Waking up on a warm Sunday morning, Balto left the boat to look for Jenna. As Jenna was pregnant, Balto felt it was his duty to look after her more than usual. Rosie was expecting his visit so left the doggy-door unlocked. entered Rosie's room seeing Jenna in labour. He noticed that something was wrong with her and asked:

"Jenna, is everything allright?"

"No, can you call Rosie's mom, I'm in labour!" Jenna replied panting hardly.

"What? Oh, ok.....I....I...I'm going to fing them, Do...Don't worry!" said excited Balto.

Rosie along with her mother hurried to help Jenna. They successfully helped her to get through it, thinking everything was ok. Jenna licked the little bodies. As soon as she finished cleaning the pups she turned to Balto.

"Thank you Balto for calling people, I really needed them. I feel better now..."

"That's good" Balto smiled "Now . . . how many are there. . . one...two . . . oh, three. . . four . . . five . . . Yes, five little Jennas"

"Wait, did you say five? Where is the sixth one? I know there are six, it have to be six!" Jenna worried.

"No....there are five...but look this one is bigger than the rest. Maybe you mistaken him for two" Balto said laughing.

"No"  Jenna objected  "No! Before you came, first one was born . . . Oh Balto, where is he?"

"Don't worry. We'll find him. Look around your bed. I'm gonna call Rosie and her mother, they will find him" Balto said comforting his mate.

They came over thinking Balto proudly wants them to show his offspring, unaware of the fact that one of them was missing. But seeing Jenna's restless behavior got Rosie worried. "Mommy look..! Jenna's wrried about something" the little girl said, turning to her mother for help. "Maybe she just needs some rest honey. Spend some time with her pups. Let's leave her to it" But Jenna still wanted to find him because he would die without her. Balto start to look around, behind her bed and other things.But there was no puppy. They spend all day to look for him.

Next day Jenna called Balto to look for puppies for a minute because she had to eat something. Suddenly something was very slowly moving under Jenna's pillow which was on the floor next to her bed. Balto get up to check that.

"Jenna! Jenna! Come here! Quickly! - Balto call out.

(Jenna) "What? You found him?"

(Balto) "Yes...It's a girl. Look at her. She's very exhaused. I think she rolled over just after born. Come and look after her. I gonna call people."

(Jenna)"Ok, I think we can call her Tina, that means that she is strong so she will be better"

(Balto)"Yeah, she will be better"

When people came they had to spend lots of time to help her get better and not to die. Balto left Jenna with puppies to give her refreshment.

After few weeks when puppies were ready for adoption, Tina wasn't yet. She was still weak, but she could not understand why. She could not be as fast as her brothers and sisters. The day of adoption came. She wanted to meet poeple and have the owner. But there was another problem. She looks exactly like a wolf. Balto and Jenna remind Aleu's day of adoption when came her day. They were affraid because they did not want the same situation as was with Aleu. She has a sister, Ginger, who looks like a wolf too. So she will not stay alone. Each child who came for a puppy was a little bit affraid of them. But after 2 children a young woman came to them. When she saw Tina and Ginger, she wanted to have them. She ran to Balto and Jenna's box with puppies from the end of road. Tina was smiling to her and she thought that is normal that she want her. Balto and Jenna were very happy. Then another children came to take the rest of the puppies. Balto and Jenna came home after this hard and white knuckle day and quick went sleep. When Tina and Ginger came to their new home, they were very sleepy as well. The woman gave them something to eat, and show them their beds. She knew that they have to take it easy and be ready for next full of job day.

There was a beautiful morning, birds, were singing, sun was shining, Tina wanted to go out. She get up and came to Ginger's bed shoutting:

"Wake up! Wake up! It's the day now! Not night! Come on! Move, move!"

(Ginger)" Whrrr...whrrr..what? I'm trying to sleep, can't you see that?"

"Yeah, that's why I'm shoutting" Tina said and Ginger went sleep again.

(Tina)"Oh...Come ON! Wake up! Do you want to sleep all day?"

(Ginger)"If you gonna do it all the time, yes"

(Tina)"Oh...."

After Tina's trying to wake up Ginger, their owner called Kate, called them:

"Tina! Ginger!" She knew their names because they had a sign on their neck, and then she bought them corals with their names. She gave them special food, and went with them outside to train them. While Kate was training them, she saw that Tina feels not very well. That was a reaction of that accident after her birth. She took her home and put into her bed. After few minutes she was better. Ginger did not know what happen to her. She went to her and said:

"Tina, what happen? Why didn't you run behind me? Why didn't you listen to Kate?"

"Uhm....I don't know....I just...I couldn't...I, I don't know what is wrong with me...I had dizziness and...oh..." said confused Tina.

"Don't worry, will be ok, you'll see.." said Ginger and took Tina of a dinner which was done in this time by Kate.

Next New Year was coming, Tina and Ginger were ready to take a part of leading a team. They were strong enough to do that. Tina was feeling much better, and she became a strong wolf/dog. As an adult she remain more Balto than it was when she was a pup. However, Ginger become more like Jenna. Kate decided to give them a change to drive in her team. Tina was very excited in her first time.

(Tina) "Oh Ginger, I never thought I will lead a team. I'm so happy of that!"

(Ginger) "I think as a children on the famous dog in the Nome we have to can lead a team"

(Tina) "Yeah"

(Kate)"Tina! Ginger! Come here!" Kate gave them something to eat and they spend the rest of the time driving.

Long time passed from Tina's first time in leading Kate's team, when she had to go with Ginger to job. Kate was working as a doctor so she had to be always on time. She made her own team to do her job as she has to. Tina and Ginger had a privilege to help her. One time Kate had a call for a person who was nearly dead. But there was a problem, no one was free at that time. Without all equipment which have only doctors on higher posision, she had to go there. She had no help. She took her dogs and quickly sett off her journey. She was worried also of Tina. Tina was not that healthgy from an accident after born. There was snowing, and the wind was very big. She could not take full contron under her team. That was depending on Tina. She lead the team.

Finally they arrived. Kate runned to the sick person, and tried to save his live. While she was doing that, Ginger and Tina were waiting outside. They were very tired because of hard crossing. Ginger said:

"If we goona go that way again, I don't know what will happen to me. I can't! I really can't do this again!"

(Tina)"Oh, Ginger, come on! You have done it last time, you will do it that time. Don't worry, everything will be fine"

And it was, until the snow changed onto hail. The wind jostle hoil that it hit even harder. Ginger said to Tina:

"I can't! I can't do it! I'm tired!"she cried. Tina knew that she's not joking and she really cannot take it. But she couldn't do nothing. If the would stop, that strong wind would take them from a rock to gap. She said to her:

"Ginger, please, try, we can't stop know!" she cried. Ginger start to fall down, her suspenders broked and she fall down to the lower rock. She couldn't keep herself. Tina went to her. She holded her and rope her into sledge. When the dogs saw Ginger in the sledge, they carried on driving. Ginger was unconscious. They went home, and Kate took Ginger to near vet. I that time Tina was in the mountains. She was calling out, crying behind them. But the wind and hoil were so loud that no one could hear her. Finally she strarts to feel bad because of the weather and her health. She coul not stand on her paws. She starts howling, she could not move, and then even howl. No one knew where she is and what happen to her.

In that time Balto and Jenna were talking. They saw Ginger arriving with Kate and what happen to her. When she was with a vet, they were thinking.

(Balto)"She had to have big accident, that's good she and tina has that good owner, she take care for them"

(Jenna)"Yes...and where is Tina by the way?"

(Balto)" I think Kate left her at home, you know...you know how she can feel. That weather is not good for that long journeys"

(Jenna)"Yeah, but don't you think that even if Tina would feel bad, she would stay at home when her younger sister is feeling very very bad" I don't think so. She'd never do that...Oh, may be if she would feel like Ginger, but in that situation Kate would take Tina to vet too"

(Balto)"hmm...yeah, you're right. Let's go to Ginger may be she knows something. May be Tina was left at home for all this journey..."

They want to Ginger and wait if she will wake up and could speak. I that time Tina was laying on the snow, unconscious. But she started to hear howling.

She saw by her tired eyes a big wolf standing against her. And this big wolf took her to warm place and take care of her. When she get better she asked this wolf:

"Who are you?...I mean, why you helped me? Do I know you?"

"...You know me better than you think...Tina..." said wolf. Tina get confused and asked:

"How do you know my name? Who are you?"

"...Don't be scared It's me, Aleu"

Now Tina knew eall the answers for her previous qusetions. She knew Aleu from Balto's tales and she knew that she is her sister.

"Aleu! My dear sister....Why are you here?...Oh..I'm so happy so meet you...." Tina said to her.

While they were talking, Balto and Jenna were worried. Ginger did not remember anything and they found that Tina is not at home.

(Balto)" I think I have to go to the Whit Mountain and find her"

He wnt to look for her with Boris and Muk and Luk. Jenna stayed with Ginger who was asking for Tina. Jenna said:

" Don't woory Ginger, That's not your fault that we cannot find Tina, she will be ok, don't worry"

(Ginger)" But mum, because of me we had to stop, and she saved my life, oh...mum, where is she?"

(Jenna)" Balto went to look for her, and he will find her"

In that time Tina get better thanks to Aleu. Aleu and Tina were on the way to home when they saw Balto.

"Tina!" Balto call out.

(Tina)"Dad!"

(Balto)" oh, Tina, I'm so glad I found you, are you ok?"

(Tina)" Yeah, dad....thanks to Aleu, she saved me...Thank you Aleu so much"

(Aleu)" Tina, dog cannot survive in a forest but wolf can, remember this: you are not only a dog, but also a wolf, and don't forget it"

Balto remind the words of Boris, he was proud of his daughters.

(Balto)" Aleu...thank you for taking care of Tina. I'm so glad to see you again..."

(Aleu)"Me too..." they said good bye to each other and Balto with Tina went to home.

(Aleu)" Dad!"

(Balto)"?"

(Aleu)"...I love you..."

Balto went to her and said"

(Balto)"...I love you too sweety, you will always be in my heart..."

After long journey to home, Tina and better feeling Ginger went sleep. Tina couldn't sleep. She was still thinking about Aleu. She went outside and howl. She still couldn't understand why no one wanted Aleu. She heard another howl. That was Balto.

(Balto)"What are you doing?, it's late"

(Tina)"...ah...nothing...just....thinking"

(Balto)"Yeah....I understand you...sometimes there is something what cannot give you peace of mind, something what you need to know"

(Tina)" Did you have something like this?"

(Balto)" Yeah...I couldn't understand and believe that my lovely daughter, Aleu, has no one who loves her back..."

(Tina)" But why she? She's your pup like Kodi, Dingo, Saba, Dory, Chino..."

(Balto)" Yeah...but there is a difference in human eye that a dog who looks like a wolf cannot be treated like a dog..."

(Tina)"But you were....and you are"

(Balto)" Oh Tina....before I become famous dog/wolf on Alaska, people treated me like Aleu...That's why I was worried about you and Ginger...I did not want a situation as was with Aleu...I and your mum were very happy when we saw a girl who wants you"

(Tina)" So, you mean that Aleu did not have no one like Kate?"

(Balto)"Yeah...and that's why she runned away..."

(Tina)"..oh..."

(Balto)" Let's go inside, it is cold here now...."

(Tina)" Ok...just coming......" Tina stand there howling to say good bye to Aleu. She knew that she will not hear it. Then she went inside to her family.
