Cherub open her mouth then closed it.She had nothing to say, neither did Trooper. Dart going to die he always nice and calm. Trooper had anger shot thought him Tao was to blame.Trooper noticed that his six sense was transfroming into more. Now he knows who dies and how. Trooper opened his mouth.
"Its Tao`s fault.Tao attacked him I don`t know why but he did". Trooper said sure of every thing he said.Then he looked at his paws.
"Trooper",Cherub said in a shaky voice. "My dads name is Dart".
"Really,my bothers name is Dart". Trooper replied.
"Whos going to die"? Cherub sobbed.
"I don`t know". Then Trooper had a vison of a fire ,a big one.A pup virson of Trooper was in the fire. Then the vison was gone.Trooper shook his head.
The next day.Cherub was sad whimpering all the time she walked to Trooper.
"I`m going to have pups". she said.
"Really"?! Trooper yelled .He was trying to brighten her up.
"Yeah, but I need to know who dies".
"Really,Cherub all you care about who dies ! Brighten up! Maybe your dad will die, but for me, my favorite brother ,Lenny , Jake,Hecate,Charlemagne,mom and dad!And nothing happen to you"!And the wrost part is I watched all of them die"!
"Not yet"! she snapped,and stomped off.
Trooper growled to himself."Tao"! And he growled again.
Three months later.Cherub belly became larger and larger each week. And she became more grumpy. And no one still knew who would die.Trooper felt weird.He was alone in the woods standing ang thinking about the strange vison of the pup/Trooper in the fire.Was he`s sense tansfroming into more.A yell brought Trooper back to earth ,Cherub was crying and yelling .Trooper ran to her.
"Cherub"!!!!!!
Cherub foot was bleeding and had a piece of a stick in her pad. Trooper pulled it out and Cherub sceamed like his mother did five months ago. Cherub got up."I know who dies, my dad! Tao attacked him, and won"! she sobbed.
Two weeks later the pups were born.Five pups were born.There names were Tyson,the oldest, Emy, Amy ,Jason and the runt Mason.Who looked a lot like Trooper.Jason is all white.Tyson is brown and white, so is Amy.Mason is like his dad.And Emi is light brown and white.
The pups were small,weak and helpess.Cherub would look at her pups and smile.Two weeks later and the pups crawled around the den.Tyson and Emy,the oldest,would say 'Dadda and momma'.Then the others learned how to talk .A week later.
"Daddy,dadda,Dad"! Trooper turned and saw Mason about to open his mouth."I wanna hunt,dadda".
"Your too young".I`m sirprised you can even talk,your to young". Trooper said frimly.
"But dad"-
"No". Mason growled lowly in disaprovale. Emy and Amy ran by saying 'Tyson ran away'.
"What! Cherub"!
"I know just go look". Then she looked out in the woods ,turned and ran off.
Trooper turn and looked at his four pups."Stay here". And then he turned back around and ran into the froest.
Trooper looked for at least a hour,and stopped to rest.He panted loudly.Then he smelled something.He looked were the scent was coming from and saw red.Trooper knew what that was a fire!Trooper ran home and saw four pups and Cherub.
"I found Tyson, but Mason is gone". Trooper yelled Mason`s name as loud as he could no answer.
"I`m going to look for him and ,get out of the forest theres a fire"!
"What"! But Cherub ran out of the wood with all the pups.
Trooper ran in the woods and found fire at every turn. Smoke and red was all Trooper could see.But his head hunged and his mind said"Mason, Mason". But Trooper was still going to look.Trooper ran into the fire and ran harder.Trooper remembered when the last time he ran this hard, with his borther,Lenny.When he and Lenny played their last game togher.Then he remembered he was looking for his son.Trooper ran far away from home and had hard times breathing. All the trees caught on fire and the froest got hotter than before..Trooper felt like he was trapped but fire. But he turned around and dashed under a flaming tree. He kept running until he saw a brown patch of fur on the ground.Trooper looked at the gound there layed his twin, his son.Trooper walked closer. He was breathing! Trooper ran to his son.
"Dad ,get me outta here". Mason begged.
"I will". Trooper said as the fire drew closer.Trooper helped his son up.Mason coughed.
"Are we going to die,dad"? Mason said as he coughed again.
"I don`t know,son".Trooper grabbed Mason by the sruff and slinged him on his back.Trooper walked to hes old home,hes brith place.It was epmty.Trooper walked farther. Until he saw the Human City.
The human city.Humans yelled and cussed when Trooper and Mason passed.Loud noices came from big cars that spay water at the fire.Trooper ran to a dark alley in the city.Trooper layed hes son on the ground.
"I know your there,Cherub"! Cherub crawled out of the trash can and the pups followed.
"Mason! Trooper! Are you alright"!
"Yeah, mom a`m okay". Mason muttered.
Trooper looked at Mason and hes other pups.Hes six sense was wrong for the frist time.Trooper was glad his son was going to live.
Cherub was hopping with joy.Trooper choose not to tell her his wrong message.Trooper flet a urge of happiness again.His live was perfect.Mason was alive.His other pups were alive.His wife was alive.Life is good,so far.
