All the kids will have each story of how they met their love or calling in life.

Years have passed now. all the children have grown up almost. They have homes of their own.

Justin and Amy were getting older and Amy's parents time was coming soon. The pack was repaired from the hunters and Beau never came back.

The pack moved to a forest not too far of a human town.

The time had come to live their own lives.

Kevin.

Hi! I'm Kevin. I'm the oldest kid of Amy and Justin. So I'm on my own now. I love being the leader and I hate soft and gushy stuff. I'm a total tough guy. Solid as a rock.

I'm going to be a single wolf forever. I don't need to get tied down to a mate.

Well that's what I use to think before I met Chloe.

Who is Chloe you ask? Well its a long story that started that spring.

I was a natural hothead and I loved to go hunting to show off to my friends.

I didn't care who got in the way unless I got in first, Then that day when I lost a buck in a hunt. That is when I met her...

I was about to catch the buck but before I got it I tripped and fell to the ground.

"HA! Nice one Kevin!" one wolf said. "Yea! Mabey we should take some notes!" an other said laughing. I Felt so embarasssed and mad.

"You jerks! No one laughs at me!!" I said as I charged after them. They still laughed as they ran.

I stopped. I didn't go home that night because I felt too ashamed to show my face to my famliy.

For the first time in my life I started to cry.

THen I heard someone behind me.

"Who's there?!" I yelled.

"I heard some one cry are you okay?" It was the voice of an angel. 

When I turned I saw a black and blue wolf. She was beutiful.She had gold eyes.

I was so speechless.

"Hello? Are you there?" she said.

"Huh?" I shook my head to focus. "Who are you I? I never saw you in this pack before." I asked.

"I'm new. I lost my pack and I just came across this one. I'm Chloe. and you are....?" she asked. 

"Uh..? I said. "Do you even know your name?" she asked gigling.

Naturally I got mad.

"Kevin! What's so funny?!" I yelled. "Calm down tiger.It was the fact that-" "I gotta go things to do you now?" I said as I left her alone.

Dad and Mom was not happy that I didn't come for a while.

"You're mad over that?! Grow up Kevin! No one is perfect." said Amy furious.

"She's right Kevin. One day you have to mature to help take care of those who love you. You can't think like a kid anymore. Others can't depend on a selffish hothead." he said.

 They yelled at me for a long time before I stormed out as usual.

I went to Tonya ans Eric to talk.

"Oh Kevin! You're such a hot head. You should go away just because you failed one time in hunting." said Eric.

"Yea! no one is perfectin everything. If they laughed at you they're not your friends."said Tonya.

"Oh You guys are the same as mom and dad! I knew I shouldn't come to you two! You're all the same. You just want to yell at me." I said runing away.

"Kevin wait!" said Tonya but I ignored her.

 Deep down I knew they were right, but I was too stubborn to listin.

I ran and ran untill I couldn't see the pack.

"I don't need them!! I can go on my own." I said out loud.

Then she came again.

"What are you doing? The whole pack is looking for you!" Chloe.

"Why should you care?! You don't even know me." I said. "I know that you need your famliy as they need you." she said.

"Hmp!" I said. "You know you're lucky. I don't have a famliy. I was born alone. The pack raised me but wasn't accepted in any family members." she said.

I felt bad. I didn't know how bad others had it. "Sorry." I said.

"If You really care you come home." she said leaving me in my thoughts.

I thought for a long time. I started to walk home. Then I heard a scream. I ran towards it.

It was Nia. She was on the cliff that I was on not to long ago.

"Nia! Nia hang on!!" I said. I tried to get her but it couldn't supprot my weight. I couldn't risk it.

I started to howl for help. In less than a moment most of the pack was there. "I need help." I said.

Three wolves and me came and grabbed Nia before the rocks fell. 

"Thanks Bro!" Nia said hugging me. "You should thank Chloe. She heard you howl and got us." a wolf said pointing to her.

"Umm...Thanks." I said to her."No problem."she said as the pack retured.

I walked with her then she said. "Hey wanna go out some time?" she asked me.

"You're asking me out? Shouldn't it be the other way around?" I said looking the other way.

"Grr! You 're such a jerk. It shouldn't matter who asked!" she said runing away.

For weeks I tried to flurt with her to go out with me but she always reject me.

Nothing worked so I asked Dad what to do.

"You did that?! No wonder she won't go out with you. You just need to say 'Wanna go out with me?" he said. 

"That's all?" I asked. "Nicely,son. Girls won't go for the Macho wolf all the time." he  said to me. 

I thought about it. I figure I give it a shot.

The next day I paced  and thought of a way to say it to her. Nothing I thought  was good enough.

"Aggh! She'll never go out with me if I can't even ask her out." I said.

"Is the mighty Kevin struggling? Shocker." said Chole.

"Chloe?! Uh...?" I couldn't speak. What could I say?

She smiled. "If that's your way of asking me out then I accept." she said.

I blinked. "Why? I didn't even ask." I didn't get her at all. I looked confused.

"You are so cute when you're confused." she said gigling.

"You're weird" I said.

After that day we were always together.

All that time with her I started to see a change in me as well as her.

I stopped being reckless and started to think before I do now.

I know weird right?

She started to loosen up too.

Then out of the blue she asked if I would be her mate. Again I couldn't speak.

Then I started to say" Um...If you want I mean uh.."

"Is that a 'yes' Kevin?" she asked. 

I slowly nodded. I was really happy to be with her.

I introduced him to my family and they loved her. I think more than they like me.

I guess Being nice isn't so bad.

Males. They're so difficult to figure out you think they want one thing but they say they want another.

Weird.

Its like they're from a different planet than females.

Oh! That's rude!! I didn't even introduce myself. My name is Tonya the second oldest and oldest girl of Justin amd Amy.

I love nature and the freedom of being a wolf. I hate those who think power can give you the right to degrade others.

The day I left to be on my own I was about to be changed forever.

I was looking for my own cave or den to live in as I got older, but None could have been found in the pack.

All my siblings had a place but me.

Then I heard someone or something from the west. It sounded like a fight.

If I had known what was going on I would have gone with my first impulse and walked away, but I thought I could help.

 I was too naive. 

I ran towards the battle.

It was three wolves ganging up on a wolf on the ground. 

"You're pathetic Pup! No wonder they exiled you from your pack. You can't even fight back." One wolf said.

"Yea! No pack would want a weak link to their chain" another said.

The big one said "Finishing you off only benefits everyone form the likes of yoou." he said raising his paw.

I couldn't just watch anymore.

I rushed in and broke up the group.

I walked to the wounded wolf.

 "Are you ok? " I asked.

"Behind you!" he said as the wolves knocked me over.

"You got to dumb or have guts to mess with us." the big wolf said.

"Just because you hunt and fight doesn't mean its right too. Power does not give you the right to bully others!!" I said.

They all laughed at me.

"Naive pup aren't you? Hey guys! How about we knock this pup for sassing to us?" he said.

"Yea!" they all said.

"Let me go you brainless mutts!" I yelled.

"Spunky brat!" he said crushing his paw on my lungs.

Slowly air was escaping me. I couldn't call for help or anything.

My life flashed before my eyes.

I started to close my eyes.

I thought I was a goner.

When I woke up I saw the wolf sitting beside me.

"Good. You're okay." he said.

"Thanks for helping me." I said.

"Hey! I should do all the thanking. You're the first person to stand up for me." he said.

"What happened to those jarheads?" I asked he explained.

This is what he told me.

"Get away from her." the hurt wolf said standing up. 

"Well what are you going to do? Talk us to death?" one said.

The wolf didn't respond.

He ran fast as the speed of light.

One moment he was clawing the wolf next to Tonya.

Then he ran to the two he pulled one by the tail and threw him to the other.

They was so scared that they ran with their tails between their legs.

I couldn't help but laugh. "Some tough guys." I sarcasticly said.

He laughed too. "Oh I have to go!" He said .

"Wait! What's your name?" I asked.  

He turned to me."Name's Jet. I didn't catch yours. I hope your name is beutiful like you." he said.

I blushed. "I'm Tonya." I said.

"The Name matches you perfectly. Byebye." he ran.

"Can I see you again?" I asked.

I thought I heard him say "Meet me at the lone tree in the forest."

"Jett...." I said as I walked back home.

I went back to the den since I couldn't find my own.

"What took so long? It didn't take that long for you're father and I to find a place to live." Mom said.

"I saw someone hurt from bullies. I had to help." I said.

"Tonya you can't help everyone what if you got hurt?" He said in a worried tone.

 "Don't worry dad. My new friend Jett helped me." I said.

"Jett? Who's Jett?" They both asked me.

"He's just a new friend." I said.

"Make sure he stays a friend!" Dad said waking away.

"What's this Jett like? Is he cute? Is he nice?" Mom asked me.

"I don't know if he's nice. He's cute! I 'm meeting him tomarrow so I'll see." I said.

Then I realized I said too much.

"Be careful Tonya! He better not hurt you or else!" Mom yelled.

"Uh...he won't mom. Good night!"I said.

 "I hope he won't" I thought as I went to sleep.

The next day while Malcolm was playing with Nia, I couldn't help but think about Jett. What's he like? Why did he come here? is he-

"Hey sis!!" Nia pushed me to the ground and pinned me down.

"Why are you so spaced out?"Nia asked.

"She's porbably think about JETT." said Malcolm.

I blushed.

"How did you know about that!?" I screamed.

"Mom and Dad told us. Dad didn't seemed to happy about it though." said Malcolm.

 "Is he cute? Tell me he's cute!" Nia said.

"Eww! I hate girl talk!! Seeya!"he said walking away from his sisters.

"Forget him tell me!!" she begged. "He saved me from wolves and he said he meet me later." I said

"So romantic!"she said.

That night I waited for him. I never felt so nervous in my life.

My heart was ponding hard against my chest.

"I can sing before he gets here.That always calms me down." I thought.

I loved to sing, but everyone ,but mom and dad, think that its annoying.   

I howled.

"In my dream I see myself sitting at the edge of a cliff.

When I look up i see the stars in the sky looking down on me.

Smiling and laughing for joy.

The moon behind me gives me my courage and strength.

I leap to the darkness as if I had wings.

The wind passes through my fur as I fall to the water below me.

I felt no pain as I fell in.

The cool surrounding overwelmed me.

as I opened my eyes I see a completly differnt world.

Fish swam through the water like birds fly.

The moon was still visible as the rays glided though waves

But the cold water did not effect my warm heart.

I finally closed my eyes as my body gently rest against the sea bed."

"Beutiful! Voice like an angel!" said a voice from behind.

"Who's there?" I asked spooked.

Then I flet something behind me.

"Come on cutie. Don't tell me you forgot about me?" a smoothe voice whipered in my ear.

"Jett! I thought you stood me up." Isaid.

"Stood you up? you act like this is a date." he said.

"Oh. well I thought-"

"Kidding! hehe! I would never stand up a beutiful wolf like you." he said.

"Flatterer." I said.

He smiled.

"so why did you want to meet me here Jett?" I asked.

"To personally thank you for helping me. No one has ever done that for me before." he said.

"I just hate wolves who think they're better than everyone and that gives them the right to judge others." I said.

"Yea! Me too. I was wondering can I join your pack? I can can pull my share. I have no where else to go. " He said.

"Uh..I don't know. That's up to Noah not me. I can take you to meet him." I said.

"I.....uh..... Don't know last time I tried I-"

"Please!? I know he'll like you if you tried.and..."

His ears perked.

"And what?" he asked.

I blushed and gulped "I....uh...want you to...stay."

His eyes widend. "Really? Well...okay. I try." he said.

I would have squealed in delight but I calmed myself.

This wolf is making me crazey.

We walked home together. I was kind of nervous anout meeting my family but hopefully it will be fine.

By the time we were home it was morning.

We went to Noah's cave.

"Little Tonya! What you got there?" He asked us standing up.

Jet's ears went down when he saw how big Noah was.

"This is Jett. he saved me the other day." I said.

Jett was still nervous. I placed my paw on his.

He stopped shaking.

He looked me and sighed.

"I was wondering if could join your pack Noah."

 Noah looked at him very closey.

"Yonya the last time we let others join us our pack was almost wiped out your famliy and the rest." Noah said.

I lowered my head." I know but I trust him." I said quietly.

Noah shook his head. "Well I-"

"Hold on!! I can prove  that I can be trusted. Give me a chance please!!" Jett said stepping in front of me.

I was shocked. "Jett."

"Please!" he said with fire in his eyes.

"Well...if Tonya trust you than I guess it couldn't hurt to let you try. You pull your own weight and help when its possible." he said.

"Yes!" I said wrapping my paws around Jett.

I realized what I did then let go.

"Uh...I mean thank Noah." I said walking out.

Jett bowed to Noah and said thanks too.

"I guess today I'll meet your famliy huh?" he said.

"Yeah! I know they'll love you." I said.

First I went to Kevin who was living with Chloe his mate.

"Hey Tonya! what is up little sis?!" Kevin ran up and tackled me.

"You haven't changed much have you?" I said.

"Nope! He hasn't! How are you Tonya?" asked Chloe. 

"Fine. Oh! Right! This is Jett." I said.

Jett came beside me.

"Nice to meet the both of you!" he said.

Kevin got up and circled him.

"So you're the wolf my sister soft on." Kevin said.

"What's you talent huh? Hunting for rats?" he taunted to Jett.

"Kevin..!"  Chloe and I said.

"Actually that was my old job. My new one is expert hunter. I'm pretty fast.

"Really? how about a little race? You and me?" He said.

"Nah! wouldn't want to embarass you." he said.

That did it. Kevin took the bait.

"SUNRISE!!! BY THE FIELDS!! WHO EVER CAN GO TO THE RIVER FASTEST WINS!!!!" Kevin exploded.

"No problem." Jet said calmly.

"Oh boy. You really need to watch it with Kevin he's a hothead." I said. But something told me he and Kevin were alike.

"Don't worry about it cupcake. Now were are the others?" he asked.

I sighed. "Come on!" I said.

Then we went to see Eric and Harrison.

They always hang out in the forest.

"Hey boys!" I said.

The two stared at me the looked at Jett.

"This is Jet. Jet, these are my other brothers,Eric and Harrison." I did the intro.

The boys jumped out of the tree ,the lower part since they can't climb, an landed in front of us.

"Greetings. Nice to meet you." said Harrison.

"Yo! Same here." said Eric.

 Hey! nice to meet you too." said Jet.

Heh! You're the guy who fired up Kevin. I like any wolf who does that." said Eric placing his paw on his sholder, patting it.

"Hehehe!" Jet chuckled.

"I can hardly see the humor in this Eric! When Kevin is hostile he's sure to cause damage to his metal stamia or his own relivtes." Harrison said.

    The three just stared at Harrison.

"Translationhe's really gonna explodeto every one," I said.

"Basically." Harrison said.

Bam!! Jett was tackled by Nia and Malcolm.

"OOOHHH!! He is cute nowonder Tonya likes you." said Nia.

Jet Blushed as he saw Nia soo close.

"He  so skinny do you even eat kid?" said Malcolm.

"Kid?! Your the one to talk I can barely see youif it wasn't for your fur half-pint." Jet said to him.

Malcolm growled at him. 

Jet growled back.

"Hehe! your tougher than you look!" he saidto Jett.

"Huh?" he said.

"We just want to make sure that our sister is well taken care of!" said Eric.

 They all laughed at the surprised Jet at the test that My siblings put him through.

"You check out with us. But Kevin may need time.Now for mom and Dad!" said Nia.

"Mom!? and dad? Great..."Jet said.

"Don't worry about it. You'll do fine!"I said to him.

"Bye everybody!" I said. They said good luck as we went to mom and Dad.

"So this is the wolf who saved our daughter." dad said.

Jet was still as a rock.

So was I.

I didn't know what to think. I really wished they like him. 

Before I knew it Mom was hugging him.

Dad said as long as I didn't get hurt he's welcomed.

I was so happy.

The weeks with Jet was the happiest of my life.

Males used to always hit on me constantly or when I do go out with them they don't even listin to a word I say.

Well he's a little vain too he's different. He constantly flurts but he respect my views and loves to hear me sing.

He's so much fun! He so handsome too! His crystal blue eyes send me to a daze. His figure was so fit with his whitish gray fur.

Weeks turned to months. It was so fast I didn't even notice.

I was walking by myself one time when Nia came by me.

"Hey where's your boyfriend or should I say mate!" she said I blushed.

"He's not my mate yet! I mean.....oh! Go away!!" I swated at her but she dodged me and laughed as she walked away.

I love Jett but does he love me back?

That night I started to think about Jett as a mate. I couldn't sleep at all that night.

One day he said he wanted me to meet him at the big oak tree by moonlight. I thought it was a normal date so I went.

When he came he had a lily in his mouth. It was so pretty.I took it an blushed. "You're so sweet." I said to him but he just stared at me.

I looked away. I wondered if something was wrong with him.

Then he said."Angel face, I have to tell you something very important."

I froze."what?"

He sighed then looked at me. "Before this goes a little too far-"

"Too late for that" I thought.

 "I need to tell you. I had a mate before." he said.

I was silent. I didn't know what to say.

"Her name was Kim. A husky. Automaticly I thought about us and my old pack. I was blinded by my love and left my family and friends. But after a month of being together she leaves.

 I tried to stop her but she said she got tired of seeing me and mated with a sleddog. I ran as far as I can. The pain was too much for me. From that day, I swore never to trust a dog again with my heart. But I met you."

I said. "You know that I'm a hy-"

"Yeah I know. You're halfdog. It wasn't too hard with your looks and your dad." he said.

"So now what?" I asked.

"I was getting to that. The first time I saw you helping me I knew. but I didn't care. You're so much kinder than Kim and much more better looking." he said.

"RReally?" I said. He nodded.

"Everyday I spent with you made me break my vow. I'm truely am In love with you. Tonya will you be my mate?" he said eyes glowing.

I dropped the flower from my mouth.

I thought I dreamed it.

He's asking me to be his mate!!!!!!!!!!

"Jett.....I can't believe this. I would...uh.." I said.

"Yes? Yes? Is that a YES?" He said wishfully.

I walked by and kissed him.

"How's that for a 'yes' huh?" I said as he shook his head from the kiss.

"Much better." he said as he nuzzled me.

"I love you Jett." I said.

"love you too tiger."he said.

I Told everyone and they couldn't believe it. My mom cried that I was going but I told her I wouldn't be too far from my family.

It was offically made.

I was taken and I have a Mate. and soon pups.

Its so boring here!! I know I have wolf in me but I want to see humans and their wierd metal flying creature.

It must be so amazing to travel the world and meet different beings.

Oh! exscuse me. I'm Eric I'm kind of the middle pup of Amy and Justin. Somestimes I play the big brother role in fron of my parents and Kevin and Tonya but I'm just a big pup around Harrison ,Nia, and malcolm secretly.

I always wake up early to see the birds fly.

It was that one time I saw the metal bird that I started to wonder about the humans. So many things we don't know but humans can collect the things they learn from the world around them.

Even though mom and dad don't like it,but I sneak into human towns. The food, the scent, and the activities they do, fasinated me.

 The night I was about to go into town I heared someone behind me.

"Who's there!" I growled.

"Its me bro! I won't tell anybody if you take me with you." It was Harrison.

"Me too!" said Malcolm.

"I can't you guys are too young!" I said.

"By only a few minates." said Harrison.

"Yeah! you're no older than us." said Malcolm.

 "If mom and dad find out...!" I said.

"They won't as long as you take us." said Malcolm.

I shook my head and sighed.

"Alright,but be quiet." I said runing to the human filled city with my brothers.

We swiftly ran building to building. We ate some scraps behind the best cooking humans and it was alittle better than the meat we had the last three weeks. The lights and sounds filled everything in the city.

Malcolm kept looking at the sled dogs. Harrison observed the big building were humans carried big paper with wierd coverings. I tried to find the metal flying creature but my efforts were futile.

"Humans are not that bad." Harrison said while eating a piece of left over meatlof.

"Yeah wonder why dad keeps on saying 'All of you must becareful when dealing with humans' with this kind of food?" Malcolm said mocking dad as he ate some pieces of steak.

The door next to us burst opened.  "GET OUT OF HERE YOU STUPID MUTTS!!! IF YOU COME BACK I'LL USE MY GUN!!!!" The human threw a bottle at us and we ran with all our might.

We went to the pack and found Mom and Dad looking at us with furious eyes. 

"I want the three of you in our den NOW!!" said mom. Dad just stared at us which made us feal like our organs are about to be torn out.

We sat in the den.

"Eric I can't  believe you!! Not only did you endanger your brothers you disobeyed my rule about humans! As an older brother you are supposed to be a rolemodel for them!" said dad to me.

I lowered my head. "I want to know about them dad. I'm sorry I brought them them but I don't belong here in the pack I can't hunt,I'm not fast, and I want to travel around the world." I said.

"Travel the- impossable. Besides you're half wolf. The humans won't take that lightly." said Mom.

" But mom they have the fastest dogs I've ever seen. I want to be a sled dog." said Malcolm.

"And I love humans! I want to be adopted." said Harrison.

"ENOUGH! All of you go to sleep we'll finish this conversastion later." said dad.

We all walked to our dens with lowered ears.

It was a month after that night but mom and dad didn't talk to us about the humans.

I still couldn't help but wonder about the humans.

I was about to go to my parent's den but They caught me before I went in.

"Listin. Me and your mother talked about this. I'm not saying its okay about the other night,but I understand if you want to go. I said the same thing to your brothers too. Its your life now. Take care." Dad said.

"BBBBUUTTT DDDDOOONNN'TTTT GGGGEEETTT IIIINNNNTTTTOO TROUBLE!! IF YOU GET WHAT YOU WANT DON"T FORGET TO VISIT!!"  Mom sobbed. Tears were everywhere.

I hugged her. "Thanks both of you I love you. Don't worry mom I'll visit you I promise." I kissed mom on the cheek.

She smiled.

"My pups are growing up to fast." she said nuzzling me.

I left. "Love you!! Tell everyone that I love them too."  I said to my parents waving. I even thought I saw dad tearing up too.

I ran to the city. I felt happy that I was going to my dream but I deeply missed my family.

Nia's and Kevin's and Malcolm hotheadness, Tonya's kindness, and Harrison know it all attitude, all of it I missed. 

Mom. Dad. The pack. I'll miss all of you.

I stumbled to a familur place."YOU Again!" the same human the other night but this time he had his gun.

I ran the other way to avoid the bullets. The land moving metals came at me fast as I crossed. 

But then I felt a metal hitting me soo hard I flew to a side of a brick building.

I felt blood escape me. I could barley breath. My head felt numb. I slowly closed my eyes. I saw every event of my life passed by. "My dream is gone! I'll never get to see.......sighs."

Next thing I knew I was in a table with two humans beside me.

"It was close but it looks like he'll make it." one in white said.

"Thank goodness. I didn't mean to hit the poor guy. It wouldn't be right to leave him. Can I take him now?" the other in a gay clothing said.

"You do know he's half wolf." he said.

"Nah doesn't matter. I get so loney on my trips recoding different things in the world. I take care of him." he said.

"Very well. Since no one owns him he's yours." he said then I blacked out again.

When I woke up I was on a big bed. Then I felt some thing around my neck.

"Awake huh? Good." a voice said. I looked around then at him.

"I own you know boy. Since you were out cold I desided to get the papers for you. I'll name you Eric. like it?"

I licked his hand.

"Sounds like a 'yes'. Yep I already put it on your collor. Ready to travel?" he said.

His job was to record different culture to show to the world its mysteries. Since he has famliy here to he visits. So I'll keep my promise to mom.

I barked my dream came true. Guess I'm that lucky.
