It was a summer morning. Sun's rays are reflected in the Katsu's hair, who slept in the garden. This young dog but stand up quickly when he heard and saw the older dog, who came for him.
,,Katsu, your mother want talk with you" said dog.
,,Now?"
,,Now!" growl dog.
,,Yeah, yeah, I go" Katsu said. He was afraid from dog's aggression.
He slowly went to his mother. He hate this dog, his mooma's new mate.
,,Katsu?" said his mom, when he came.
Katsu came for her and he saw two little pups next his mother.
,,Who are them?"
,,Your little sisters" his mom lick his nose.
,,M-my sisters?" Katsu said sheepishly. But he flurried. ,, With my dad, or with this stupid dog?"
,,Katsu! You'll not talk about him as about ,stupid dog', he is your father!"
,,No, my father was german shepherd, and he was loved me, no as this stu--- husky's male!" Katsu growled.
,,Your father wasn't good for me" growled Katsu's mom.
,,Fine, you can love him, but I never like him! I think you love me, but you love him more! And..."
,,Shut up! I don 't need to hear such fictions, get out of here!" she shouted with tears on her eyes.
,,Sorry mom, I not want be bad on you" Katsu apologized.
,,Get out of here" said his mom sadly.
Katsu ran away. But he found mom's mate again.
,,What are you think about your sisters? They are both beautiful as me" he said provocatively.
Katsu was only growled on him and he ran away.
Away from his home.
Away from this stupid dog.
Away from his memories.
Away from his old life.


He ran about one day. He need rest. So he went to forrest and he found cave.
,,Fine, I'm lonely and far away from home. My life is sooo beautiful..." he said ironically.
He asleep to next morning. He was wake up when he heard some voices.
,,Gah, little doggie!" growl one wolf.
,,Yeah, little lonely doggie!" smiled second wolf.
,,Maybe he can be our victim!" third wolf said.
,,Guys, listen," said Katsu and he guickly go back ,,I now want make you troubles, I only want go away from here...."
Wolves stoped and began smiled.
,,You want escape? No no, you stay here with us!"
Katsu began growled, but he not want fought with them. So he jumped them and ran away quickly.
,Heh, trained agility was realy good, it save me life!' Katsu think.
He found town named Nome. He went here. Now he found his new life.
Katsu tried was street dog, but it was very hard. He initially didn't know what to do. But he was learned it. About a year later, when he had 2 years, he met two nice females.
,,Hey, you!" he called them.
,,What are you want, stupid... awww, hi nice doggie, not you want be my mate?" said one of them and she lick Katsu's nose.
,,Espa, you are realy idiot" said other female.
,,Hey, girls, I can't be your mate or other, becouse I think... I'm yours brother" Katsu smiled.
,,Wha-What? You are Katsu? Lost son of our mom?" Espa said surprised.
,,Hi Katsu" Ayuk said. ,,I'm Ayuk. Not you want live with me? I'm street dog and I'm lonely, becouse my sister not want me as her roommate. She have owner..."
,,No, he'll live with me. I'm better than you" Espa growled on Ayuk.
,,Girls, I'll live with Ayuk"
,,Wha... Why?!" Espa disgustedly saw at her brother.
,,Becouse I'm street dog too, and I not want live with humans. It's not my life."
,,Come on, Katsu. I will show you your new home" said Ayuk and she went away. Katsu looked at Espa and he went for Ayuk.
,,I will show you your new home" Espa reproduce Ayuk resentfully.


,,So, we are here."
,,Here?" Katsu look at a old house without residents.
,,Yeah, it's my home. I live here lonely." she said and Katsu saw on her eyes some tears.
,,Why? I saw, you and Espa.... You hate her, doesn't you? Why?"
,,I have some reasons," said Ayuk sadly and looked at Katsu ,,she destroying my life. I wasn't here always lonely. I was life here with my mate, about half a year before. But Espa... Espa flirted with him and he fell in love with her. He go away from me..."
Katsu felt sad. His little sis had soo hard life with Espa.
,,Don't worry, Ayuk, I'll be with you forever. I promise"
,,Thank you, Katsu."
Next day they met Espa.
,,Hi Katsu" she said happily.
,,Um, hi..."
,,What's with you? You not talk with me?"
,,Sorry, Espa, I like you, you are my little sis, but you can't be so bad on Ayuk. She have very sad live"
,,I know, but she isn't good as me. And she know it."
,,I not know it" growl Ayuk.
,,Oh, you are here too? I wasn't saw you" Espa look at sky.
,,Goodbye, Espa" Katsu said guickly.
He and Ayuk went away. They was together long time, and Katsu was happy, when his sister wasn't so sad as when he met her.
,,I finally see you happy" He looked at her contentedly.
,,I know, Katsu," she giggled ,,I fall in love"
,,With Attiba?"
,,Yeah"
,,I'm glad, he is realy good boy, and... Want you know secret?"
,,Um, yeah"
,,He like you too"
Ayuk smiled and licked Katsu's nose.
,,Thank you, Katsu, you are the best brother for whole world!"
,,Your welcome," he smiled ,,go for him, Ayuk, and tell him your feelings."
,,Yeah, I go"
Ayuk ran for Attiba. Attiba is Balto's great-grandson. Katsu looked at her and he felt happiness.
About a hour latter Ayuk and Attiba came for Katsu.
,,Hi you two," smiles Katsu ,,You look good together"
,,Thank you" said they both.
,,So, Attiba, you now live with Ayuk here?" asked Katsu.
,,Um, if you never mind... I hope I can" said Attiba with smile on his face.
,,Never mind, Attiba, I want best for my little sis, and I think it's what make Ayuk happy".
Attiba happily looked at Ayuk, who shamefacedly look at him. They looked happy together.


Tomorrow Katsu wait for Ayuk.
,,What are you doing here?" she asked when she came for him.
,,I... I must go, Ayuk... I need mate... I not want be single and lonely..." he said sadly.
,,Katsu! Please, no! I not want be here without you! I'll go with you!" Ayuk said desperately.
He looked at her eyes.
,,Ayuk... you have here Attiba... he love you, you love him... He is realy good boy. Stay here with him...."
,,Katsu, please..." In here eyes were ters. Katsu licked Ayuk's nose and he nuzzled with her. And he went away.
,,And your promise? You're not remember?" Ayuk called for him. But Katsu not wanted heard it. He ran away.
,,Katsu, please, don't leave Ayuk" he heard.
,,Attiba, I don't leave her. I only want find mate and I gone back. Can you said it for Ayuk? I can't talk with her now... I... I failed her..." Katsu became more sad then he was.
,,Ok, Katsu, I'll done it. And... good luck, come back soon."
,,Thank you, Attiba. And sory..."
Katsu run. Attiba looked at him and when he disappeared from sight, returned back to Ayuk.


He was on his trip about month and he always can't found perfect girl for him. He began thought he never have mate. And when he thought about it, he heard:
,,Hi, you are new here?"
Katsu saw a nice young female, who smiled on him.
,,H-hi, yeah, I-I'm new here"
,,I'm Suki. Want you help?"
,,I'm Katsu. What are you doing here- in forest? It's nothing for nice young girls as you..."
Suki smiled. This boy is realy nice and witty, she think about him.
,,I live in wild. It's long story" she still smiled.
,,You live in wild? You are very nice girl, people must want you!"
,,Yeah, people want me, but I not want people. They adopted my brother and it's reason why I dislikes them..."
,,This is only one reason? Your brother is sure happy with them!"
,,And... I'm related to Balto... I have wolf's blood. I can live here..."
Katsu smiled. This girl is so interesting.
,,But you can't be here alone. So, I'll here with you, and you must find new home..."
,,Ok, if you help me, I must agree. But I have one rule... My owner must be musher- I want to be sled dog." Suki looked at Katsu's eyes.
,,Ok, ok, if you want... so, we must find people, who have sled dogs. So... C'mon, Suki!" Katsu went away from forest.
When they together went found sled team for Suki, Katsu listened Suki's story.
,,.. and when they adopt Dalek, I was very... sad. I want be forever with him, but people.... you know. And I was ran to forest. And here I met you. So, we never find a sled team for me..."
,,Why?" Katsu turned his head on her.
,,I'm not fast runner..." Suki said sadly.
,,It's problem... But... I think in sled team can be slow dogs too.. So, I think you aren't slow. Come on, run, Suki, run!" and Katsu began ran. Suki smiled and she began ran too. They was together about three months.
One day they stoped before town.
,,What's this town?" Katsu asked.
,,I don't know, maybe Nome from other side, maybe other town..."
,,Look, Suki!" called Katsu on Suki ,,Sled dogs! Run with them!"
Suki looked on Katsu. He looked happy.
,,Thank you, Katsu, you are realy good boy. You'll always in my heart. I'll always lo-- like you. Thank you". And she nuzzled of him.
Katsu looked at her. She ran with sled dogs, she looks happy with them.
,,Good bye, Suki" he said and went away.
He can't remained with her. He liked her, but she wasn't prepared have mate. And... she deserves someone better then me, thought Katsu.
He went back to forrest. He went for Ayuk. He promised her and he failed. He must went home. He must apologize.

  But when he went in forest very long time, he finally saw forest's end. And he suddenly noticed that before him is a nice female. He was watching her, and then he went for her. He was ready to made her his friend. And maybe with time...
