Prologue
It was of late december in the year of 1936. a bad snow storm had just past through the town of anchorage.
There was a loud crash coming from an alleyway inbetween two large buildings.
!!!!!CRASH!!!!!
Where did he run of to?....asked a large reddish-grey malamute running through the alley.
I don't know Sisqo..... said another one of the dogs standing around him.
There were eight dogs incircled around their leader.
!!!!!!!!!! I WANT YOU TO SEARCH THE ENTIRE TOWN FOR THAT FLEA-BITTEN MUTT !!!!!!!!!! shouted their leader.
Just three blocks from the ally there was a Golden-Brown husky with a whitish underbelly. he was covered in bruises and rather small cutts around his body from the vicious attackers that were stalking him.
I've got to get home before something worse happens.said the fearful husky to himself.
His mate and eight week old daughter were waiting for him on the nice-smooth carpet by the fire place. their house was just around the corner from where he was hiding.
When is dad coming home? asked the young pup.
I don't know mi hija......said her mother......i just don't know.
Yeah mama, i miss dad too.said a silvery white male pup.
Aye, me too mama. said another one of the pup
Now....now.... mi ninos pequenos, i'm sure your father will be home soon.said their mother
Now it's time for all of to get some rest.
Buenas noches mama,they all said together.
Buenas noches my darlings.
Forty-five minutes later the husky was just starting to see their house.. until a large dog rammed into his side like a mad bull.
Thought you could get from me eh. said Sisqo.
I'll show you hidalgo....no one leaves the timber gang without facing judgement first..
And as i told you before....SISQO....i want don't want anty part of your little gang now. i have a life, a home, and a family. i can't just leave them behind and abandon them for the life of the streets... !!!!!!!!THAT IS NOT WHO I AM ANY MORE!!!!!!... he shouted.
Well you never cared about that before... when you joined our little gang, as you call it.
That was a long time ago, now please leave me alone and let me get back to my family.
I'm sorry hidalgo i can't let you do that. for our organization must remain a secret and you already know to much to be trusted.
Sisqo whistled.. and out came at least a half-dozen of dogs from around the cor.ner
It was late at night and everyone was sleeping. until they heard the sound of loud and angry dogs. they started to come out of their home to see what was going on.
Give up Hidalgo.... you don't stand a chance it's eight against one... your out -number and out-matched....now just be still and i'll make sure it'll all be over quickly.
I'm surprised Sisqo....you should know me better than that... I don't give up so easily.
That will soon be your undoing.
The fight ended almost as soon as it began most of the dogs were badly injured some got away without a srcatch.
Lets get going guys, it's over
The dogs were scared off by the chief officer of the town.
I wonder what happend here.... said a man standing next to the chief.
Then they saw.... what used to be a golden-brown husky... that is now covered in blood.
We should get this dog to vet....QUIKLY...said the chief in a sort of angry tone
But it's already too late chief....he's already dead.
The dog was a close friend of the chief and apart of the family.
Chapter One
One year after the events that had taken place.the family had packed and moved to nome.....Atinas' father had found a job there.this job paid more than the other one he had.
MOM.....DAD.... yelled the little girl...can I outside and play with alura
No Atina...you'll get your cloths dirty...Said her mother very sternly.
No i won't.....i promise...please..
Now you heard your mother. she said no.Now why don't find something more constructive to do...said her father.
Awww....but dad there is nothing else to do..just this once. i really,really promise i won't get dirty.
Hmm...what do you think apolla...should we just let her go.. i mean we are running late as it is.
Okay...but just this once...understand...i don't want to end like the rest of these kids in this town.you are a lady and you will act as such..do you hear me Atina.
Yes momma...come on girl lets go..
Oh and atina..make sure your back before it gets too dark.
I WILL MOM...yelled Atina feeling somewhat overjoyed.
The young girl ran out the door without a second glance.
It was late in the evening and the sun was just begining set.
They were outside playing for hours. and as she promised her mother and father. not a speck of dirt was on her.
But all of a sudden, she just didn't want to play anymore.
Alura.. what's the matter girl.she said to her now one year old pup.
Alura just sat there.watching all the other dogs and their family having so much fun together.
All of a sudden she started crying.
Da....ddy...what....happend to you.....she said as her words sounded somewhat broken and trailed off.
Why.....aren't you..here.... with us....IT'S JUST NOT FAIR !!!!!!!!!! she scremed.. then her mother came outside. wondering what's wrong with her daughter....although she may already know what the problem could be with her daughter.
She was taking her fathers death really hard this past year. she though she had gotten over it.
Oh..what's wrong hija, said her mother in a kind soothing voice.
Oh....mama.. i miss him so much..why.....why did he have to live us here like this.. it's not fair... it just not fair...
Honey, i know you miss him...i miss him too. but you can't go on living like this. i felt the same way as you did at one time but i have gotten over it and has moved on with life. and now you have to do the same.
But it was different for you mom, she said with sadden tone in her voice.
He was your mate... he was my father it's easy for you to get over it..it's not that easy for me,!!!!!!! YOU DON'T KNOW WHAT IT'S LIKE TO BE WITHOUT A FATHER !!!!!!!.she yelled angrily.
Well i can see that i'm not going to get through to you, so i'll just leave you until your ready to talk. and with that, she walked through the doggy door that lead to the living room.
Their house was like a mansion. full of lost of antiques that must cost a fortune.
Alura was still outside thinking about what her mother had just said almost twenty minutes ago.
I wonder if my mother is right...she thought to herself.
Tch... what would she know. both of her parents are still alive. she doesn't know how much this hurts me inside..I mean...I barely even got to know him because he was always busy...!!!!!!!!!! CURSE YOU !!!!!!!!! CURSE YOU FATHER FOR LIVING ME ALONE LIKE THIS !!!!.she yelled screaming at the top of her lungs.
How could you leave me like this father. I thought you loved us.. most importantly me. she started crying, then went back inside. she had cried herself to sleep.
Chapter Two
The next morning alura woke up screaming... she had a terrible dream about her father..she saw him slowly drifting away.she ran and ran as fast she could but still couldn't catch him..
Daddy.....daddy please don't go i need you.. don't you understand.. i need you. but unfortunately her calls went unanswerd...she was alone once again.
I still can't believe it. said Alura....he's really.....she paused for moment to let it all sink in........gone
Just then Atina walked in the house. her and her parents just came home from shopping.
Hi girl.. missed me..said the little girl filled with joy.
Wanna go outside and play..said the highly energetic girl.
Alura thought for a minute not knowing for sure if she really wanted to play.. what she really wanted was to sit in the house and stay there forever. she is clearly now in the begining stages of depression. but then she figuerd a little wouldn't hurt. so she left with girl outside.
He sighed heavily...just another boring day doing the same old thing... Alura thought..
Alura dear, you really should be getting some excercise.you barely even touched you breakfest this morning. said her mother with a concerned tone i her voice.
I wasn't hungry..and i'm too tired to play wright now.
"sigh" hija.. you can't just keep beating yourself up like this your going to..before her mother could finish what she was saying, an orange-brown chow and his mate had called to her.
HEY TEQUILA HOW'S it GOING!!!!! they yelled in unison.
She yelled back !!!!!!! HEY ALANTIS.....HEY ALFINA !!!!!
I'm glad someones happy, said alura under her breath.
oh, you remember my daughter don't you,..Alura...venir aqui,por favor
great,what does she want this time.she said to herself with an almost vague and look on her face.
Coming mama. said alura.
So what do you want to lecture me about this time.
Tequila seemed somewhat surpried at her rude tone she had in her voice.
Nothing, said her mother with an angry tone setting in her voice.
I want to come meet some friends of mine.
Great, sounds fascinating,now if you'd excuse you me i have more important things i need to do than to just waste my time sitting around you guys and listening to the lastest gossip about who did what,where they from, who's they wit , and who's cheating on who with who. sorry not my cup of tea, so adios y buenos dias.
All of them just sat there, stunned with a horrific and shocking look on their faces.
I am so sorry about that. she's going through a rather tough time lately.
Ohhhhh, now I who she is. she's.i met her the first time you guys came here. said Alfina.
She's the youngest isn't she, said Atlantis
Yes she is. said Tequila almost forgeting that she two more pups left.
Monroe and Akira has both found homes of their own and were adopted at the age of six months.Tequila exclaimed
But unfortunately alura had not. for some reason she always wanted to stay near her mother.
I can't imagine how, Alantis said pointing out the events that has just taken place.
So how are the other two doing, said alfina wanting to quickly change the subject.
they're doing just fine. they come by here from time to time trying to cheer alura up. but now she just wants everyone to leave her alone.
Well it's getting late we better be getting home soon before ower masters get too worried. said alfina
The dogs has spent almost all the day talking and gabbing. and with that being said, they have gone their seperate ways.
Chapter Three
The next day, a beautiful brownish-red dog began scratching at the door to Alura's house
HEY ALURA WANNA COME OUT AND PLAY,he yelled.
Alura had just been awoken by the constant clawing at the front door.
I wonder who could that be knocking this early. Alura said.
The kept scracthing until she finally came and walked through the doggy door.
Wll you stop, the constant yelling and is giving me a migrain.
But then she stopped and noticed who was making the noise.
Oh, hey solaris...I....hope I didn't upset .....you. she said shyly. she always had a thing for the young male sitting at her door step.
No,not really. i just wanted to know if you wanted to come outside and play out by the beach. Ashanti and Vega is waiting for us there
Ashanti and Vega loved to play with their little brother from time to time. in order to get away from the everyday life of their popularity.
I don't know solaris. i haven't been sleeping well these past few day's, so i'm kind of tired.
Alura and Solaris have been best friends since she first came to nome.
Oh, come on please. i really want you to come.
She thougth about it for a moment.
Sure i guess it can be alright, let me ask my mom first.
Her mom was sitting in the kitchen eating her breakfest.
MOM !!!! she yelled
Yes hija,answered her mother

I wanted to know if it was okay for go play with solaris and his brother and sister.
Where are you going, asked tequila.
Out on the beach where that old boat was sitting, alura explained.
Well...she paused...sure why not, just before careful okay.

Then she turned and ranout the door to meet Solaris.
So, what did she say, he aksed.
She said it was okay. I just have to be careful.
Don't worry. nothing will happen as long as i'm around.
That's what i'm afraid of, said Alura.
And what's that suppose to mean? asked Solaris.
Nothing, come on lets go we don't wanna leave your brother and sister alone by themselves out on a beach. who knows when one of their biggest fans might show up asking for an autograph.
They both started laughing.
Wow, i haven't heard you laugh like that in a long time.
I know, i've still been thinking about.......well you know.
He let out a big sigh before he started talking
Your still on that. look, it wasn't your fault, it had nothing to do with you. he was simpy at the wrong place at the wrong time. there was nothing either you or your mom could do about.
You sound just like her. she's always telling me to not dwell on the past and to just let things go and look to the future.
She's wright, he told her.
Here you go, said alura with anger setting in her voice.
You know, i'm getting sick and tired of everyone telling me what i should. why ..... WHY CAN'T I EVER JUST FIGURE THINGS OUT FOR MYSELF......
I'm sorry Alura. I didn't mean to upset you. i was just worried about you is all.
I know......before they could finish talking....they heard four familure sounding voices calling out to them from a distance.
HEY, YOU GUYS GLAD YOU COULD MAKE IT!!!!!
They hurried up and out to the beach. it was quiet and noone else was around.
Hey, i was just talking to Alura on the way here.
Hey. Ashanti,Vega, and......she stopped noticing her brother and sister standing there as well.
Monroe and Akira, she said almost surprised.
What are you doing here? Alura askes.
Please listen Alura, we're just trying to help you, said her worried sister.
Yeah alura, we just want to help you get through this and the only way we can do is if everyone sat down and talked about it.
Solaris, you knew all along haven't you......she said before bursting into tears.
Alura please i was just trying to help, explained Solaris.
How could you,you lied to me....ME YOUR BEST FRIEND...YOU LIED TO ME. she yelled angrily.
I am sorry, really but the only your going to get over your fathers death is to let it all go and to talk about it.
He's right, said Akira.

Will all of you just me alone. what if i don't want to get over it, what if i want to suffer, he did.

Please let us help you. said her sister in a very concerned tone.
At that moment Alura's mind began screaming at her. deep inside she really wanted to let go of the fact that her only father in the world had gone and let it all go. but her heart would not let her and said otherwise.
I just need some time to think about it, she said.
Come guys, we did our best. said Solaris very worried that his best friend in the entire world would not listen and might end up going of the deepend and getting her ownself killed.
Chapter Four
Alura had spent the last three or four days thinking about what her brother,sister and her best friend had said to her.
Mabe it really is time for me to get finaly to over this heartache and disper. and to fill this empty void in my heart.
I'm glad your finally thinking alot more clearly, mi hija.
Mom, i didn't know anyone was here.
Atina marie and her parents went on a little trip and wouldn't be back for another two or three days. Alura's mother was the only one there.
Oh mama, i don't what else to do. i don't even know how i'm going to get past this.
Just take it one step at time hija. that's what i had to do.when i first heard about your fathers death i was completely devestated. i didn't how i was going to raise three little pups all on my own. but then i realized to forget the past and look to the future.
But i'm not you mom, it's not that simple. i really miss him, so very much. how can i just forget him. forget all the memories we've made in the short time i've gotten to know him. how mom, HOW!!!!!!!.
Alura started crying.
I'm your mother and i'm here for you and so are your brother and sister even that young dog you like hanging around with.
His name is Solaris and he's like the only friend i have. he's been there for me ever since we came here. but i've just been too preocupied with this obsession i have with my father and his death.
Maybe you like him more than just a friend?
Are you serious, she asked her.
Well if not maybe you should consider it, your not exactly a puppy anymore. you have to grow sometime.
Yeah. i guess your right maybe i should talk him. he must be very upset with me. all they tried to do was help. and i just through that all up in their face. but it still hurts so much. he's gone and he's never coming back.

Chapter five
Later on the next day, Alura had found Solaris walking down the street by himself.
I have to talk to him, she thought. then she called to him.
SOLARIS !!!!!!! she yelled.
He heard Alura's scream his name as he was walking.
Alura,what are you doing? he asked
I was looking for you.....look i'm sorry about........before she could finish her sentence he cut her off.
No i'm sorry, i shouldn't have lied to you, i just wanted to help. it was really akiras' idea. honest,she asked me to help.
I understand all that now,said Alura.
Solaris looked confused.
oh you do, well.....uhm...i'm still sorry you know.
I know, and i also know that if you cared so much as to go as far as you did to help me well, you must be a really special friend.
Solaris stood there once more with same confused look on his face.
oh really,how special? he asked, and just then his parents walked by.
Hi mom,said Solaris with a very shy look on his face.
His mother ran uo to mzzle her son.
How are you my child, haven't seen you around in while. why can be more like your brother and sister.
Uhmm, i think not. how did they get so popular in the first place? he asked his mother.
You know, i'm quite not sure of that myself. but alura's brother and sister seems to admire them alot. almost like as if they're trying to compete with them.
I highly doubt that, added his father.
So, what are you guys plan on this fine day,said Atlantis with slight grin on his face.
Oh nothing really, we were just talking, explained Alura.
Alfina started talking.
so how are you feeling today? she asked.
I'm fine thank you and i wanted apologize for my rude behavior these past few weeks. i shouldn't have turned my anger towards you guys. i am truly sorry.
oh, it's quite alright dear. i understand that you loved your father so much and just wished that it was all a dream but this reality for every new born life there is death and vice versa.

as they were walking off they started talking to each other

No they'll be alot safer if we didn't. said Alfina.
Besides just think how upset Alura would be if she found out that the dogs responsible for her fathers death is here and that we were the ones that helped kill him.

Chapter Six
There was growling coming from an old abandond house just outside of nome.
Well done Alfina, you did very good, very good indeed.
I was only doing as i was comanded sir.
right, i am also impressed at how well you perfomed mr.Atlantis.stated Sisqo.
Only doing my job sir.
good. she'll pay for what she has done, and pay dearly.
Soon Another dog appeard out of the shadows.
Shaolin reporting sir. the crimson malamute said.
What do you have to report? asked sisqo.
I spotted Tequil's daughter walking down the road just ten minutes ago.
Was she alone, asked their obviously large and buff leader.
Unforunately no, she was with another dog, a male about the sam age as her.
I well,well, Alfina , seem like your son has taken quite a liking to.it would be such ashame if something were to happen him, he said with a dark and sinister voice.
NOOOO.......she cried.....don't hurt him please i beg of you sir.
Alright then Alfina i won't hurt him, just make sure he stay's out of our way this has nothing to do with him. and i don't want him getting too suspecious.
I will sir, thank you sir.
So, said Atlantis.
how exactly do you plan on catching Tequila.
Simple, we use her daughter as bait. and giving the state she's in now it would be like taking candy from a baby.
Chapter Seven
It is now in the middle of february and the snow has just begun to melt.
Tequila had awoken first thing this morning. she felt something terrible was going to happen, not even knowing that she couldn't have been more wright.
Tequila walked outside for a minute.seeing her daughter having so much fun with Atina brought great joy to her face.
It's almost like she's a little puppy again. she thought to herself.
Alura ran up to muzzle her mother.
Hi mom. glad your here come have some fun with us.
This was the first time in ages since her daughter had asked her to do something together than just arguing the whole time.
No, you go ahead and have your fun. i want you to know i'm very proud of you, i know i wasn't easy to let go of your fathers death. but you pulled through and finally realizing that there was no point in going on living like that.
Thanks mom, but i'm not completely over it yet. it still hurts no matter how hard i try to make it stop, but the pain just keeps on coming. at least this time i have friends to help me get through this.
Speaking of friends, where that nice handsome dog i be seeing you with? asked her mother
I already told you, his name is Solaris.......like the sun and i don't know he usually comes by here around this time.
At that moment Solaris appeard almost out of nowhere
Hey glad your feeling better. want to take a walk around town.
Sure, Alura replied.
Mama, can i go with Solaris? she asked.
I don't why not, her mother answerd.
Just stay out too late okay.
I'll be home before nigthfall.
Alright then.
Now Tequila thought for sure something was wrong.
I have a bad feeling about all of this. Tequila said to herself.
It was late at night, the two had spent all day just talking about some of things they would like to do sometime.
They were almost home. Solaris' house was just a few houses down from Aluras'.
But just then an angry looking dog jumped from the shadows of an near by alley draging Alura along with him.
SOLARIS HELP ME. she screamed.
Solaris didn't know what to do. all of a sudden she disapeard into the shadows with that scary looking.
He knew had to go find help.
Chapter Eight
Alua's mother was begining to worry. i wasn't like her to be gone this long. she's. she's been gone for almost over 24 hrs.
Oh hija, what could've happend.
Just then Solaris was running as fast as he could down the street.
He was breathing quite heavily. as soon as caught he began telling Tequila what had just happend.
I knew something was wrong i just knew it. i shoudn't have let her go. i've this feeling ever since yesterday morning that something bad was going to happen. but she was so about seeing you when you showed. i just couldn't say no then, not after all she's been through. Tequila started crying.
So you think this all my fault, none of this was my fault. i was neither of our faults. he said with an angry tone setting into his voice.
!!!!!!!!!!!!!EXCUSE ME!!!!!!!!!!! she yelled
WASN'T IT YOUR JOB TO PROTECT HER.
Solaris looked furious.
I did all i could do. he said in a much calmer voice.
she told me go get help, and i did but then you started yelling at me for no reason, without even letting me explain first.
She started to calm down.
I'm sorry, i just miss her so much already....she then began crying.
So tell me Solaris, what did happen?
As Solaris was nearing the end of the story, Tequila looked as if she knew who kidnapped her daughter.
Solaris, she said.
I want you to go find help alright, as many dogs as you can.
Wait, you who's behind this.
I have a pretty good idea. and if it's who i think it is we're in more trouble you realize.
Solaris once again ran to get help gathering as many dogs as possible like she told him to do. among the large number of dogs was his brother Vega and his sister Ashanti also among the group was Alua's brother Monroe and her sister Akira.
But there was someone missing.
Where is mom and dad? he asked himself.
This way........!!!!!!!!HURRY!!!!!!!!!!!!!! he shouted through loud sounds of barking dogs.
Then they all ran as fast as they could. Solaris was leading them to the spot where Alura was last seen.
Chapter Nine
Back at the abadond house that Sisqo and his gang had made into their new hide out. all the began cheering and rioting.
Sisqo started shouting.
!!!!!!!!!!SOON WE WILL HAVE OUR REVENGE. WE WILL SHOW EVERYONE THAT NOBODY MESSES WITH THE TIMBER GANG.!!!!!!!!!!!
Alura had awoken to find herself locked in a cage surrounded by thirty or more dogs.
Where am i? she asked herself.
Ah, glad your finally awake. chuckled a dark and sinister voice. coming down from the makeshift platform.
!!!!!!!!!WHO ARE YOUR AND WHAT DO YOU WANT WITH ME?!!!!!!!!!! she yelled in a fearful but angry tone in her voice.
You'll find out soon enough, your is on her way to rescue as we speak.
My mother, she said with a confused look on her.
How do you know my mother. Alura asked.
All your questions will be answerd soon enough. said Sisqo.
Who are these people? she questioned heself yet again.
One hour later, Atina and her parents had gotten had found thatc their dogs was missing.
Mom, where is Alura and Tequila. they've been gone for hours. asked atina worried about her dogs.
Now honey, her mother replied.
We don't know long they've been gone.
She's wright, added her father.
They probaly went for a walk or something.
But i'm worried about them, what they're hurt....or worse.
Now atina that's enough, they're just dogs. they'll be fine.
Omarion, said Apolla questioningly.
No dad, your wrong. they are not just dogs, they're my friends and apart of this family.
Can we at least go looking for them? asked the very sad little.
Alright we'll go look for them. said both of her parents.
Chapter Ten
There were about sixteen dogs following behind Solaris. as they were walking Solaris suddenly came to a stop.
What's wrong Solaris. asked akira who is in a hurry to find her sister.
I don't know, but for the trail ends here.he replied
Oh great, leave it to you to get us all lost. said monroe feeling somewhat annoyed.
!!!!!!!!THAT'S ENOUGH MONROE. yelled the beatifuly tan colored and well groomed siberian!!!!!
yeah, added Vega. he's doing the best he can. WHAT ARE YOU DOING?
THAT'S ENOUGH.........ALL OF YOU....said Tequila.
Honestly your all acting little puppies.
Well they started it. replied monroe.
!!!!US!!!!, YOUR THE ONES THAT SOLARIS GOT US LOST!!!!! Ashanti retorted.
!!!!!!WHAT WOULD TWO HIGHCLASS PAMPERED PET LIKE YOU KNOW ANYWAY!!!!!!!
EXCUSE ME YOU NOCLASS SRUFFY LOOKING. befor Ashanti she was cut off..
!!!!!!!!!ENOUGHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!!, Tequila screamed, quite angry at the constant fighting between the four dogs.
Sorry mama,Monroe and Akira said in unison.
Yeah sorry Tequila, replied Ashanti and vega.
Now that's better, so Solaris what do you think we should do? asked Tequila.
I think we should all split up and see what we can find, that way, neither of us would have to keep arguing about what the other person is doing. Solaris replied pointing out what had just taken place.
Good idea Solaris. Vega said.
So all sixteen dogs split up into groups eight standing side by side and two by two.
Alright lets go, said solaris.
And with that being they all went their seperate way's
Chapter Eleven
It's been two weeks since Alura went missing. all the dogs the that went with Solaris had broken off into groups.
Any luck over there sis? asked vega.
No nothing, not a single sent trail. it's almost like the disapeard into thin air. Ashanti replied
We've got to keep trying, who knows what they're doing to Alura. said vega.
Just then they both heard a sound coming a nearby alley, there alot of alley way's in nome.
What was that? asked Ashanti with a fearful tone setting in her voice.
I don't know but i can asure you i going to find out.
Be careful big brother, said his frightend sister.

Chapter Twelve
Alfina,Ashanti and Vega had just came into view of the old abandond house that they were using as they're hide out.

Ewww, it's filthy, the least they could do is wash a window or maybe clean floor once in a while. i mean come on do you know how long it would take to that much dirt and grime out of my fur, not to mention how much it would cost.

Chapter Thirteen
Vega and ashanti filled the in on what was going on and has increased their numbers by including ten more dogs to their group making them twenty-six dogs strong.
As he saw the dogs running, a red-whitish dog ran as fast he could to catch up with them. when he did he jumped in front of them

Kodi, is that you, Vega asked looking shocked and surprised to see his old friend again. they haven't seen each other since they were puppies. Alfina and her family had just moved to nome when they met Kodi and his family.

Back at old house, Alfina was sittng next Alura in the same they had been keeping Alura

The rescue team had finally made it to the the house where Alura and Alfina were being held.

Uhm actually you can count me out, i just got a manic/pedi last week and i don't want to end up breaking a nail or get grudge stains in my fur. i'll stay out here with ashanti.
Fine, you two pampered pets can stay out here while i and Tequila go in and our mother and her daughter.
I's hard to believe i'm related to those two, Solaris was saying to himself.
Tequila, Solaris, and even Monroe all went to find out where they were keep Alura and Alfina.

Solaris had then came up with a plan.
Okay heres the plan, we split up. Tequila you go down that hallway to the left and see what you can find. Monroe you go to the right and i'll go forward. we will rendezvous back here in one hour.

20 minutes later, Solaris was still searching for Alura's cage. he then saw a figure coming down out of the darkness from a long corridor that was facing right in front of him.

Solaris then recognized the figures voice.
Dad? he asked looking confused.
Yes it's me, what are doing here, Alantis asked his.
Me and Tequila rounded a search party to look for Alura. me and her went walking the night she was captured. all the dogs are outside waiting. we spent two weeks looking for her. Ashanti and Vega is here aswell.
Well you guy's shouldn't be, this dangerous. you don't what your getting into son.
Solaris looked at his father strangely. then he began speaking again.
Then what are doing here? He asked.
I can't say, just trust me. replied his father in a guity sounding tone.

Solaris then looked at his father knowing something didn't quite add up. why was his father there? where was his mother and why wasn't she with him? and most importantly where was Alura? all these questions started screaming and pecking at his trying find the answers until finally he was able to put it all together and all of a sudden he knew that his father was apart of it some how. he just needed the evidence to confirm his thesis.
Chapter sixteen
All twenty-six dogs were still awaiting Solaris, Tequila, and Monroe's return. then they turned their to the sound of trash cans being knocked over.
Uh-oh, i think we've been spotted, Ashanti exclaimed.
Well it looks like this going to be the fight of lives. added Akira.
Ashanti and Vega looked at each other the back at Akira.
Fight, we don't know the first thing about fighting. said Ashanti who was obviously frightend by what Akira had just said.
I know, we were bred for show not fighting. replied Vega

Shaoulin was racing down the hallway yelling trying to get everones attention.
AMBUSH.....AMBUSH... WERE BEING ATTACKED. he shouted
everyone looked in panic and in fear of what was happening. finally everyone had calmed down when their leader had shown up in front of his gang renegades.
Siso began speaking in a loud and powerfull voice.
TONIGHT IS THE THE NIGHT. SOON WE WILL HAVE OUR REVENGE AGAINST TEQUILA AND HER FAMILY AND FRIENDS.
THEY WILL ALL PAY FOR WHAT THEY HAD DID TO US.
BRING OUT THE PRISONER. he shouted once more.
Solaris and Atlantis had then ran into Alfina,Tequila and Monroe as they all heard the riot that was taking place.
WE HAVE TO GET OUT HERE...NOW,,shouted Alfina.
Solaris started talking.
Mom,JUST WHAT THE HELL IS GOING ON HERE. Solaris shouted looking confused and angry at the same time.
both of his looked at each other and then back at Solaris.
NO TIME, they shouted in unison.
they quickly ran towards the rendezvous point but then they saw it was blocked off.
Your not going anywhere, growled Marquita.
Chapter seventeen
All the dogs that were outside waiting to see what was going on suddenly knew what was happening in the first place. at that particular moment all the dogs crashed through the door at once knocking down Marquita and the other three dogs aswell.
Who was that? asked Vega.
Tequila finally thougth it was time tell everyone the truth.
That was Marquita and...........she paused... She's my sister. as you can by the way that i look and the size and shape that i am. i am not a pured maltese for some of you who didn't know. I'm half bull terrier and Marquita is my eldest sister. she left the family and went to join sisqo's pack of renegades which was originaly formed by my mate Hidalgo when he was a yearling. but then sisqo didn't like the way he was running things so he decided to take over and ordered his followers to kill him. me and the other dogs of anchorage ran the dogs out of town when we found out what they had done to Hidalgo.
So that's why they took Alura. they wanted revenge, Akira explained.
Yes my child that indeed is the reaso why they took your sister. i alway's knew they would come back sooner or later.
Solaris speaking as he alway's does.
But what does any of this have to do with my parents.
Because Solaris, they are the one who killed hidalgo. back then they were working as assassins for sisqo and he ordered them to kill hidalgo in exchange for a place to stay.

Solaris dear please listen, we're truly sorry for what happened. but we did what had to be done. and i felt sorry for it. every damn day of my life i have been trying to forget about it but when i had you and your brother and sister none of that really mattered anymore. what mattered was you guys and how we were going to keep you safe. we were then adoted by a knidly gentleman who decided to take us and the pups in because what really cold and stroming then. he figured he would keep us instead of letting me and your father freeze to death along with you and your brother and sister

The vicious fight for their lives had suddenly went from bad to worse. half of the wolves that were with Aleu was either injured or dead but the few remaining wolves still contiued on with the fight.
Sisqo was still chasing after Alfina.

Chapter Twenty
Soon after a whole two hours of fighting the war between Solaris and Tequila's rescue team and the timbre gang was finally over. and they've up on their revenge and escaped with their lives along with their leader..
Well look likes that's over. said Vega feeling relieved.
Yeah no kidding, Akira replied.
But there were a few more dogs missing.
Were is Alura and mom? Solaris.
That's them over there, replied Ashanti point towards the long corridoor to the left of them.
Everyone turned their and jolt of excitement had bursted out of the dogs and wolves standing.
What didn't i was going yo actually die, did you? Alura asked then busted out laughing.
All the dogs ran to greet Alura because they all too happy to see her alive and well. Tequila walked slowly passed the group of and then everything went silently. it was if no one else was in the room, just mother and daughter reunitied once again. then everything returned to normal.
Alura and Tequila were stuck together in a long embrace. they both began to cry

Remeber this child and never forget it. we all have a choice whether the choice is good or bad nobody can make the decision for you, only you can do that. your choice affects you and everyone around you. make sure you make the right choices or you might find yourself in the same position me and Alfina were in.
