[Saturday afternoon: Brandon and his mate, Jacque are sitting on a hillside with their daughter, Saydee. Brandon’s best friend, Trigger is there with his mate, Mary Anne and their daughter, Nuell. Brandon scoots over to Jacque, squishing Saydee in the process.]
Saydee [trying to push Brandon off]: Daddy, get off me!
Brandon: Sorry, Saydee.
Trigger: Brandon, what is that shadow in the distance?
Brandon: I don’t know. Let’s go check it out.
[As soon as Brandon steps close to the edge, the piece that he is stepping on cracks. It falls to the ground, dragging Brandon with it onto a patch of ice. Jacque jumps to the edge in shock.]
Jacque: Brandon!
[Jacque jumps off the ledge, landing in front of Brandon. She sees a cut on Brandon’s shoulder. Blood is leaking out of it. Jacque licks the blood, hoping it’ll work. It does. Saydee jumps down to her parents, but lands on her stomach. Jacque dashes over and picks her daughter up. She and Saydee walk over to Brandon.]
Saydee [nudging her father]: Daddy? Are you OK?
Brandon [reaching up and licking shoulder]: Yeah, Saydee. I’m alright.
Saydee: That shoulder doesn’t look so good, Daddy.
Jacque [nudging Saydee]: Go play with Nuell, sweetheart.
Saydee [smiling]: OK, Momma. Take care of Daddy!
[Saydee climbs the cliff. Once she’s at the top, she jumps up and tackles Nuell. Nuell kicks Saydee off. She tackles Saydee to the ground and bites her ear. Hard. Saydee yelps and pushes Nuell off. She rubs her ear. Nuell nuzzles Saydee.]
Mary Anne: Aww. That’s nice, Nuell.
Nuell: Thanks, Mommy.
[Trigger licks Nuell on the cheek. Nuell giggles. Mary Anne picks Nuell up and carries her home. Trigger follows. Jacque tries to climb the cliff with Brandon on her back, but falls back down.]
Saydee [watching them]: Momma! Daddy!
Jacque: We’re OK, honey!
[Jacque climbs the cliff. When her paw reaches the top of the cliff, her back paw slips off the edge of the rock she’s using to stand up. She falls back down. Luckily, she grabs onto the rock that she was using to stand up.]
Saydee [reaching out her paw]: Momma, grab my paw!
[Jacque reaches out for Saydee’s paw. She grabs onto it. Saydee pulls her mother up. Brandon climbs the cliff by himself slowly. When he gets to the top, they go home.]
[That night: Saydee and Brandon are in Saydee’s bedroom. Saydee is on her bed, lying down. Brandon is sitting on a chair by Saydee’s bed.]
Saydee: Daddy? Can you sing me a lullaby?
Brandon: OK.

[As soon as Brandon finishes, Saydee falls fast asleep. Brandon licks her ear. He walks out of the room and settles himself in his bed next to Jacque. Jacque wakes up. She pushes Brandon off the bed. Brandon gets up quickly.]
Brandon: What was that for?
Jacque: Nothing.
[The next morning: Trigger and Mary Anne come to the house to live with their friends. Their house burned down. Saydee notices that Nuell isn’t with them.]
Saydee: Where’s Nuell?
Mary Anne: She’s outside. She kept on telling me on our way here that she was so excited to be living with you, Saydee.
Saydee: She did?
[Mary Anne nods her head. At that moment, Saydee dashes outside.]
Trigger: Man! Saydee’s grown a lot.
Brandon: Yep. Growing bigger every day.
Mary Anne: I have some exciting news, Jacque!
Jacque: What is it?
Mary Anne: Can we talk in private?
Jacque: Sure.
[Jacque and Mary Anne walk in the kitchen.]
Jacque: What is it?
Mary Anne [excitedly]: I’m pregnant! With six girls!
Jacque: Wow! That’s exciting! How many days, weeks or months until she’s born?
Mary Anne: I believe… 5 weeks.
Jacque: Congratulations!
Mary Anne: Thanks. And I can see that you’re pregnant too.
[Mary Anne looks at Jacque’s growing belly.]
Jacque: Yeah.
Mary Anne: How many?
Jacque: Same thing as you. Now our daughters won’t be lonely anymore.
Mary Anne: Yeah.
[When Saydee and Nuell enter the house, Mary Anne notices that Nuell’s paw is bleeding.]
Mary Anne: What happened?
Saydee: When we were playing, Nuell fell into a thorn bush. I ran over to check what had happened. I saw Nuell crying and then that’s when I noticed a thorn in her paw. I tried taking it out but Nuell said she’d take it out herself. And then her paw started gushing blood.
Mary Anne: Come on, sweetie. I’ll get you cleaned up.
[Mary Anne takes Nuell to the sink and washes the blood off.]
[Ashlynn, Briana & Talia walk in.]
Ashlynn (sleepily): Hi.
Briana: Ashlynn!
Ashlynn (wide awake): What?
Briana: Don’t be rude.
Ashlynn: So!
Talia: Hi, Brandon.
Brandon: Hey.
Ashlynn: Hey, Saydee!
Saydee: Ashlynn!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
[Saydee runs over and licks Ashlynn’s face 610 times.]
Jacque: That’s enough, sweetheart.
Brandon: Who wants roast beef?
Talia, Briana, Mary Anne, Trigger, Nuell, Saydee, Jacque: I do!
Brandon: Ashlynn?
Ashlynn [shaking her head]: I don’t like roast beef.
[Bella, Edward and their daughter, Renesmee walk in. Saydee, Nuell and Ashlynn dash upstairs to surprise Renesmee.]
Jacque [surprised]: We weren’t expecting more company.
Bella: We know.
Edward: Where are the kids? Renesmee wants to play with them.
Mary Anne: They’re upstairs.
[Nessie runs upstairs.]
Saydee: Hi, Nessie.
Nessie: Hey, guys.
[Nessie tackles Nuell. Nuell slips out from under Nessie and jumps at her. Once she has Nessie down on the ground, Nuell bites Nessie’s ear. Nessie cries out in pain. Saydee pushes Nuell off of Nessie. Nuell hits the wall with her back and groans. She soon shakes off the pain and growls. She jumps at Saydee. Saydee dodges the move and bites into Nuell’s back. HARD! Blood gushes out from it. Nuell starts crying.]
Nuell [still crying]: I-I was just t-trying t-to p-play!
Ashlynn: Why don’t you cry to your mommy?
[Ashlynn bursts out laughing. Nuell dashes out of the room, crying harder than ever.]
Nessie: I’m telling on you guys.
Ashlynn: What? For playing? [Pushing Nessie out of the room] Well, go ahead, tattle-tale.
[Nessie dashes downstairs.]
Saydee: I think I should apologize to Nuell for what I’ve done to her. She’s my friend.
Ashlynn: NO! We don’t need them.
Saydee: I’m still going to apologize.
[Saydee rushes downstairs.]
Ashlynn [calling down to Saydee]: Traitor!
[Downstairs: Nuell is lying down in the living room. She has gauze wrapped around her back. Saydee rushes over to her.]
Saydee: Listen, Nuell, I’m sorry for what I did. I hope you’ll forgive me.
Nuell [looking up at Saydee]: Apology accepted.
Nessie [walking in]: Saydee, I already told on you. Your mom says you’re ground-
Nuell [interrupting]: It’s alright, Nessie. Saydee apologized.
Jacque [walking in]: Saydee, I eavesdropped on your apology and that was very nice.
[Saydee doesn’t respond when she sees a cute male Husky walking across the street.]
Saydee [Thinking]: he’s cute.
Saydee [Speaking]: who’s he?
Ashlynn: Oh. That’s Shane, Braden’s son from his and Breanne’s first litter.
Saydee: He’s cute.
Nuell: Back off, Saydee. He’s mine.
Nessie: I thought you liked Edwin.
Nuell: Oh yeah.
Ashlynn: Shane’s mine!
Nessie: You’re a human.
Ashlynn: Oh. I forgot.
[Then, a black and white female walks up next to the male.]
Saydee: Who’s she?
Nessie: Oh, her? She’s Mitchie, Shane’s mate. I heard that she’s pregnant with Shane’s pups.
Saydee: Oh. So that’s why Mitchie’s stomach is so big.
Nessie: Yeah. She’s pregnant with 10 pups, I heard.
Nuell: Yikes, that’s a lot of pups.
Ashlynn: Yep. Hey, Nuell, when you… oh yeah. You’re fixed, huh?
[Nuell nods.]
Saydee: I don’t know if I’m fixed or not.
Jacque: Me neither.
Saydee: Momma, you’re not fixed. I can see that you’re pregnant.
Jacque: Oh. Right.
Nuell: Mommy, when my sisters are born, is it true that you’ll love them more than me?
[Nuell starts crying just thinking about it.]
Mary Anne [going over and nuzzling her youngest daughter]: No, sweetie. That’s not true. Just because we’ll be paying more attention to your little sister doesn’t mean we’ll love you any less.
Jacque: Same thing goes to you, Saydee.
Saydee [going over and nuzzling Jacque’s chest]: Thanks, Momma.
Renesmee [yawning]: I’m going to bed.
Saydee: You and Nuell can sleep on my bed.
[Then, Charlie and Carlisle burst in.]
Carlisle: Where are we?
Bella: Uh... Carlisle, Dad, you two are at the Rectors’ house. We are all going to be living with them.
Charlie: Oh.
[Emmett, James and Jasper surprisingly pop out of nowhere. Everyone screams.]
Emmett: What?
Saydee: Nothing.
[Saydee walks upstairs into her room only to find Renesmee reading a book called “Ghost Stories.” She [Nessie] closes the book and starts humming “Wait for You.”]
Saydee: Thinking of Jacob, huh?
[Nessie nods, tears slowly rolling down her cheeks at the mention of Jacob. Edward comes in. When he sees his daughter crying, he slowly backs out.]
Saydee: Did your dad ever tell you about James?
[Nessie shakes her head.]
Saydee: OK. James is your father’s enemy. He’s still alive. He used to be with this cat-like vampire named Victoria, but after she started cheating on him behind his back and after he attacked her, he was on his own. Then, he started seeing your mom. This was after you were born. You lived with your dad and his family at the time that James started seeing your mother. Then, your mother got pregnant with your stepsister, Nancy. After Nancy was born, James got your mother pregnant again, this time with a boy named Jay. Then, after Jay was born, your father came home. He physically abused your mother when he found out about the two kids. Your grandpa Charlie never found out, though. That’s all I know. Your mother apologized and after a few weeks of ignoring the apology, your father accepted it.
[Saydee goes over to her piano in the corner and starts playing Carter Burwell’s “Bella’s Lullaby.” At the end of the song, Saydee finds Nessie asleep. She kisses her on her cheek, makes a bed for herself on the floor. She soon hears her name being called. She looks up.]
Saydee [whispering]: Nessie?
[She hears it again. It’s an adult’s voice. She turns her head to the doorway. Edward, James, Bella, Emmett, Jasper, Charlie and Carlisle are standing in the doorway. Bella goes in and sits beside her.]
Saydee: What? Are you guys mad at me for telling Renesmee about... him? (Points at James while saying “him.”]
Carlisle: No.
[Bella gets up, goes over to James and kisses him.]
Saydee: Guys, can you play a couple games with me?
Carlisle: Sure.
Saydee: OK. This one’s called the “What would you Do” Game. We’re going to start with Emmett and then go around. OK. Here goes. What would you do if you accidentally bumped your car into another car?

Emmett: Get the heck out of there before the police catch me.
Carlisle: I’d apologize.
Charlie: I don’t know.
Bella: I’d do the same thing as Carlisle.
Edward: Same thing as Emmett.
James: Uh... I don’t know.
Jasper: I’d do the same as Carlisle and Bella.
Saydee: OK. What would you do if your friend started to hang out with the most popular person in school?
Emmett: I’d shoot him.
Carlisle: I’d not do anything.
Charlie: Same thing as Emmett.
Bella: Same as Carlisle. If she wants to hang out with that person, that’s fine with me.
Edward: I’d beat him up in front of the entire school.
James: Same thing as Edward.
Saydee: OK. What would you do if your wife or husband started seeing another guy or girl?
Emmett: I’d BEAT HER UP!!!!!!!!!!!!
Carlisle: I’d do the same as Emmett.
Charlie: Same as Emmett and Carlisle.
Bella: I’d not do anything.
Edward: Same as Bella.
James: Well, it’s happened to me once. I’d do the same as Emmett, Carlisle and Charlie.
[Bella gasps.]
James: I’m just kidding, honey.
Saydee: Now, we’re going to play a game called “Nightmares.” Here’s how it works. We’re going to be sharing any nightmares we remember. Starting with Emmett.
[Note: These are MADE UP, too!]
Emmett: There was this one nightmare where I was in this haunted mansion. I was going up these stairs and then, I heard someone say my name. I tried to ignore the voice but it kept on saying my name. I turned around and felt a smack on my cheek. The smack was so strong it sent me flying down the stairs. I finally had the nerve to dash out of the mansion as fast as possible.
Carlisle: I remember this one nightmare where I was at home all by myself and suddenly, all the lights went out. Then, I heard like a kind of banging noise. I went up to investigate and found a doll on the floor. I picked it up and threw it back down, screaming. It got up and reached for my throat. Because I was so shocked, I just stayed as still as a statue. The doll choked me to death. And then, everything went black.
Charlie: I don't remember ANY nightmares.
