Chapter 1.
The Storm
Aleu could hear the rain hitting the outside of her den. The thunder was cracking outside and the lightining was flashing like a light bulb that was about to go out and was trying to stay alive. She knew her family and friends were safe from it. Her dad on his boat with Bories and her mom at her owners house keeping her safe. Aleu knew that her friend Dusty was with her little siblings who she rescued in Dusty's adventure even they were still pups they were suposed to be her age, but it was hard to explain at the moment. Aleu knew her brother Kodi was beside Dusty an her polar bear friends Muk and Luk had found somewhere to hide from the rain.. Aleu's pack was safe and she knew Nava was doing fine in his den. He didn't lead anymore because of his age, but still lived with then and helped out Aleu. She moved a little to be in a better posistion. Aleu fell back asleep quickly, but didn't know what was about to happen. Aleu didn't know what kind of fate was coming for her and she didn't know that is wouls happen soon.
Meanwhile outside the storm was raging, but up in the sky a circle of dark black cloud was forming. Lightining was inside and it striking at something in the cloud. The lightining struck it again and the object fell out of the cloud. It was flying towards the ground and finally struck it. Since it had fallen so far from the sky it made a hole under it, but it wasn't very deep. The object sparkled in the lightining as it struck the ground around the object. The rain ran down the side of the object. This was what would start Aleu's journey....something that was shiny and rare that would change everything.
Nava's elderly eyes eye flew open to the sound of the storm , but he smelled something too. It smelled terrible, like..well som,ething that he didn't want to decribe. Nava had never smelt this kind of thing before and he didn't want to . He had a dark felling about what the smell was coming from. It didn't smell like what he had wanted it to smell like.
Nava pushed his old body outside of the cave and looked up. He blinked from time to time as the rain was blinding him. Nava looked up. "Aniu is it?" He asked looking uo at the sky The stars formed into the shape of a wolf with diamond shaped eyes. The stars nodded to Nava and then returned back to their places in the sky. "I'll go get it in the morning." Nava said
Aleu had woken up again when she wanted to get her sleep. She looked up to see Nava outside at the edge of her camp. Aleu once again got up from the dust to see why Nava was up. The ground was covered in water that cause it to become sticky mud. Aleu had walked over to Nava's side and was wipeing pf the mud from her light brown furred paws. "Nava what are you doing up?" Aleu said
"I would be asking you the same Aleu." Nava replied Aleu was surprised. "Aleu do you smell something?" asked Nava Aleu lifted her black nose into the air and sniffed. She didn't know what she was looking for at first, but then a warm smell hit her nose. "Does it smell good." Nava asked Aleu Aleu sniffed more. Sniff Sniff " It does." Aleu replied The sent was warm and smelt so wonderful. Like flowers in a pastwer that had just blossomed to life with the warm sun beating down on them. It was heavenly to Aleu. Nava looked up at the sky. He had a feeling that she wound smell something. Aleu's eyes opened again. "Wow." She replied "We should both get back to sleep." said Nava as he turned to walked away. Aleu's fur was nothing, but wetness. Aleu went back to her den and fell asleep.
The light of the sun flew in the den onto Aleu's face and that made Aleu open her her blue diamond shaped eyes. She looked up outside the her den. Aleu got up from the ground and placed one paw in front other. She walked outside of her den and felt the rain drops on the grass fall onto her paws and sink into her fur. Aleu looked up at the sun light and could here the wolves around her. The smell still was hiting her nose. What was it?
Nava had already step out into the sun. "Morning Nava." said Aleu toward the older wolf 'Hello Aleu." he replied back to her "Some storm last night" said Aleu "Yup...it was." Nava said Aleu looked at him. "I'm going to visit my dad to make sure he is up." Aleu said as she walked away. "Enjoy the time Aleu. Everything will change." Nava said as he watched her brown fur dissapear.
Aleu's paws hit the ground as she ran across the for est. After running for a bit she stopped at her father's boat. Balto was sitting on the shore of the beach were Aleu and her siblings had played when they were born a year or two ago. Muk an Luk were playing in the water and practicing their swimming every since they had rescued Balto before Aleu had come into the world. Balto's ear twiched..he could her Aleu coming. He turned around to see his daughter walking up to him. "Hello daughter." Balto said kindly "Hello papa." Aleu replied to her father.
Balto smiled warmly at his wolfdog daughter. Bories had been sitting up on the boat and was now beside Aleu. 'Hello uncle Bories" Aleu said Aleu wasn't really related to Bories. The flightless goose had adopted Balto after he was separated from his mother Aniu who was now a wolf spiret. Aleu had never meet her, but knew she was watching them. Balto only remembered that her voice was warm and she had white snow. That was some storm later night. Aleu heard paw steps behind her and turned to see her mother Jenna coming along with Kodi her brother and her friend Dusty who had her siblings Hayden and Pearl. They were stilll pups when they would really be her age, but in Dusty's adventure she had rescued them, but their age time had been frozen. Jenna looked up at the sky. "Balto have you noticed that the clouds over there in the shape of a circle are still kind of dark." asked Jenna
Aleu had never notice it. How could dark cloud be doing nothing on a warm day. "I don't know." Balto said Aleu still was thinking about it too. Something was up and see didn't like it. The cloud were a darkish color and were still in their circle shape from last night. Aleu knew she would have to play with her friends and family, because she had thing to do that afternoon, and didn't need some strange looking cloud blocking that from her. Aleu had to s. "It must just be the way the clouds are." she said Jenna's eyes still lay on them Aleu had to say something to snap her family out of this. "Snap out of it mom." said with frustration. Jenna looked at her wolfdog daughter. "Sorry dear."Jenna said to her daughter
Meanwhile Nava was going toward the cloud since they were above the woods. Nava looked around the area having a feeling that something was here that shouldn't be there. Nava's eyes scanned the area until he say a small hole in the middle of the grass. Nava peeked into the small hole to find what he was looking for. Inside te hole was a gem, you could were it as a necklace, but it wasn't heavy. It was a silver color with a light blue spiral in it. Around it was a golden rim, holding it in. A golden color chain was attached to it. Nava knew what he needed to do with it.
Nava reached down to pick it up in his mouth, but when he touched it he felt pain in every bone. It something was shocking him and his blood was dying away along with his bone breaking like glass. Nava moved away. He looked back at it a notice the blue spiral in it. "No wonder." he said This time Nava picked it up by the chain so the pain wouldn't return to his body. The strong stincky fell was floting around him, making his nose hurt. "I need to show this to Aleu and the others." Nava said to himself
Aleu was running along with her family and friends. More dogs from town were with her. A wolf from her pack had told her that Nava needed er, her family, friends, and the others in town. "I wounder what this is all about." said Kodi "I don't know, but it must be importanat." Aleu said "It has to be!" cried Hayden "I hope everything is alright." called Dusty Aleu lead then to her camp.
Nava was in the middle of a circle of wolves. "Aleu, bring the other into the circle here." called Nava to the leader. Aleu did what Nava had said even through he wasn't leader anymore. "Now have them all spread out on long the circle, making it smaller." said Nava Aleu looked at the others as they moved to find a place in the damp grass to sit.. She joined her parents along with Kodi beside Dusty and Hayden andPearl. The others there were Yak, Nuk, Sumac,Sylvie Nikki, Kaltag, Star, Dixie, Kirby, Dipsy,Mel, Ralph, Boris, Muk, Luk, and Stella. "Why are we here?" asked Ralph "Yeah?" said Nikki Nava looked at the pack and dogs and they all looked at him.. "I am warning who of something." He said
Chapter.2
The Wolfdog Gem
Some of them became confused. "Of what?" said Kodi Nava turned around and picked the thing he had found earlier and place it in the grass. "A necklace?!" said Stelle Aleu's eyes were confused. People wore these things all the time. "No." said Nava "What is it then?" asked Pearl "This friends is a wolfdog gem." said Nava
Aleu and Balto's ears quiched at the word, because they were wolfdogs. "Long ago wolf spirits gave special Gems to wolves that had powers. They were wolf gems. Thousands of the were made. As time went by spirits gave dog who were friends of the pack got dog gems. They could only use it when it let them. The wolf gems could only be touched by wolves and the dog gems only by dogs. One day through a wolf and dog mated and a wolfdog was born. The spirits gave this wolfdog something called a wolfdog gem. Only wolfdogs could touch it, but this made the spirets angry. They took all the gems away and locked them up in a special mountain. This is the same wolfdog gem that was made thousands of years ago and it was the only one ever." said Nava
"So how did it get here?" asked Dusty "This gem is most powerful out of all of them. It is a wolfdog gem and that means it has the strength of a wolf and a dog. Someone must have tried to get it. The spirits must have taken it a dropped it here in the storm, but that doesn't mean it it safe. Humans can touch it, but to them it is a piece of junk." said Nava "Nava, most of us are wolves or dogs." Yak said
"Yes I know and that is why to wolves and dogs the gem releases a digesting smell." Nava said Aleu knew why he had asked her. Balto must have smelt the same thing she did. "The spirits want a wolfdog to return it to it's rightful place and who every tried to steal, must be evil. The spirit need a wolfdog to defeat them." said Nava "The only ones who can use the power and touch it our Balto and Aleu." Ralph called out
Aleu and Balto knew what was coming. "Balto Aleu, who of you is chosen to do this, but the chosen one will do it instead of turn away." said Nava Aleu and Balto looked nervous. One of them was chosen to return this and defeat some bad people. Who was the chosen one?
Chapter 3.
Aleu's Destiney
"Aleu, Balto one of you is going to take it. You have to, because once you get the power there is no going back." Nava said sadly, A fight broke out over the wolfdogs. Some said Balto and others said Aleu. Jenna, Dusty, Hayden, Pearl and , Kodi stayed out of the fight, know that fighting over who it was wasn't the best idea ever. Aleu didn't know what to do, but it was either her or Balto. Aleu covered her ears to the noise while her heart was pounding inside her chest. Then see heard a noise in her head. "Aniu?" she asked
"Yes Aleu." said Aniu "Who is the chosen one Aniu?" said Aleu "Aleu who are. Even through your father is a wolfdog it is your destiney. Tell them you are going to take it and return it." Aniu replied Aleu looked up and felt Aniu's fur brush againest her as it faded into the invisible air that surounded her and the other. Aleu knew what she had to do. "I'm the chosen one. I wil take it!" Aleu said
Everyone's colored eyes locked on Aleu. "Aniu." she replied Nava smiled at the young wolfdog. "Aniu knows well." He replied to her. "Your in charge until I'm back N ava" Aleu said Nava picked up the gem by the golden chain and placed it around Aleu's neck. Aleu looked at it as she started glowing a white bright light. Aleu felt nervous about this, but she started to feel warm inside. It was as if her bones had become steel and hard to break and her brain grew new cells that incressed how smart she was. Aleu felt warmness of the power running through the vains that carried her blood all over her body to keep her living. Finallly it stopped and she felt normal again as if nothing had happened to her. "You have the power to use it, but you can other use it at surtain times." Nava said to Aleu
Aleu looked at her family and friends with a sadness looked on her face. "I guess I'll be going alone." she said as she turned back to Nava. "No Aleu. You're not going alone." said Balto as he stepped foward Aleu turned to looked at her father. She smiled at the news. "I'm going too, Aleu." Jenna said " "So I am." Dusty said as she stepped foward along with Kodi. Aleu looked at Kodi as he nodded towards his sister. "Us too! Us too!" cried both Hayden and Pearl
Dusty looked at her little brother and sister. "No you two. This is not something for you." Dusty said Hayden's blueish-whiteish colored eyes went down along with Pearl's purple -whiteish ears. "Who will care for us and play with us?" Pearl replied to her sister Dusty looked up at Bories and Stella with a smile on her face. "Bories, Stella, could you looked out for Hayden and Pearl while I'm gone?" asked Dusty with the hope of then saing yes. Bories looked at the pups along with Stella. "Sure we'll look out for your siblings." Stella said as Bories nodded "Luk and I with play games with them too." Muk said to Dusty Dusty smiled at her siblings. "You be good..ok." she said
"Watch out for Rosie while I'm gone." said Jenna Dixie nodded to Jenna. Sylvie did the same. Aleu looked at Nava with a worried look. "I'm scared Nava." she said to him Nava's eyes looked back at her blue diamond shaped eyes. "Aleu do't fell that way. The gem will give you power when it wants too. All you do is use it Aleu. It tells you what to do." Nava replied Aleu's nervousness faded a little.
Minutes later Aleu was walking away from the woods and the town along with her firend Dusty, her brother and parents. With the golden chain around her neck that carried the gem Aleu felt responsible. Everything was about to change and Aleu knew that they all felt it

Chapter 4
The Jouney Begins
Aleu's brown paws pased on the ground away from the camp and town. The gem was slitely hitting Aleu againest her brown fur that covered her chest. Her legs were shaking from being nervous about her adventure. She looked back at her friend Dusty and her family. They all felt it, what she felt, scared, nervous, and would they survive. Dusty was behind her along with Balto and Jenna. Kodi was on the other side behind Aleu. Aleu cold see his dark reddish fur behind her. As night grew Aleulooked back at her home. Would see ever see it again. As the grooup walked their home faded behind them.
Aleu and the others had found a small place to settle for the night. Balto and Jenna's brown and Jenna fur was next to eachother while Dusty's grayish-purpleish fur was next to Kodi. Aleu was by herself were she was sleeping. "So Aleu who do you think this evil person is?" asked Balto "Niju." Aleu said "Uhhhh.." Dusty went as see remembered the last time she say Niju "I hate how he...is my..who now." "Yeah we know Dusty. We were all there." Jenna replied "It can't be Niju." Kodi said "Why?' asked Dusty her purple eyes nervous "If someone tryed to get the wolfdog gem then it had be be a wolfdog. Niju is all wolf. He can't use it or touch it." Kodi said Aleu got nervous"Then someoneelse is out there. They must be a wolfdog." Aleu said
Meanwhile up high in dark black mountains there were two dark figures up on the flat top. Three really, but on was hidden beneath dark shadow. "You didn't get it for me." the dark voice said "I..I'm sorry, but when we tryed to grabbed by the chain and lightening carried it away." said one of the figures "See were it is Niju!" said the voice "Steele!" Cried Niju A black dog with a white underside and huge color stepped forward. "the reason you are hear is because you have lived in the town and know everthing there." said the voice "Yeah." he said The dark fugre threw toward to gems. They looked like gem Aleu had, but the spirals were different colors. "Use these. A wolf and dog gem. Uses then to find the wolfdog gem." the voice contuines Niju and Steele slipped on the necklaces. The wolf gem had a red spiral in it while the dog one had a yellow one. "Find it." siad the dark figure Niju and Steele walked away to the center on the flat top. In the center was a small pool of water. "Lets see what we can find." said Niju with the nasty look on his blue eyes.
Niju's gem started to glow a bright blood colored red. The light spiraled around the small pool of clear cyrstal water. "Show us were the gem is." Niju said Steele looked at the pool of water as a picture started to appear inside the cystal water. It showed the birds eye veiw above Aleu and the others. "Balto!" growled Steele angerlily "He doesn't have the gem with him." Niju said as his eyes looked at the others. "Uhh Dusty is there to and Aleu .....she has the gem!" Niju said "Should have know it was her." said the voice Steele had the darklook on his face. "I would like to be on your side now." said Steele The dark figure smile. "Wonderful Steele. Aleu is chosen to return the gem. She is our target." the dark voice said as the redness in it's eyes glowed.
Aleu was letting the rain hit her on the nose and it became wet. She looked at the gem that still was on the chain around her neck. What did this "power" do. What was she suposed to do with it. Aleu knew ever since it had given her the power that the power was running in her blood that ran throw her vains. It was in her Dna but how would she use it. Aleu closed her eyes to sleep like her company, but her ears quitched to a noise she heard. Aleu's eye flew back opened as she lifted her head. " W ho is there?" Aleu called to the darkness Aleu got up to look for what see had heard. Something was there.
Aleu scanned her blue diamond eye across the darkness that had be light earlier that day. "Hello?" she called to it "Hand it over." she heard It sounded like a voice of a male animal. Aleu turned just as something leaped onto her back. She strruggled to throw it off, but it was pulling the gold chain around her neck. It was strangling her as she moved trying to free herself. "Stop!" Aleu cried as the chain still was being pulled. Then the gem started to glow a light bluish color. Aleu heard word in her head echo....say acttalliu...say acttalliu (act-tall-e-uhh) Aleu knew that the gem was telling her what to do, so she said the words that echoed thought her brain. "Acttalliu!" Aleu cried. She eye drew behind her as she say a blue lightening bolt coming from her was electicuting the creature that had attacted her. Once it stopped the intruder had fallen off her brown furred back and was lying on the ground. "Who are you!" Aleu said as her boy and eyes started glowing a lightish blue color.
Chapter. 5
Jumper
The intruder looked up at Aleu. "Who are you intrudor?!" cried Aleu as she eyes blazed with anger and the red ring around her neck was soar. "I...I...'he said "Aleu!" cried Balto as he ran up towards his daughter along with Dusty, Jenna, and Kodi. "Aleu what happened?" Kodi said "This thing attacked me." Aleu said as her glowing eyes stared at the intruder. "Why have you done this?" Dusty cried to the intruder The intruder got up and looked at the group. "My name is Jumper." he replied to the others
Jumper was a wolf with the younglook in his eyes and had brown fur with a white under side. His pattern was the same as Aleu's wolf pattern. " Why have you attacked my daughter?'" Jenna said angerly "I was suposed to. I was sent to look for the gem and my master said I had too." Juper said shyly "So you did!" Kodi said "I didn't want to." Jumper said "We can't trust him." Balto said Aleu's blue color had faded back to the gem. She looked up at the sky with her blue eyes and saw that it was still night and the stars were still out. "We should take turned guarding until morning." Aleu said as she looked at Jumper. He smiled a shy smile at her that turned into a sad scared look.
In the morning the group was around Jumper who was curled up on the dusty looking up at them. "I told you, I didn't want to do it." Jumper said "He hasn't done anything all night." Balto said Aleu stared at Jumpers blue eyes and huge wolf paws. "He sense to know that I have the power. We'll jst leave him here." Aleu said as she turned and paced away with her family and friend. "What...I..would like tojoin you." Jumper said Aleu and the others looked back at the brown and white wolf. "Are you just trying to get close to Aleu and the gem?!" Dusty asked "No. I want to help." Jumper replied and he followered them Aleu looked at him with a lookedm that said I don't trust you on it.
"He's a trater Steele." Niju cried toward Steele "We should have know he would turned on us." said the dark voice "Master how do we get you the gem?" asked Niju "You have to destory Aleu, but also Balto because if Aleu dies, he will want to com plete the jouney." said the voice "Why just use the gem you have. The gems are the same?" said Steele looking to the dark shadow in front of him "Mine has no power. It is nothing but junk. Aleu's is the true and first Wolfdog Gem. Hers is the real one." the voice replied with hate in it's glowing red eyes "Find her!"
Niju and Steele walked back over to the pool of water. Aleu's picture was in it along with the other. "I have an idea to destoy Aleu." said Niju as his wolf gem started glowing blood red. It flew into the pool of water. "This with crush her." "What will?" asked Steele with wonder in his dog eyes "Just watch the water Steele." Niju replied
Chapter 6.
The cracking Mountain
Aleu and the others were climbing up a hugemountain that they had been climbing for hours. "This really is huge." Jumper said Aleu was getting tired of climbing as the small rock pebbles were sticking into her huge wolf paws. She see climbed one paw slipped from one of the edges of the leage. "Uhh.." she said "Aleu grab my tail." Jumper said Aleu put her teeth around the wolve's brown and white tail. Jumper helped pull Aleu back up. "Thanks Jumper." said Aleu said Balto and Jenna looked at eachother with happiness in their eyes. "Man this climb ishard to climb." Dusty said "It's a mountain, Dusty." Kodi replied to Dusty correcting her "Oh really." She replied back with some attitude Then the moutain started to shake. Aleu felt pebbles hitting her on the face. "What's happening!?" Jenna yelled Aleu looked around saw the cliff was cracking around her.
The rock was cracking around Aleu. It pushed itself out of the mountain and was floatings in mid air. "Niju." Jumper mummered to himself The rock then dropped from the invisible air taking Aleu and with it. The ground under her opened up like the mouth of an animal. "No!" screamed Dusty along with Kodi. Jumper releaes his grib on the mountain side and flew towards Aleu. Jenna watched as her flesh and blood was falling and the one who attacked her had was going for her.
Aleu felt the wind in her fur as she fell toward the hole in the ground miles away from her. Aleu didn't hear a echo in her head from the gem. Would this gem let her fly. Nava told her it would only let her use it at surtain times. It seemed that this wasn't one of those times. Then she heard it. Say safty steel, say it. Aleu said it as she closed her eyes waiting for her death.
Jumper was still flying towards her, following her towards her death. The gem was still around Aleu's neck. It started glowing a faint light heavanly blue. Then a noise came from it, like a heart beat of love and scaredness. From the gem came a huge circle that was pale and lifeless. If flew towards Jumper and went right throw him. He felt funny, like his bones and body were completely made of Steel, and nothing could break then. Aleu finally had vanished into the deepness and darkness of the hole. She opened her eyes to see Jumper coming with her.
Aleu and Jumper were still falling and Aleu knew what was about to happen. Her back hitt a ledge coming out of the side of the hole. She expected pain but..what a minute she felt no pain in her back....or spine, she seened completely unharmed. Aleu heard a thud and knew that Jumper had landed on the ledge "Aleu!" he cried Like Aleu she didn't have any pain or damage. Aleu looed up as the hol close. Then another ledge hit Aleu's brown furred back and this time she stayed on the dusty ledge. Still nothing had hurt her. It was like her bones had become steel after all. The hole that Aleu and Jumper had fallen into had closed up like an animals mouth after in had swallowed it's meal and was whating to digust it. They were suronded by nothing, but darkness.
Chapter 7
The Cave
"Aleu are you ok?" Jumper called as it echoed "Yeah." Aleu echoed back "W...were are we?"" Jumper said "Light!" cried Aleu The gem glowed with the color of the bright yellow firery sun. It shot a ball of light up into the center of room and flew toward the top. It light up everything and Aleu saw were they were. Aleu and Jumper had fallen into a huge cave with rock, water and stalagtites hanging from the top. Aleu looked down to see the cave was deepeer. It was nothing, but darkness. "Aleu, I think there's a path up here." Jumper said Aleu looked up at the brown wolf, but then she heard more cracking under her wolf paws. The ledge broke under her feet and Aleu was flying towards darkness.
The stalagtites were breaking from the top and flying towards Aleu. "No!" screamed Jumper Aleu leaped into the air and dug her claws into one. "What!" cried Jumper Aleu felt the powwer running into her vain Aleu leaped while turning to another one. She claws went right throw it. "Fly!" she screamed as her voice echod Then Aleu was floating in the mid-air. Jumper's blue eye went pale. Aleu felt pain in her back as she remain floating. She looked at her back and her skin was streching out and foming into a shape. It had formed into brown furry wings. Aleu flapped her wings and relived that she could fly. After a few second on pactice Aleu flew up to join Jumper.
As Aleu landed by putting her brown paws on the dusty ground her wings faded into the air like paint being smeard. "You sure now how to us that thing." Jumper commented Aleu looked up and the ball of light returned to her. "Now we should go down that path." Aleu said The ball of light split into to and enetred Aleu and Jumper's eyes. Their eyes glow like flashlight as they walked down the path.
Back up on the mountain side the others had climbed farther and were now on a flatpath. "Oh Aleu.." Jenna said sobbing She put he head onto her mate. "I hope she used the gem." Dusty said "I'm upset too, but lets see if we can find them while was keep traveling." Kodi sadly replied Jenna looked up. "I hope Jumper hasn't hurt her." Dusty said "I think Jumper likes Aleu." Balto said
Aleu and Jumper were slowly pacing on wolf paw in front of the others while the light shined fromfrom their eye making it so they could see. "Aleu are you part dog?" Jumper asked her Aleu's eye drew towards him and sign "Yes, but if you have a problem with that then.." Aleu said as Jumper stopped her "I don't." Jumper replied happily Aleu smiled at him "My dad was part wolf and my mom was a dog. I got the most wolf out of the pups. Kodi is my brother, He has more dog than wolf and Dusty is one of my friends. I have a wolf pack." Aleu told Jumper His eye had sadness in them "My pack was...well my parents are gone, but all I have left from the pack is my sister. Jumper replied "I'm sorry."Aleu said "Look!" cried Jumper pointing a white paw/ In front of them was and exit to the cave.
As they walked out they say that the moon light was shining bright. The light in their eyes faded away and returned to the gem around Aleu's neck. "I guess we should stay here for the night." Aleu said Jumper settled down into a small piled of grass and Aleu was next to him. Aleu looked at Jumper with her blue diamond eyes. "Your eyes are blue as the rivers I have seen in the summer." Balto, Jenna, Kodi, and Dusty were becoming tired from walking. "Huh...Balto I think we should call it..for now." Jenna said as she spit dripped from her dry tongue and burnt on the ground. Balto had sadness in his eyes, but knew he had toois he was looking for Aleu. He snuggled next to Jenna as Kodi and Dusty did. Dusty's fur looked like a darknish brown or black. Jenna looked up at the moon as it shined. Minutes later Kodi and Dusty were now sleeping peacfuly. Dusty had her mouth opened and it was becoming dry and red. Balto reachedover and closed her mouth before her throught became soar and red. "Balto.." Jenna said to her mate "Yes." Balto replied to her "I think Kodi and Dusty love eachother.." Jenna said "Yeah. I think so too." Balto replied "Same with Jumper and Aleu." Jenna contuined "Balto looked at her with his brown eyes " I am starting to think that too jenna..ever sinc e he jumped for her." Balto said
"It didn't work Niju. It failed." Steele cried towards him Niju gave an angery looked at Steele and started glowing redish color of the gem. Then Steele felt pain everywere. Every bone felt like it was cracking it bits like glass and his blood was boiling in the su. "Niju...please." He mumered Niju broke from comsetrating when he heard the dark groel of his master. "You failed to destory Aleu." it said Niju walked toward the dark figure. "Forgive me master." He said as he bowed his head towards his master Steele looked into the pool of water and his eyes grew bigger. "Looke Niju, Balto, Jenna, Kodi, and Dusty!" Steele cried Niju walked back over to the cystal pool and looked inside to see them Steele looked up and started gloing yellow. "Don't even think about it Steele." the dark voice cried Steel stopped with eyes of dissapointment "What about the other's master?" Niju asked slyly
"The others...who are they?" the voice asked "Balto and Jenna who are Aleu parents, Kodi her brother and Dusty her friend." Steele said "Ahhh...get them Steele, take the other dogs with you." the figure said "Course master, I will get them." Steele said as he walked foward glowing yellow. "Come dogs." he said Paws stepped foward with growls and spit. A huge army of dog with dog gem stepped with eyes glowing yellow. "Speed." Steele said with the others saying it too. Steele started running along with the dogs behind him.
"What shall I do master?" Niju asked The figure's red eyes started down and Niju. "I have a planned Niju, but it may only work if you next planned doesn't." the figure said "Master...why don't we just run and get her?" asked Niju The dark voice groweled at Niju "I'mm..., sorry Master." Niju replied to his leader "It wouldn't work that way Niju..now THINK OF A WAY TO GET ALEU!" The voice screamed
Aleu slept peacefully next to Jumper. His brown and white fur was brushing in the cold winds. Aleu didn't knw what would be coming for her soon. Aleu was dreaming too. In the dream lightening was cracking and rain was bucking down. Aleu lay on the ground along with a paws up in the air holding something shiney and red with blood. Aleu quitched toward this. Lightening flash again and something else was happeneing know. She was tided down with something and felt a sharpness cut across her paw and something squeezing it to make the blood come out. Aleu heard a voice in her head "Your gem is the most powerful out of all of them, but at one point in your journey it's power will shrink, but will return when one is taken. She awoke from her dream as Aleu thought about this. The word echoed in her head. " When One is taken." Aleu hada felling that someone was going to die.
"Aleu are you ok?" She heard Aley turned to see that Jumper was sitting a few feet away from her. "Is it morning?" Aleu asked Jumper "Yeah, but it's cloudy." Jumper said looking up Aleu smelt a sweet and juicy smell. "You hungrey. I got some fresh fruit." Jumper asked Aleu got up and felt the chain still aroun dher neck "You didn;t touch it." Aleu said Jumper looked at her "WHy would I touch it Aleu. One is smell bad to me, and two I can't touch it." Jumper siad as he bit into a Mango..or was it an apple. "I thought you would take it." Aleu said "Look Aleu..I know I attacked you for it, but I told you I didn't want to." Jumper said "You can trust me." Aleu smiled. "I had a dream and a phrochecy was in it." Aleu said Jumper looked nervously at her "Jumper someone I think is going to die." Aleu replieds
Chapter. 8
The attack
Steele was wailing while his yellow glowing eyes and body inproved hi speed. "We are looking for them." Steele said to the group A dog with tanish fur walked forward "Steele we must keep looking. One of our member has found the set. I think this is the same mountain." she said Steele smiled "Love these gems." Steele replied to the girl dog As he started running again along with s he, being followed by the others.
Meanwhile Kodi was searching for food with his parents while Dusty was tryin to keep up. "FooooD! " Dusty said "We know Dusty, we'll all hungry." Balto said with a annoyed look "FoooD! scream Dusty "Stut Up!" Jenn said Dusty closed her mouth hard. Kodi's ear moved to something "Guys do you hear something?" He asked Jenna and Dusty's ears moved around along with her eyes, looking around. The groun dunder them was shaking "Run!" screamed Balto as he started to move his paws. Jenna did the same along with Dusty and Kodi. The dogs were behind them....
Meanwhile Aleu had gobbled done something that looked an apple. Jumper was sitting next to her. "Jumper, we better get going before more trouble comes." Aleu said as she got up Jumper's ear started rabidly moving as he got up. "Jumper what is it?" Aleu asked Then she felt the ground rumbaling under her paws and pebbled flying off the ground. Jumper looked up with his river blue eyes. "Run!" he screamed to Aleu. Her legs quickly carried her away along with Jumper's. Aleu looked back to sere that her parents, brother, and friend were right behind them, but them she notice the huge dog pack, being lead by Steele.
"yeah Aleu!" Jenna screamed "Glad you guys are back, KEEP RUNNING!" Aleu screamed back Dusty acted like her hunger was all gone because most of it was. While the group had be running they quickly picked up some of th fruit Jumper had gathered for Aleu. Behind them Steele's voice raged on. "Come back Aleu, I wou't bite!" he said in a teasing way. One of the dogs started to bite at Balto and Dusty's feet. Aleu new that they would be tired in a minute.
Aleu and the others were still running from Steele and the dog pack. As she looked at the others she knew that sooner than later that their legs were warying out and Steele would get them. Then word echoed inside Aleu's head. Speed up, say it! Aleu knew that she had to if they were going to out run the other "Speed Up!" cried Aleu Then Aleu's feet started going fast. As she looked around the same us happening to Balto, Jenna, Dusty, Jumper, and Kodi. She didn't feel tired and as she contuined looking they were much more ahead pf the others. "No!" screamed Steele Aleu knew she was about to say the same, but them the pack stopped running. "Must have given up!" Kodi laugh "No they didnt'" Jumper said Kodi looked in front of his and everyone saw that they were about to fall off the cliff.
"Aleu, make it stop!" Dusty cried Aleu didn't hear any word in her head. "Sory, but I can't." she replied Then they all felt it. Wind was flying in there faces and fur. Fear in there eyes as they fell toward the large body of water that looked like a sea. It was the same place Aleu had been when she was the new leader of Nava's pack and crossed to new land. Then they all flet water hit their fur. The water was pulling them under. What would happen now
Steele had quicklycome to a halt at the edge of the cliff along with the dog pack. "They won't survie in the water. It will pull them all under." Steele said with a dark laugh He turned away along with the pack their eyes glowing yellow. Steele once again started running while the pack followed. "Our leader will be proud." He said to the others
Aleu was trying to swim along with the others, but the water was only pulling her down. Aleu and the other struggled to swim and beat the water, but it was no use. Water was filling their lungs blocking the air. So they would lose all their air and lower to their final grave. Aleu heard the gem speaking to her in her head again. Say under air...NOW!. Aleu knew she had to do it or her life would dissapear along with Balto's life and Jenna. So would Jumper's life and Kodi along with Dusty. "Under...air." Aleu said weakly Then something happened to her and the others. Aleu's lungs became filled with air. She felt better as she looked at her friends and family to see the gem had affected them to, but it wasn't over. Aleu felt pain throw her body and started struggling again. Dusty was the next to feelthe pain along with Kodi, Balto, Jumper, and Jenna, who was the last. What was happeneing to them.
Chapter 9
Under water fun
Aleu still had pain in her body. It was strange because the pain was mosty in the side of her neck and feet along with her long tail. Them the pain in the right side and left side started to ease up. Aleu raised a paws to her left side and felt something strange. It was like her still was kind of pealing of. The others felt the same in their neck, them Aleu knew what had happened. The gem had given her gills like a fish. Them Aleu looked at her front paws and found webbed skin betreen her fingers. Her eyes drew to her back feet. Aleu had not gotten what she thought she would get. Her feet had become long fish fins, but it wasn't over. Aleu tryed to hold back, but her legs glued together along with her tail. Her fur turned into sniney light blue scales and now she had no legs. Aleu's diamond eye looked at her tail that was now a back fin. The other had the sa me. Jenna's tail was a long red tail, while Dusty's was a shiny gray or purple. Balto's was a light green and Kodi's was a bright yellow. Aleu knew what this power had given her. Now they were ready for the water.
"Niju!" cried the figure Niju looked at Steele as his eyes growed a dark red. Steele again had pain all over for a few minutes and then it stopped. "You are an idiot Steele. You could have gotten the gem and it will give them powers to breath under water. YOURS DOES THAT!" the voice screamed "I'm...sorry mater please..I can..still be of help. I know were the town is.."Steele replied with scaredness in his eyes The dark figure was sitting under the bottom of a fallen tree as the figure started at the dog with hatred in his or her's eyes. "If only I wasn't so stupid and made that deal with Jumper I would have the gem by now." the figure growled "I feel bad for you master. He made the deal that if he went and got the gem we wouldn't do what we did to the others. replied Niju The figured smiled showing nasty yellow teeth that was dripping with green goo. "My poison fangs come in handdy..hmmm I have an idea."
The figure explain his or her's plan to their wolves and dog so they could know what they had to do. Niju started walking away with the other wolves. Niju knew what he had to do. "I wil find the package and bring it to you." He said Niju knew what he had to get and he planned too
Aleu loooked up at the sky throw the water. It was growing dark outside the water. Her tail hurt and so did the other tails. Aleuknew to had to find a place to settle. The gem would keep them in this form. Aleu felt it still around her neck as she settled down on the dirt bottom. "This has been quite an adventure so far." Dusty said happily as her purple eyes closed along with Kodi's. "I just hope we all are ok at the end." Jumper said Aleu's smile turned underside down. The words echoed a"gain in her head When one is taken....
Chapter 10
The little package
Meanwhile miles away inside a small cave a small little wolf was staring at the rain falling outside the small hole in the rock. She wasn't a pup, but young. Not even a year yet. "Oh I hope my brother is ok." She said to herself her blue crystal eyes filed with fear as the rain reflected againest them "I'm glad he told me were the fruit was.." the wolf said as her eyes started to close Then they flew open again to the sound of a noise. Her head flew up to see thousaunds of eyes glowing red and staring at her. "Uhh!" she cried Niju started at the wolf and said "Don't worry we know were your brother Jumper is." Niju said "Yoo..you do. " said the little wolf "Yes we do, but we haven't come to take you to him. Were're here to kidnap you." Niju said as he grabbed her scruff with his fangs. "Ahhh!" screamed the wolf
Jumper's eyes flew open along with Aleu's and all the others "Sofia!" he said "Who is Sofia?" Jenna asked "That scream was my sister's scream." Jumper said "What were is your sister!" Kodi replied "I was separated from her, but I told her were the food was." Jumper said "Hopfully we will find her." Dusty said Morning had come, but the clouds still were hiding the sun. "Come on we have to keep moving if we was going to return the gem and see if we find Sofia." said Aleu
"Master the package is here." Niju said as he walked up towards the dark figure "Very good Niju. You have not failed your misson to get it. Now were is see?" the dark figure said Niju looked behind himself and saw a few wolves carring Sofia in their mouths. "Please were is me brother?" she said in a scared tone The wolves thregh her forward in front of their master. Sofia looked at her surounding as yellow and red eyes started at her. "Your brother was here,but he got away, but now he has not done what we wanted him to do. So we are useing you." the figure said Niju pushed Sofia in front of figure. Sofia felt claws grab her and pull her closer, but it wasn't over. Sofia felt teeth sink into her side close to her neck. "AhHHH!.' She cried The figure was biting her an letting the green pioson sink in.
"Master the group has survieved the water!" screamed a wolf looking into the pool The figure looked up and threw Sofia to the side as she struggled. The poison was enetering her blood and running throw her body. "It doesn't matter now. Remember we have more plans the other part of the plan." the leader said Niju and Steele smiled "Part 1 is complete, get her a wolf gem. Steele lead the way. Niju carry Sofia," the figure said Steele smiled "Are the human cleared out?" asked the figure "Yes master I made a huge storm there and they are staying in the other town. I made one on the mountains so they will not return to Nome. They are all there . The storm in the town is nothing now, but dark cloud. I found a way for the dogs to not see here the storm so only dogs are in town and the human in the next town. This gem is so powerful. " Niju said "Good now get Sofia. We're going to visit the town of Nome."
Aleu was peacfully swimming with the other under the water. "I hope there is nothing here." Kodi said as he looked around the dirty water. Know of them had noticed that something was watching them. "They looked strange to be living down here." a voice said "They must be outsiders. We don't tak outsiders." said another
"Jumper what does Sofia look like?" Balto asked "Sofia has blue eyes like me. Her fur in white with brown paws, and ears along with her under side and tail." Jumper said "Oh I bet see is pretty." Dusty said "She's younger than me...ever since me pack was attacked our parents have dissapeared. I've been caring for her." Jumper said Then a noise enetred their ears. They turned to see fish behind them.
Chapter 11
Demons
"Who are you?" said one of the gray fish "My name is Aleu, we are only passing throw." Aleu said The fish looked at her "We don't take intrudoers." said the other Then their eyes fell out of their heads and fins became claws and grew teeth. "Dead demon!" cried Kodi "Swim!" screamed Balto as their tails started to move. The demon fish weren't about to give up. Aleu's tail was flinpping fast as er eyes drew torward the ground. Under them were skeletons of dead wolf and dog along with wilf animals. "Ahhh!" Dusty screamed as the bones layed under them. "DOn't you want to be like that?" the fish said The Jenna stopped swimming and fell into the bones. Her tail was caught on huge ribes of a deer. Jenna struggled to escape the ribs, but as she hit the dust is only cause another deers ribs trapping her. "Jenna no!" screamed Balto Three fish bit into Jenna's tail. "AAhh" screamed Jenna "Stop!" Aleu screamed as a blue beam of lights shot the fish and sripted of his skin and his bones fell to the ground. Jenna quickly escaped. The same laser hit the ones on Dusty and the one on Kodi's ears. "Speed up!" Aleu cried as her tail moved again Aleu flew away along with her parents behind her. Kodi and Dusty followed to as they flew away.
"Haha!" Kodi said "Look!" Jumper said as he pointed with a webbed paw. "Land!" Jenna said Then they heard the fish again and saw that they were caught up. "Come back. " cried one Then Aleu felt herpaws on swallow ground and her head come out of the water. The other did the same. Aleu felt her gils close back into her skin and they walked out of the water. Her back legs and ail were back to normal and the webbed skin vanished. The gang was back on land and safe from the fish. "No..." screamed the leader as they tryed to fish on the sand, but it was no use. The ganag watched as the scaled flew from the gray fish. The skin faded and their bones were the only things felt. "Hopefully if they don't get back to the water." Kodi said
"I don't think I will eat another fish again." Dusty said Then Aleu's eyes went blank and started glowing a light blue. "Uhh!" creid Jumper Aleu felt warm fur againest her. Aniu's voice echoed in the wind. "Climb the mountain. You are close to returning th gem. The case there they are is one the top. Your close." Aniu said
Aleu's eyes faded back to the yellow and blue diamonds. "The case for the gems is at the top!" Aleu said "Wow were so close..but it will take a bit to climb that mountain." Dusty said sadly "Don't worry we wil make it." Jenna said Balto smiled along with Aleu. "Breakfast first." Jumper said Aleu frond again as the words One will be taken echoed throw her head.
Sofiadidn't like this one bit. She was kiddnapped by the dark figure that was now her darkest nightmare. Sofia didn't feel good. Like her hear had stopped beating and her entire body systen had frozn in snow. Sofia didn't what to do what every they had made her a part of. Niju had been pulling her all the way to someplace they were going to.Steele had a wolf gem in his mouth that he was holding by the chain. Sofia knew it was for her, but she didn't what it. As the pack started to stop walking Sofia say a small town below the mountain. "There's are target." the figure said The voice scared Sofia because it sounded like i was really two voices. Sofia didn't what this, but she knew that these evil wolves and dogs would make here. "Jumper I love you.." she said silently to herself
"The gem Niju." the voice said while drawing his or her's dark red eyes toward Sofia Sofia's cystal blue eyes felt as if they had become a dark grey "No.. I don1" but it was to late The red gem was placed around Sofia's neck and the power entered her vains. "Poses her Niju." the figure said Niju smiled showing every tooth. "No!" Sofia screamed but it was too late again "Follow us Sofia." Niju said The figure lead the way down to town "CHarge!" screamed Steele as the huge number of wolves and dog ran down toward the humanless town. Sofia felt her feet pulling her. She had no choice.
Down in town Ralph and Kirby were playing with Hayden an Pearl. "Doyou hear a noise?" asked Hayden Pearl looked at the pebbles going up and down under her feet. "What is that?" Ralph said as he looked up Kirby did the same. All four of them had huge eyes."RUN!" Kitby screamed out loud as he grabbed Pearl by the scuff and started to run. Ralph quickly did the same with Hayden. "Look!" Dixie said The army had already enetred the town. Dogs started screaming and running as more dog and wolves attacked. Sofia could believe this.
Aleu was kind of getting tired climbing rocks. They had been going all day and her half way up the mountain. Aleu wished the gem could teleport her and the others here,but it would only work at sertain times. Night had grown over the gang. "My legs hurt." Dusty complained weakly Kodi's eyes looked at her, but it seemed as if she was now a blur. Jenna was trying to help Balto walked since he had tripped and made his paws soar. Aleu was next to Jumper. He didn't know what to do since he heard the screame of his sister. "Oh Sofia..." he said "We'll...huh..fin.d her." aleu said weakly as her feet gave out. Jumper colapes next to her along with Dusty and Kodi. Jenna fell againest her mate making him fall over too. They were all passed out
Chapter. 12
Nomeof Fire
Aleu had a terrible felling in her sleep. A dream started coming into her mind and Aleu didn't like it. Swet pored down her fur as the dream cotiuned. In the dream Aleu say Nome as the peacful place she had come into life as. Aleu smiled at her home, but them fire came out of nowhere. Aleu tried to run, but ice had covered her feet and frozen them to the thick ground. "Stopped Help!" Aleu said as she tried to break her bounded paws. Aleu's eyes had nothing but fear as she watched her friends screamed. Fire was still burning all over the place. What was happening,
Aleu still was trying to break out of her ice canes, but still it was as hard a steel. "No!" she screamed as she watched wolves attacked her friends and pack. Nava appeared in front of Aleu with blood coming out of his right l egs. A huge scratchd was on his face and going throw his eye. It was blodd red and had dirt all in it. "Aleu you have to help us." he said "Nava what has happened?!" Aleu said "Help us please!" a wolf cried Aleu could tell who it was, but she didn't know it was Sofia. "Help me. I'm being posed." Sofia screamed as her white and brown coat faded.
if ifif The ground started to move under Aleu's feet and it took her into the heart of the town as the fire circled around her. Aleu still felt frozen on the paws and them the ice started growing up her legs. "No Stop!" Aleu screamed Minutes later nothing but coldness had comsumed Aleu's brown body. Her head was the olny thing out of the frozen prison. Them a shape appeared in front of her eyes. Aleu looked at it and more feared eneter her body. The object in front of her was a dager. It had a black handle that had a shing silver point. A nasty smell enetered Aleu's nose. It was the smell of blood. Aleu watched as blood dripped from the dager. "No!" Aleu screamed
The ice was now onto Aleu's ears. Them words echoed trough out the town. "One will be taken." but this time there was more to it. "And so will another." Aleu's eyes started to tear up "Please no. I don't what someone to die!" Aleu said as the ice finally covered her face.
"Aleu!" Jumper said as Aleu's scared eye opened and her breatj returned to her.m"Honey are you ok?" Jenn said scaredly "The town...it's in danger and.." Aleu said "What Aleu!" Kodi said with a scared look. "Huhu." Aleu said "Come on Aleu what happened?!" Balto said "Aleu.' Dusty said "In the end to of us will die."
Jumper's eyes got big. "Tow of us. I though it was one." Jumper said "Aleu what happned in the dream." Balto asked his daughter. 'The town is on fire. A dager with blodd. Nava hurt and a whte and brown wolf was being posed." Aleu said "What did she looked like!" Jumper said Aleu looked into Jumper's eyes and said. "Your eye color along with white fur and brown paws, eard, and underside." Aleu described "UHHH..Sofia!" Jumper said "That was your sister?!" Aleu said "Yes..I can't belive this." Jumper said "This isn'y good." Kodi said and Balto looked at him.
Back in the town nothing but garbage and destoded homes layed around with fire. Steele was carrying Dixie towards a few cages made out of long stiff branches and threw her in. In the other cages were Aleu'spack along with most of the dogs and including Nava." We haved found found the two dogs with the pups that we saw when we were coming." Steele said to Niju "Huh..I'll go see our master." Niju said as his paws walked along the ground. "Sofia come!" he said Sofia tryed to holdback,but the curse pulled at her as she followed.
Minutes later Niju was standing in front of the dark figure who had made a den like his or her old one out of a tree bottom. "We have gotten most of every one, but some arestillin hiding." Niju said as Sofia's paws still weere shaking "Keep looking Niju." the figure said "I have also come to bring who this. " Niju said as he handed the figure a shiny dealy danger. The dark figure reached out and took the shiny weapin from Niju. "Good Niju..now contuine your seach. It won't be long before our guest arrive." the figure said evily "Come Sofia." Niju said as he turned "Leave her with me Niju." the figure said as it's eyes glowed under the darkness. "Stay." Niju said as Sofia's heart felt like it had started again. Her crystal eyes were filed up with fear.
Niju passed away from his matser beack into town as Sofia turned to look at her nightmare. As the figure walked bakcward into more of the tree Sofia's had to follow. The tree was huge and the figure had more room. "Who are Jumper's sister. I see it in your eyes." Sofia's nightmare figure said "Were is my brother?" Sofia demanded "He is one of our guest and you I can use.": he or she said
Aleu was having a hard time like the others. HAving this adventure was hard when who where the chosen one. Aleu knew they all felt sad and weak from all this. Mosty finding out what they would return home too was the worst. Jumper finding out that his sister was in danger was even worse along with all other them knowing that two were goingto lose their lives. Aleu had a felling something bad was going to happen very soon. Now that even more danger was coming.
Everyone could tell that the gem had speed up their legs as they walked up the path and had the climb the walls of the rockyness. "I hope Hayden and Pearl are ok." said Dusty "Me too. Every since you rescued your sibling from you dad." Kodi replied to Dusty "I hope Niju isn't there. I hope I forget that he is me dad." Dusty said as she rememeberd the day she had rescued her siblings who were still pups and her mother Naggie who had died. "I just hope everyone is ok." Balto said "Sofia must be there, but she would never attack a town." Jumper said as he was climbing a rock wall with Aleu in front of him. Finnally all of then had there paws on flat ground again. "Look!" Dusty cried pointing with a white paw. As Aleu looked up she saw a huge a long path going up the mountain. "Well hopefully this is our last path." Balto said
Back in town Niju still was going on the hunt for Ralph along with Kirby who had Hayden and Pearl with them. Inside a house that wasn't completely destroyed Ralph, Kirby, Hayden, and Pearl. "Come out your four." Niju said in a playful and evil way. "uhh it's out dad.." Pearl said looking at Hayden "Shhh!" Ralph went as Hayden and Pearl hide under a wreaked up bed. Kirby's nose started to move and he started going ""Ahh..ahh" "No!" Hayden said, but it was too late. Kirby let out a huge sneeze which could be heard everywere. Niju flew through the window breaking the wrest of the glass. "Well well he said" as his eyes went from Ralph to Kirby and then the the little ones. "Uhhh..." Hayden went "Dusty please." Pearl said The wolves dragged Ralph and Kirby away as Niju's eyes still layed on Hayden and Pearl. "Hello my children, who mother isn't here right now...she dead." Niju said Hayden and Pearl pictured the day Naggie had dies and there onder sister Dusty had rescued them. "Don't worry your see you sister..when she is dead." Niju said
Aleu was still walking up the brown path with Jumper next to her along with Koid. Her parents behind her with Dusty too. Aleu felt warmth all over her body all of a sudden. "Woah..I fell warm." Chapter. 13
It isn't over
Aleu was running up the path with Jumper at her side as her parents followed along with her brother and Dusty."Almost there!" Aleu said Minutes later all six of them were in from a something that looked like a huge tomb coffin, but it was a huge stone chest with a top. "Come on, Help me push it off." Aleu said with sunshine on her face. Putting all there muscles together was a good idea. The top fell of and they all looked inside knowing that wolf and dog gem were there. 'What?" Jumper said with a confused face "Were are they?" Jenna said They looked inside the case with confused face. "Ther're all gone." Aleu said "What is that?" Kodi said looking at a small light in the middle of the bottom. "What the heck." Aleu said as the light grew bigger...then it spread through all the case. "What is happeneing?!" Dusty said as the light reflected againest her eyes. Them huge lines of light appeared and went for everyone. "No!" Kodi said as one grabbed his leg and pulled him inside. "Kodi!" Jenna said as he dissapeared under the light. "No..stop it!" Balto said as one grabbed him around the waste and pulled his brown fur into the light. Aleu started running, but them she felt pain inside herself. "Aleu what is AHHHH!" Jenna called as the light had grabbed her and swallowed her too.
Aleu could move, but ever bone in her body felt as if it was cracking. "Aleu..what are you do-" Dusty said as she was grabbed by the light "Aleu!" she screamed as the light comsumed her and her fur dissapeared. "Aleu what is happening to you." Jumper said but it was too later. "NO!" he cried as he too vanished. Aleu looked down as the light craweled over her legs and body. It was cold like ice. The light pulled her towards the case and everything went black.
Chapter. 14
The darkest Hour
Aleu felt pain in her back as she hit hard ground. "Ouch..what was that." she said as the chain still lay around her neck. "We...are home." Kodi said Everyone looked around at the place. "It has been destroyed." Balto said "Hayden..Pearl.." Dusty said "Look like the humans are gone.." Aleu said sadly "There are in the next town." a voice said Aleu and the others turned to see Niju and Steele behind them. "Guest" Steele said as some of the pack of dogs and wolves walked out from the town. The gems.." Jenna said "Get them." a dark voice said Aleu turned to see a dark figure. :Who did this. You are behind all this!." Aleu growled along with the others. "Ha, ha..get them." The figure said The wolves and dogs went for the group. Two wolves pinned down Jenna along with Kodi. They tried to free themselves, but the gem were giving the wolves strengh. Dusty jumped to Niju put a wolf and dog attacked her a held her down. "Jumper!" Aleu said as A wolf pinned him down. "No!" she cried as she was grabbed by moving ice around her body a forced to lay on the ground on her stomach. She felt the gem press into her chest. What would happen.
Chapter 15.
Aleu's blood is worth something
"let us go!" Aleu screamed "Niju do it."the figure said as it picked up something around it's neck and pulled it out of the shadows. The figure opened the front of the object as if it were a locket. It lookd kind of like a gem, but it was gray and lifeless. Niju stepped over to Aleu and smiled. He pulled out something sharp. Aleu's fear grew as she relieved it was the danger from her dreams. Niju grabbed one of her paw paws and turned it over onto the pad. He slowly lower the danger to her pad. Aleu notice a small halt broken cup next to him. Then she felt pain in her pad. Niju had cut it and it was starting to bleed red blood. Niju squeezed her paw as Aleu screamed with pain. "Stop!" Jumper said as his eyes grew fear. Aleu's blodd ran down her paw and arm as Niju picked up the cup and collected some of Aleu's blood. After that he picked up the danger that now had blodd on it and walked towads the figure. "Good work." the figure said Niju put the blood into the figure gems locket thing and wipped the dangers blood on it too. The figure closed it as he or she started to glow. Aleu knew that see was about to meet the one that put her through all of this.
"perfect." the figure replied evily Aleu's paw was still dripping with blood onto the ground. It hurt so bad that Aleu thought all her ed blood would come out. Niju sat the dager next to the figure and walked back to Aleu. As his eyes starred down at her her eyes went back at him. Niju grabbed her paw had now had blood dripping. "It's hurts Aleu.." He said "Stop!" Aleu said as he squeezed it more and the blood escape faster. Aleu and the others watched at the dark figure started to glow a lightith blue color. "HAHAH!" the figure cried The light got bigger as everyone's eyes closed trying to hold out the light. Them there was a huge ball of light around the figure and the ball exploded. Them it faded away show the figure was still in the shadows of the tree. Aleu looked at the necklace around the figures neck. "UHH A Wolfdog gem?!" Aleu said as she saw a gem that looked atot like her gem.
"Is this what you wanted..my blood!" Aleu screamed at the darkness "Come out!" Ballo cried as the one holding him down hit him across the face. Everyone watched as the darkness stepped out of the darkness and into the like under the clouds. "Uhhh OH MY GOSH!" Aleu cried Jenna's eyes got huge along with Kodi and Dusty's eyes. "NO!" Balto said Jumper's eyes were huge too. "I can't believe this!" Aleu said The figure had dark gray fur along with dark gray/black paws with small spots and blodd red eyes. Around the figure's neck was a wolfdog gem, but the thing that surprised them the most was the figure looked just like Aleu.

"You...look like me...the only difference is the color...what!" Aleu cried The fgure stepped foward. "You used her blood for this!?" Jumper said The figure nodded no "I think it is time for me to tell my story?" the figure said Her voice was two voice being said at the same time. "My voice.." Aleu said "Yes Aleu my voice is your voice and a voice of darkness." she replied to Aleu "Let her tell the story stupid!" Niju said as he squeezed her paw more. "My name is Darka. The reason I looked like Aleu goes way back. When Aleu got mad at her father for not telling her she that she was part wolf. Her hatred of this caused my to be born inside her. After she did kindness to the pack. I was forced out of her soul. I was weak and had no power, but I had a wolfdog gem that was nothing, but a piece of junk. I was found by Niju and Steele and sent them to get the wolfdog gem, and because I was your darkness Aleu that is why you were chosen to use the power. Niju and Steele got the wolf and dog gems and wolves and dog joined my side . I used my poison fang on them turning them into living death animals and gave them gems. That symboled that I had them. I used your blood Aleu because the thepower runs throw your vains. So my gem is now full of power. " Darka said "WHAT!" BAlto said "What Aleu there is more." Darka said
"Jumper.." Darka said "I kiddnapped him to be on my side and was a going to bite him to he would be nine, but he made a deal to go after Aleu, but when I say Jumper was helping her I knew he was only useing it to escape. " Darka "I didn't want to become one of you wolves or dogs. I wasn't a follower." Jumper said "Yes, but I have something for you." Darks said as as she went to her tree. "Ouch." said a girl's voice s Darka puled her out. "Sofia!" Jumper said "Haha I poiosn fanged her. Niju posesed her so she would attack with us." Darka said "JJ-umper I'm sorry. I couldn't do a thing." Sofia said "You !" Aleu cried "HAHA release her so we can fight and see who wins. " Darka said The ice around Aleu faded as she got up. "We shall see who is the best."
Aleu jumped for Darka, but she was ready. Darka grabbed Sofia a put her front of herself "Woulkdn't attack Sofia would you?" Darka said as Aleu stopped "Put me down!" Sofia screamed as she punched Darka while glowing red. "Pinn her down!" Darka said as Sofia started running. Tow wolves jumped on her and Sofia could move. "We will do thsi alone!" Darka said
Chapter. 17
One will be taken is chosen
Aleu jumped for Darka but Darka slapped Aleu. "What the gem isn't working." Aleu screamed "No!" Jenna cried with fear in her eyes for her daughter. "Please don't Darka!" Kodi said Balto, Jumper, and Dusty were scared too. "UHH!" Aleu screamed as Darka dug her claws into Aleu's alread cut claw. "AHHH!" Aleu cried "It hurts...this blood with power!" Darka said smilling Aleu quickly flew up to bite Darka, but Daka attack her and Aleu flew over to the tree den. "Why isn't my gem telling me anything," but them she knew it. Someone was about to die.
Aleu said "WHAT..." as Darka's gray and black pinned her down and the other reached for the dagger. "No...!" Balto, Kodi,Dusty, and Jenna said all at the same time. "Say good bye Aleu." as Darka raised the dagger. "Aleu!" Sofia cried "NOO! Screamed Jumper as he freed himself for the grips and ran towards Aleu. Darka started forcing the danger down towards Aleu, but them Aleu felt Jumper push her away as she slidd across the ground. Then Aleu heard a gross and terrible noise. She quickly got up and looked back as Darka and Jumper. "UHH!" Jumper said Aleu's and Sofia's mouth opened as the others. "No Jumper.." Sofia said with tears in her eyes. Darka pulled her dager back to see blood on it. "Jumper!" Aleu said When Jumper had pushed her away he had stopped Darka for stabbing her, but now Jumper had been stabbed with the dager.
Aleu ran over to Jumper and Darka moved with a smioe on her evil face. Jumper's side was bleeding like crazy as the red flew out. Sofiaquickly freed herself and ran towards her brother. "Jumper no!" she said "Sofia..I love you..." Jumper said "Jumper I love you too." Sofia said sadly as the wolves grabbed her and bragged her away. Jumper's weak eye looked at Aleu. "No Jumper, don't go stay with me and you sister." Aleu said sadly "Aleu..uhh...I have enjoyed you ever since I meet you...." he said as he still layed in the ground. "Jumper pleae. We can befeet Darka and you, me, your sister, and the others can have a happy life." Aleu said "ALeu...please take care of Sofia......tell her..uhh.. that I love her. " Jumper said sadly "Don't leave me." Aleu cried "Aleu..." Jumper said "Jumper I LOVE YOU! I HAVE LOVED YOU EVER SINCE I SAY YOU!" Aleu said "Aleu..I love you too." Jumper said "Ever since I say you." "Please no." Aleu replied "I love you Sofia." Jumper called "I love you..pleae!" Sofia said Jumper turned back to Aleu "Take care of her Aleu...uhh. I love you." he said He reached up his paws, grabbed Aleu's face and pressed his lips to hers. Aleu was surprised at first, but them got into the kissing. Jumper let go weakly of Aleu. Aleu watched as his crystal blue eyes closed and his head layed down on the ground. His body wetn cold as as his heart stopped beating and the blodd had slowly stopped. "No..." Aleu said as she layed dow next to Jumper and let her tears drop into his fur.
"No.." she said as everone had the sadness look. Aleu watched as some of the blood from Jumper's bleeding side ran down towards the gem around her neck and landed on it. The gem started to glow as the blodd dissapeared in it. "Jumper." Aleum said sadly "Stop you silly wolfdog." Darka said as she raised the danger again. Then all of a sudden the gem shot a laser at the danger and it flew out of Darka's hand. "You Idiot!" screamed Darko as she jumped for Aleu with her fangs green and nasty. Then Aleu vanished out of thin air along with Jumper's cold body. "What?" Darka went as she looked around. Jenna had just done the same followed by Dusty Kodi and Balto. The Sofia vanished too. "Master the prisonaers are gone!" cried a evil wolf "Find them all, especiallly Aleu." Darka growled
Chapter. 18
The bigger battle is coming
Aleu and everyone else had be teleported to a hidden cave in the forest. "No.' Sofia cried as she ran up to her brother's dead body. "Oh Jumper.." Kodi said Everyone had a sad face on. "He gave his life to rescue me....and it helped the gem use the power again..." Aleu said "You loved him Aleu..." Jenna said "We could tell thoughout all of the jouney." Dusty said sadly as Hayden and Pearl sat beside her. "I have a feeling that this isn't over.Kodi said as ' Dusty's eyes got bigger. Aleu knew one more thing. That someone else was going to die too.
"This is going to be a tough battle everyone." Nava called out Aleu looked and saw that he did had srcathes on his eye. "As you can see Jumper has died from this. This battle between us and Darka's followers is going to be rough." Nava said "What about Sofia!?" cried a wolf as Sofia's eyes had fear 'She can abttle with us. The reason Darka used her was only to make Aleu give up, but it didn't work." Nava said "This battle will be hard...who will fight with me." Aleu said "I will fight Aleu." Sofia cried Aleu smiled at Sofia "Me and Jenna." Balto said "You can count n us." Dusty said s Kodi stepped fored. ALeu's eyes teared up sgain as she looked at Jumper. "I wish he were here." she said
Everthing had been planned out again Darka's pack. Aleu. Sofia, Balto, Jenna, Dusty, Kodi, Aleu's wolf pack, Ralph, Kirby, Yak, Sumac, Nuk Kaltag, Niki, and Star would be battling againest Darko's folowers. Nav would tsay away from his battle along with Muk, Luk, Stella ,Bories, Dixie, and Sylivie, along with Dusty's siblings Hayden and Pearl. "Nava I don't get it.How will be defeat the army." Aleu asked still layed next to Jumper's body. Sofia was there too. "When darka bit them for one minute the poison destored them caauseing them to become dead wolves and dog so it woud symbolize that she had them." Nava said "I'm dead!" Sofia said "No Sofia, Dara has to bite you for a minute, she only did it for thirty seconds. It was a good amout to poses who, but not to make you dead...would you like for me to you." Nava said "Yes please!" Sofia said as the gem around her neck went back anf forward. "ANiu is really going too." Nava said
Chapter 19
Sofiais free
Right in front of Aleu and Sofia's eyes Aniu appeared as white and beautiful as could be. "Sofia this will hurt you know." Aniu said "Yes, but I want the poiosn to be gone." Sofia said as Aniu got closer Aniu raised her mouth and bit into Sofia's side were Darka had. "Ouch..." Sofia went as the poison was being sucked out. A minut later Aniu release her white fangs from Sofia's white and brown fur. "The poiosn is gone now, you are free from Darka's claws, but still use the gem, it's power runs through your vains ." Aniu said as the poison faed away. "Thank you....Can we use the gem to bring back Jumper?' Asked Sofia with a happy looke along with Aleu's smile Aniu's smile faded and she nodded no. "The gem give you power, but not to bring back lives." she said as she faed away and Aleu and Sofia's smiles did to. Aleu had a bad feeling about this battle. She knew that he dogs and wolves were already dead and what she had to do.The get the dead dog and wolves all you had to do was rib off the gem and attack until they faded. Aleu wished the ememies could have better lives, but Aleu still wounder who was going to die next.
Aleu looked up a the moon up in the sky and the bright stars and Sofia was next to her. "Jumper told me to take care of you Sofia." Aleu said looking at Sofia her white fur blowing in the wind. "Yeah....." Sofia said "I miss him too Sofia..." Aleu said looking up at the stars "You think he is up there?" Sofia asked "Yes Sofia I really think so." Aleu replied with a smile as Sofia smiled

War and Stuff
Aleu walked slowly as her pack and friend were behind her. Beside Aleu Sofia was walking along with Dusty and Kodi. Balto and Jenna were on the other side of her. Everone esle who was fighting was behind her placing one paw in front of the other ready to fight. The other who weren't fighting were back in the cave. Aleu finnally saw in front of Dara was leading her army with Niju and Steele next to her. "Remember how to attack them." Aleu said looking at the living dead as they growel back. Sofia's paws started shaking as the brown fur blew on them blew throughh the wind and finally the armies were facing. "Hello Aleu..How's little Jumper?!" said Darka laughing with Niju and Steele "This will end ere Darka. I have set Sofia free.I have the wolfdog gem." said Aleu Sofia toughend up. Everyone notice Darka still have the dager that was used to cut Aleu and Jumper. "Stop talking pest...Now WE BATTLE!"
The armies ran toward eachother with teeth and claws flying. Aleu bit into the first dead wolf she go to and ripped on the gem. The wolf's body faded into thin air. "Sorry that you let Darka do that to you." Aleu said as she contuined with Sofia near her. Ralph and Kirby were fighting back to back as they ripped on the gem of a dog along with bitiing each and wripping their blood from the dead dogs bite's away. Balto and Jenna were close together as one disstracted and the other fought. Kodi and Dusty had forned a team and were battling back to back as well. Darka was useing her power and dager as some wolves started dieing. Aleu was surrounded by posed dogs and wolves along with Sofia. They all jumped for them at once with teeth and claws that had blood. Aleu grabbed Sofia quickly and sad "TELEPORT!" the wolves and dog slambed together as Aleu and Sofia pulled of the gems. Aleu didn't enjoy this but kept on going.
Darka was sick of attacking wolves that she wasn't after. Her red eye looked over at Aleu and Sofia. "AHHH! " she cried with an idea as she sent the message to Niju and Steele's mind with her wolfdog gem. Aleu was fighting a dog whn she heard. "Aleu!" Aleu quickly ripped off the gem and bit the dog and turned to see Darka running away with Sofia. "No!" she cried as she ran after them.
"Speed!" cried Aleu! as her brown paws ran across the ground following Darka. She and the others had gone into more forest that was away from the cave. As Aleu enetered the darkness she slowed to to looked. "Sofia!" she cried out loud as she came to the heart of the darkness. "HHAHA!" Aleu heard as Darka jumed for her and pinned Aleu on the ground along with Niju and Steele. "Take you last breath!" Darka said "NO!" screamed Aleu :First it's you then Sofia and you little friends!" Darka said
"Thats what you think!" Sofia screamed as she jumped and landed on Darka's gray back. "Get of her pest!" Daka screamed as Sofia shot a laser at Niju throw the gem. Aleu heard paws running toward her and saw Kodi along with Jenna, Balto, and Dusty! "Guys!" she said
Balto and Jenna jumped for Niju with claws and teeth showing as Kodi and Dusty went for Steele. "Let's finnish this Sofia." Aleu said as they went for Darka and Jumped, but Darka was ready with her dager. Aleu quicky bit Darka who threw her off along with Sofia in two different diractions. " You foolish kid." Darka said over Sofia who eyes had fear. Darka raise the dager. "No!" screamed Aleu as she watch the dager stabbed Sofa's side and blood run down her.
"Uhhh.." Sofia went weakly as the blood stanned her white and brown fur. "Aleu.....I will always remember you...one of my firneds.......best friends...Jumper.." she said as her crystal eyes closed. Darka quickly grabbed the wolf gem of Sofia's neck and crushed it with a stone fist made by the gem. Balto, Jenna, amd Kodi, alongmwith Dusty looked away to see Sofia."Well Aleu who little firned is dead." Darka laughed as Aleu ran over to Sofia. "No." Aleu said "Not Sofia too." Aleu said Aleu didn't notice but Sofia's blood was running down her running a dripped onto Aleu's wolfdog gem and dissapeared. "NO!" screamed Aleu
Then aleu like started glowing around all her body. Balto and Jenna grabbed Niju's gem and pulled it of as Kodi and Dusty did the same with Steele and watched them run away scared. A ball of light blue and whie light appeared around Aleu and grew bigger. Darka was stucked into it as she looked around the whiteness. "It ends here Darka." Aleu said Darka looked foward to see Aleu's blank eyes glowing blue along with herbody. Next to her were spirets Sofia and Jumper both glowing red.
"You can't Aleu, Jumper, and Sofia!" Darka said, but Aleu, Jumper, and Sofia had place their paws together and shot a laser at Darka with a blue inside and red outside. It hit Darka as she screamed. "AHHH NO!" she cried as her body and dager started cracking along with her bones as blood started comeing out and burning into flame. Them Darka exploded and the light faed from her. Dark'a gem fell onto the ground. The light ball faed as Aleu went back to normal and the Jumper and Sofia faed. Dusty, Balto, and Jenna along with Kodi looked at her. "It's over." Aleu said as her paw turned into a huge stone. Aleu raised it and laned it on Darka's 'wolfdog gem. It broke into pieces and faded away. It was all over now.
Chapter. 21
The End
Aleu's fist went back to normal as she looked up at her friends and fsmily and them too Sofia's dead cold body. "Huh..it's over....along with Sofia's life." Aleu sadly said as Sofia laid on the ground with blood stained fur on her side were to danger had stuck her. It was now a dark redish blackish. "We should clean on the blood and then find a place for her and Jumper." Balto said as him ad Kodi walked over to Sofia and picked her up. Aleu lead the way as she knew the the field wound her messy.
As the group walked over the firned all the dead wolves and dog who were followers of Darka were laying on the ground. "If only they hadn't let Darka do this to them." Jenna said staring at them Everyone watched as ghostly cold clear blue spirets raised from the bodies and entered up into the sky and faded away and the bodies did as well. "I think I should use the gem to clean this up." Aleu said as her eyes and body glowed blue. In front of their eyes light spread everywere as the field became the green color again and pices of wood in the town glued back to place. The sky's cloud dissapeared and the mountain storm stopped so the human could return. The cages broke as everything was back the way it was.
A light showed in the middle of the field as the gem case appeard. Aleu had noticed that all the wolf and dog gems were still on the ground and started moving towards the case as they slowy enetered tocase. Dusty smiled at Aleu who was staring at her gem. "This is it." Aleu said to the group as her paws walked her to the case as took the gem by the chain and raised it off her neck. She released it into the case, but it hit the others and bounced write back up onto Aleu's neck. "What....but I was suposed to return it." Aleu said confused Then all watched as the case vanished without the wolfdog gem.
Aleu watched with her pack, dog friends, and family as Balto and Kodi carried the dead bodies of siblings Jumper and Sofia. It was outside Aleu's pack camp were a hole was buried for the dead two. Aleu walked foward and joined Nava in front of the hole as Balto and Kodi carfully placed them into it and walked out of the hole. "Today we are gathered here to celebrate the lives of wolves Jumper and Sofia. I don't know much about them so I will turned it over to Aleu." Nava said looking at her
Aleu stepped forward. "I meet Jumper after he attacked me to keep from being poisoned by Darka. I fell in love with him not knowing that he was in love with me. Sofia was his sister who was had to rescue and suck of her poison that controled her. I became close friends with them and when I was about to be stabbed by Darka Jumper rescued me with his life because of his love. I watched himdie in front of my eyes along with my parents, brother, firends Dusty and my new fried Sofia who I was going to take care of. We became friend, but Darka used her to bring me to her. I watch Darka stabbed her and I feellike I failed them...but in the end we all defeated Darka." Aleu said After her speech Aleu walked down to the clean furred siblings. "I'll miss you two." she said
It had been a few days since the battle. Aleu was sitting on the dark night beach knwoing that everything was right and good again. The humans had returned, but still Aleu felt like a hole was in her heart with the friendship of the two. "You still more upset more than us about Jumper and Sofia." Balto said "I had a phocecy saying one would die, but I didn't knwo it would be them." Aleu said as she strangly felt light on her back. Dusty felt it too along with Jenna, Balto, and Kodi. They turned to see the spiret of Aniu..along with Jumper and Sofia.
Aleu's eye teared up. "I fail Jumper. I failed protecting Sofia." Aleu said lokking at Jumper's ghosty blue eyes. "No you didn't Aleu." Jumper said looking at his sister "I think Aniu should tell you some stuff." Sofia said Aniu smiled. "Aleu when the gem didn't work while you battled Darka for the first time the gem didn't work because it needed something. When Jumper's love for you and your love for him grew strnger and his blood dropped on the gem it help you out. The same with Sofia because they loved you and you loved them (Jumper she was in love with along with im being in love with her, Sofia and Aleu liked eachother as firends."). Aniu said to Aleu As she smiled happily Aleu asked "Why did didn't the gem want to do back?" Aniu looked at her
"Whe you used the gem for good as the power ran through your veins it started to become close to you. When you show the love for you family, firends, and Jumper and Sofia the gem knew that it couldn't go back. Your the keeper now." Aniu said as she faded away Jumper and Sofia's eyes stared into Aleu's eyes. "Will I ever see you again." Aleu sadly said "In your dreams and something you will here us in your mind." Sofia said "Well always be with you Aleu. We will watch over you and you family and freinds along with Aniu. We will still see you, but mosty only it dreams." Jumper said H walked foward and pressed his lips with Aleu as Sofia bussed against her brown fur. Then all of a sudden a light appeared.
Everyone’s eye looked at the bright light and say a figure in it. "Mom" Sofia said looked with tears "Ma...it's you." Jumper said They looked back at Aleu and the others. "I love you Aleu." Jumper said "Me too." Aleu said "You'll always be one of my best friends." Sofia said "Bye all of you guys. " they said together as they walked towards to light with their mother.
Aleu and the other looked at the two next to their mother. Aleu lifted up her head and howled as Balto, Jenna, Kodi, and Dusty joined along with Jumper and Sofia. Them Aleu did one last howl with Jumper and Sofia as Aleu watched the light faded taking Jumper and Sofia with them.
