Chapter 1

 
One day Balto and his pack were taking a nap. Balto heard some unusual noise. He got up but he was still too tired to make things out. A bright light flashed in Balto's eyes, he was blinded for a second then a very loud noise came closer and closer. The light didn’t allow Balto to see. Then suddenly a wolf came and pushed Balto out of the way

“What were you doing over there you could have been killed" yelled the wolf. “What?” Balto replied.

Balto was too tired to pay attention and fell asleep. Balto woke up and saw he was safe at home Balto wondered if that was a dream he shook his head and suddenly felt pain in his left leg

“Jenna, Kodi was I out," yelled Balto
“No we were fast asleep we don’t know" they replied back.

Balto was mystified of what happened he went back to check to see what happened was true he then found a paw print and said to himself, "I was actually saved by a creature he has to find him and thank him for saving him" he started search for the creature.
Meanwhile Kodi noticed Balto was missing,

“Mom where’s dad" Kodi asked Jenna,
"I don’t know." Jenna replied

Kodi decided to search for him. He looked high and low he then found a paw print he said to himself “its dads footprint” he followed the print he then saw the foot prints going into two different directions he smelled both and he thought he found his dads he followed it he fell through a hole in the ground,

“Great! He yelled "I’m trapped”Kodi said
“We got something,” a man yelled.

Kodi tried climbing up the walls but they were to steep to climb. The man came and saw Kodi in the trap,

“Well, well, well I told you wolves were dumb." He said to another person “Yea, yea just get the cage" yelled the other person

The person got the cage and started lowering it to Kodi. Kodi moved back trying to move away from the cage but couldn't .A wolf came all of a sudden and howled the men started panicking; they took out a shot gun and aimed it at the wolf. The wolf showed no expression of fear he jumped and knocked the person down with the cage the man fired the gun he missed, the wolf leapt on the person. The man shot a bullet and wounded the wolf he got hurt bad on the leg the man threw him off and ran for his life. Kodi climbed up the cage and got out he saw the wolf unconscious on the floor leg bleeding Kodi got herbs and found a piece of cloth he said to himself “he saved my life." Kodi stared at the wolf. Aleu came to checked on him.

"What happened, who’s that wolf over there," Aleu asked Kodi.
"That wolf that saved my life." Kodi said with a frown

Aleu stared at Kodi,
 
"How,” she asked
 
Kodi pointed to look down Aleu saw the trap and found out that he had been trapped in there

"Where’s dad have you found him yet" she asked,
"No, I made a mistake in the paw prints dad would have been here. It was just the wolf.” Kodi said then carried on, “Aleu help me take him back home help him out while I continue my search for dad"
“Sure let’s go" Aleu said with a smile

Meanwhile Balto continued his search for the creature the weather became very rough. Balto couldn't see he took shelter in a cave. He found it was very cold and dark then suddenly as he was going in the cave deeper the cave caved in with snow Balto tried to dig through the snow but couldn’t.
 
<>Chapter 2 <>
<>“Mom, we have a guest." Kodi yelled as he was reached home

Jenna ran to greet the guest but she saw him unconscious on Kodi and Aleu’s back
 
"Kodi who’s he are you ok," she asked
"I’m ok he saved my life I looked every where but I can’t find dad, he replied “I’m continuing the search." Aleu yelled,
"Wait you’re not going without me." Kodi said with a look, "Ok fine let’s hurry ok." Aleu replied.
 
Kodi ran to find Balto before it gets dark the came back to their spot where there were foot prints,

"This way this time," Aleu said with a smile as they walked a long way they saw a cave,
“Do u think....?” Kodi asked
"I hope not," Aleu replied

Thinking he’s there they went further and further in but they did not know they were stumbling into human’s territory. Balto turned around and begin a search out of the cave the cave was too dark to see a steep slope was right in front of Balto. Balto slipped down a sprained his leg he had no idea what trouble Aleu and Kodi are about to get into. Aleu and Kodi have now stepped into human’s territory and have no idea of the traps. Kodi spots smoke coming from the distance,

"Aleu where are we." Kodi asked
"Uh oh we’ve stepped into humans territory there could be traps all over this place." Aleu said with a shock

Kodi took a step back and tripped a trap a net fell from the tree trapping both Aleu and Kodi,

"Not again,” Kodi yelled then continued
“Aleu lets try to bite through the net."

But it was no use the people were expecting that and made the material hard to bite through

"Let’s try digging,” Kodi said
“I’m no good at it," Aleu said.
“At least try it," Kodi yelled.

Both of them started then suddenly house nearby heard howling a man stepped out side with a gun. He saw the two wolves caught

"Good now I can deal with these two,” he said

The person aimed the gun at Kodi and took a shot. It was a tranquilizer gun he shot Kodi. Kodi felt dizzy

“Aleu what’s happening to…” he said.

Then fell asleep the same thing happens to Aleu Kodi and Aleu woke up and saw themselves in cages with radio collars around their necks,

"What are these things around our necks?" Kodi said to Aleu,
"Don’t know." Aleu replied,
"Well you two are ready to go." he said while he opened the cage and let them out

Kodi and Aleu were mystified.

“What’s going on” Aleu said to Kodi she then carried on," Kodi no human lets a wolf go there’s something strange about this person."
"We should be grateful though he didn’t kill us but what’s with theses collars." Kodi said with a frown

Aleu and Kodi ran as fast as they could when they were in a safe spot Aleu tried to bite the collar off but it was to hard Kodi tried pulling it off but no use he said Aleu lets just continue our search for dad Before they left they saw a sign in front of the house written "NATURE DOCUMENTER'S HOUSE" Kodi did not know what it meant but carried on Balto then saw a light coming into the cave he hoped it was a way out he dug as hard as he could but ended up deeper into the cave

Chapter 3
Balto heard voices outside the cave. Balto howled loud for the wolves outside. Kodi stopped and heard the howl.

"Aleu, Aleu its dad he's in the cave." he said with excitement,
"Yea you’re right ill howl back." Aleu said happily

Balto heard the howl and felt relaxed, he was glad help was here. The entrance of the cave was closed so Kodi and Aleu looked for another way in. Kodi found a crack big enough for them to fit through. Kodi and Aleu squeezed themselves through

"Dad you there." they yelled,
"Over here be careful there are steep slopes here." Balto yelled after he heard their cries

They went in carefully Balto was lying on the floor it was too dark to see. Aleu accidentally stepped on Balto’s leg and Kodi tripped over Balto,

"Sorry dad didn’t see you there let’s put him on our back Aleu." Kodi said
"How will we get out dads too big to fit through the crack” Aleu said with a frown

As Kodi was thinking of a way out he went into the wall of snow

“Hey Aleu lets dig through this” Kodi said As the dug they were soon out, "Finally I’m out.”

Balto said happily He then spotted collars on Aleu and Kodi's neck

"No!!! You two are in serious trouble.” Balto said
"Do you know what those collars are?” Balto said yelling,

Kodi and Aleu looked down with a frown.

”No,” both of them answered
Balto then continued, “These collars are radio collars, humans use these collars to track animals where they are and how there doing. If you two come home with me the people can track you two and then the whole family could be in danger. Have you tried taking them off?”
“yes two hard to bite and too tight to pull of." They replied Balto frowned, "Just great now what can we do have you tried hitting the collars on the trees, he asked.
"No" Kodi replied "Then try right now" Balto said
 
Kodi ran and tilted his head so the tree would hit the collar. Kodi looked at the collars
 
"Not even a scratch there indestructible" he said Balto looked at Kodi "How do you know" Kodi replied then continued, “I heard the man saying it while I was half asleep”

Balto was panicking he did not know what to do

"You two stay here while I tell this to Jenna stay out of trouble and tell me if the humans come ok" he said,

Balto ran back as fast as he could and kept worrying about Aleu and Kodi and hoped that they would be ok. As he reached home he saw a wolf there and Jenna was helping him,

"Who’s that Jenna anyway Kodi and Aleu have been collared by humans I don’t know what to do we’ll be in troubled if they come back." Balto said

Meanwhile Aleu and Kodi felt rejected and unwanted and felt bad for what happened but they did not know what was happening behind them. A man came and put a cage over them,
 
“Well its time for your check up" he said
“Dad where are you help, help Aleu and Kodi yelled The man laughed,
"Good, good call I’ll catch more then meanwhile ill take you back and lock you up so you wont trouble me ill tranquilize you two a then tie a cloth around your muzzle so you don’t bite, he said.
"Oh no dad will get caught too" Kodi said

 Balto heard the cries for help he panicked

"Kodi and Aleu are in trouble I got to go bye." Balto told Jenna,

He ran as fast as he could when he reached where he left. He saw they weren’t there

Chapter 4
"NOOOO!!! Aleu, Kodi I’m coming to save you."he said,
 
 The man expected his arrival at set up traps for him. Balto finally reached the humans territory. Balto was suspicious of the area and threw a stick. A net fell from the tree. Balto took careful steps around the traps he then saw Aleu and Kodi sitting all depressed and sad and had there muzzles tied up. Balto went closer Kodi spotted him he shook his head trying to warn him a trap was set right in front of the cage it was very difficult to see Balto tripped the trap and got caught and the man came and laughed

"Ha, ha now I have three "he said smiling

He tranquilized Balto and put a radio collar around his neck the person threw Balto into a cage where Aleu and Kodi were. Kodi and Aleu watched helplessly as Balto got up all three had no idea how to get out and they could not talk to each other either, The man looked at them with a grin

"Time to go" he said

He took an injection and used it on them one by one slowly each of them fell asleep the man. Opened the cage and took each of them out, he took the cloth off them and put them somewhere in the area and walked back. Balto got up Kodi and Aleu still decided to lie down,

"Now we’re all collared well have to stay here for the rest of our lives." Balto said with a frown

Balto walked then lay down near them to comfort them Kodi and Aleu smiled
"Well kids it’s getting late we'll sleep here ok." Balto said with a smiling back,

Aleu and Kodi nodded and closed their eyes so did Balto. Jenna started worrying about Balto and her family it was late and Balto wasn’t back suddenly the unconscious wolf woke up a saw Jenna worried he got up.

"Hello miss is something bothering u." he asked,

Jenna turned around to see the wolf,
 
“Oh sir you’re finally awake I want to thank you for saving my son Kodi,” she said
"No problem I feel it’s my duty to help others." The wolf said with a smile

Jenna then turned her head hoping Balto came but no one in sight the

"Are you waiting for someone?" the wolf said,
"Yes my husband and my children." Jenna replied, 
"Is your husband a half wolf?" The wolf said
Jenna looked at him amazed,

"How does u know" she asked,

"I saved him earlier in the morning and I brought him back here safe and sound." he told her.

"Please can you find him I’m worried, wait I didn’t get your name.” Jenna said with a smile.

The wolf turned around
 
"My names Silver madam I’m happy to help you," he said

Silver ran off to look for Balto, Kodi, and Aleu. The person who had put a radio collar on Balto and the others noticed on his radar that they did not go anywhere else. He got up and took his gun it was a long walk but he finally found the three of them sleeping. He put them in the cage then put them in a small truck. He then took them to a large nature preserve. He carefully lifted the cage and put them in one by one. When Balto woke up he thought he was still outside but as he walked to get some water he went into the walls of the cage and got a little shock Balto jumped.

"Kodi, Aleu wake up were in a nature preserve," he yelled.

A few minutes later Silver came and smelled that Balto was here. Silver found that he was too late. He then saw human foot prints and decided to follow them. It was a very long walk. When he found track prints in the snow he realized they’ve been taken somewhere. He had been hurt before and had trouble carrying on because he was tired too.
Chapter 5
Silver was able to follow tracks but it took him a long time to get there. Silver saw wolves from a far distance and spotted humans. He decided to hide and stay low for a while. Meanwhile Balto, Aleu, and Kodi looked around for a way out

"As warning guys this place is electrified so be careful you could get shocked." Balto said as a warning.

And then suddenly people started coming and looking and staring at them. All of them felt strange. Balto decided to growl and show his teeth to scare them away but all they did was laugh. Then a person came with food and threw it from the top

"I’m not eating that I only eat food that hunted." Aleu told Balto,
"I agree you don’t know where this food is from" Balto agreed

Balto walked away from the food and then saw cameras. He was blinded by the flash of the camera and couldn't see for a second and walked into a rock his head hurt a bit but he was ok. Silver waited patiently till the time was right to help Balto, Kodi and Aleu escape. Silver decided he would break them out at night fall. When the time came the place was empty but the places were lit by many lights. It made Silver difficult to see. Suddenly a security camera was scanning the area and spotted Silver, luckily the guard keeping an eye on the camera fell asleep. Silver saw is opportunity and tried to go and help out Balto, Kodi, and Aleu. Just then the guard saw Silver in the cameras and sounded the alarm. Silver ran as fast as he could and saw a lock on the door he tried breaking it with his teeth, but he couldn’t. A person with a gun came and aimed a gun at Silver. Silver saw him and started running. The man shot tranquilizers but missed him. Silver tried his best and got lucky and escaped. From that day the security was tighter and Silver had to find another way to free Balto, Kodi, and Aleu. Next night Silver noticed that there was a truck that has covered the security cameras and the security guard was busy talking to the truck owner. Silver sneaked past the truck, safe from the eye of the security camera. Silver ran towards Balto’s, Kodi’s, and Aleu’s cage and retried breaking it with his teeth. He tried hard and finally broke it Balto, Aleu and Kodi cheered that there finally out. Balto was about to come out of the cage the alarm sounded.

"What how did the alarm sound the cameras still covered." Silver said with a shock,
"It’s these collars I heard a man saying that if we try to escape the alarm sounds since there’s an alarm near the door that detects theses collars” Balto said with a frown,
"Why didn’t you tell me that earlier?" Silver said sadly,
"I didn't understand him at first, Silver go run there coming." Balto said "Alright, Ill be back and rescue u guys." Silver said.

As the guard came he saw the gate wide open he grabbed a lock which is unbreakable Silver got away again.
 
Last Chapter
Silver thought this was his last chance before Balto, Aleu, and Kodi would be taken away Silver throws a rock on the outside of the nature preserve. He saw the guard come out and jumped at him Silver managed to push him into a wall and knocked him out he grabbed the keys and slowly sneaked in keeping an eye on the camera he sneaks into the room where the person who took care of the camera was Silver was able to bite the camera wires and get to the gate he also short circuited the wires that made the collars work

“Balto lets go” he said

He used the keys and opened the gate all of them walked out and managed to escape but about the collar on Balto and the others Lucky for them the people worked in the nature preserve had to fix the wires that worked collars which would take a long time. Balto, Silver, Kodi and Aleu went home and Balto and his family were able to sleep peacefully But unaware that the collar would be soon fixed they thought Sliver had badly wrecked the wires that worked the collar and thought it couldnt be fixed they are safe until the men fix the wires that work the collar……
