turning his head around to look.

"I..I think I'v met you before," I said softly "What!?" He said again turning around and looking at me. Then walked over "How?" He asked sounding annoyed. "uh..I don't know it's just that i'v seen you before," I said looking away. Then I looked back "What breed are you?" I asked glaring at him just to tell him that this is no game. "Wolf," He said acting like he never met me. "I'm wolf to!" I Exclamed. "What is your occupation?" He asked me. "I was a war dog about a half an hour ago," I said looking at my paws. "I was too," he said acting like he wanted to change the subject because it was so boring.
"You bored?"
 "No,"
 "I doubt it,"

"OK lets go some where and get some rest," I Said flickering my tail telling him to follow "You comin'?" I asked Speed who turned his head "Sure I'v got nothing better to do," Speed mumbled and followed me. As we took a nap I herd the sound of running water and people screaming then I woke up and walked out of the Alley I saw a bunch of water rapidly heading twords town. I shook Speed and Tucker awake "What is it? I was in the middle of a dream with me at the all you can eat milk bone resturant," Speed groand as I led them out of the alley way "Holy dogs!" Tucker blurted out as I looked worriedly at them "So what do we do know?" Speed asked worriedly as I looked around wildly.

"Uh lets go to those crates!" I shouted poiting to the crates in the alley way Speed and Tucker made it but I was to late I was in the water "Swim to one Of the crates!" Tucker shouted shivering with fear "I can't swim!" I shouted back going under the water. "Don't worry General! I'll save you!" Tucker shouted diving in the water and swam to shore with Speed behind. I woke up couphing "Tucker you saved me!" I shouted happy as can be "Yep I guess that makes me a hero!" Tucker smugged happily "Yep and If I had a medal I would certainly give it to you," I said smiling while Tucker prancing around.

                                   CHAPTER SIX

                                    NEW FRIENDS

          After I got dried off I herd Tuckers stomach growl. He chuckled  "How long have we been sitting here?" Speed asked rolling in the sand. "I don't know about an hour or so." I said grumpily,"Hey the waters almost washed into the ocean," Tucker said smiling "Another hour or so it'll be gone," "Ya but no food lame brain," Speed said to Tucker. "Fish ever hear of?" Tucker snapped. Just as Speed opened his mouth to retort I shouted "Stop arguing! Can't you two just get along?"

      After the water was washed away I started seeing humans begin to flood out into the streets and I herd one shout "We need a Dam!" "Good greif," Tucker said "they already have a lot of things and they want more more more!" "Tell me about it," i grumbled then saw a bigger dog that was all black and buff. "Who's he?" I whispered to Tucker who winced at the dogs presence. "He's Slash," Tucker replied shakily. "He's the thouphest dog around,". "I could beat him up easily," I chimed in smuggly. "He's a sled dog!" Tucker said. "Ya I'm a war dog," I said "Was," Speed butted in. "Ya what ever," I said "The point is he's weak compared to me,". Tucker shook his head "But if you do challenge him you have to be really smart," He told me,"What is he dumb?" I asked.

    Tucker nodded "Really dumb," he said "But really strong,". "I could take him easily!" I exclaimed "When your a war dog your really smart!". "Ya," Speed said smiling "You got nothing to worry about,". Later that night I woke up Speed. "Speed! Speed!" I whispered "Wha..?" He said popping one eye open. "Oh it's you General," He said opening the other eye "Whats up why do you look so exited?". I was jumping on my four paws and I was grinning. "i chalanged that Slash guy to a fight!" I whispered hyperly. "You did what?!" He whispered sharply,"That guys dangerouse!". "Cence when did you become Tucker?" I asked frowning at him. "Are you coming to support me?" I asked,"Sure," he said jumping of the crate he was sleeping on.

                                                CHAPTER  SEVEN

                                                     THE FIGHT

      Speed and i walked to the boiler room and waited for the crowd and Slash. They Soon arrived and Slash smiled "Look who showed up," he laughed and scowled queing them to laugh. the crowd fake laughed but Slash couldn't tell the diffrence. "Ready to Dance Pretty boy?" I Asked and glanced at Speed who shook his head at my remark. "I'm  Redy to win the dance compantion!" he shot back. "You guys Gonna fight or what?!" A dog said suddenly then Slash turned angirly "Yes!" he said madly "And I'm gonna win!" Then I jumped on his back and tore at his fur. He bucked me off and I landed on my feet. His neck was bleeding badly and I didn't get a scratch yet. He growled and bit my neck and pinned me. "You lose!" he said in a muffled voice. He finally let go and I was laying on the floor silently. I was hoping to make Slash think he won. he walked around the room smiling broadly with his bloody lips chanting "I won he lost!"

I suddenly jumped up and bit his neck my mouth full of blood pushing my jaws harder into his skin he croaked "You one let me go!" "NO!" I said in a muffled voice "I'll let go once you say you'll stop bullying my friends and other dogs!" "Ok ok!" He said yelping with pain. "I swear I won't bully your friends and other dogs!" I let go and he ran out with out looking back. I turned to Speed who looked suprised and scared. "I'm not scary," I said to him. But Speed didn't answer I ran out side to a puddle and I did indeed look scary. My lips full of blood and my eyes were kind of bloodshot and my back full of blood too. I ran to the ocean and jumped in washing all the blood off of me. I shook off and walked to the boiler room every dog in the room began to pour out and they said "Hey Nice job stranger," and "Nice prefourmance,". Speed sat there in silence. I ran up to him "What did you think?" I asked Speed completely changed the subject. "Let's go see Balto," he said suddenly and ran twords a abandon boat. I followed not sure what he was doing. He jumped on the boat "Come on!" he said "We don't want Tucker to worry about Us do we?" He asked and vanished. I followed onto the boat and Saw Speed nudging a lump under a Blue blanket. The lump groaned and i asked "Who the heck is that?"I asked taking a step closer. "That's Balto," Speed said looking at the lump again. "Balto's a lump?" I asked cocking my head. "No," Speed said as if it were the simpilest question in the world. "He's the dog who saved No-," then I but in. "A dogs a lump?" Speed got annoyed "Oh shut up," he groaned "He saved Nome,". Then the lump moved and then got up. A shaggy brown dog shook his fur and yawned. "What's up?" Balto asked as he sat down and scratching his ear. "Oh nothing much," Speed said and looked at me "He just got into a fight with Steele's-," "Steele!?"Balto growled jumping to his paws and ran out of sight.

"I think I upseat the old timer," Speed said shaking his head then we walked out. We entered the Ally were we were sleeping. I looked up and saw Tucker still sleeping. "Good,"I muttered. And quietly jumped on my box and yawned. Speed just layed on the ground and fell alseep. I soon fell asleep,I woke up early the next morning and saw that Tucker and Speed were still sleeping. "I might as well get breakfast for them,"I mumbled to myself and jumped off my box and then franticlly looked to see if Speed woke up. Speed was still sleeping and I sighed with realife. I walked out of the Ally way and ran to the butche'rs shop and started Barking. "Shut up Mutt!" He growled and threw A Steak and sausages At me. I barked as if to say "Thanks man" and walked back to the ally way. When I walked in the ally way Tucker woke up and rushed over to me. "Food!" He said and took some sausages from me. He then ate quickly he then belched and fell over. "I'm so full,"He moaned Speed had the rest of the sausages and laughed. "I guess you don't want the steak then," Speed said and chuckled. Tucker then got up quickly "Have you gone Mad?" He said and took the steak from me and started eating it. I laughed and walked out to see if anything interesting was going on.

                                       CHAPTER EIGHT

                                A CASUAL ENDING

I walked around to see if anyone would come and congradulate me on the fight yesterday but no one did. I sighed with realife and walked Into a Nose and I looked up and saw....TO BE CONTINUED
