Gwen ran almost non-stop to kage lands. She looked for it a whole year asking animals where it was but she finnally found the shadow valley.
To the title it wasn't much of a valley. The smell of black rotten soil and the contamiated water filled the air around her. No vegitation was in sight. The clouds were covered in the lands as if the sun was too afraid to even enter the wastelands!
She could bearly she in the land with so much darkness. Even though she ate the aroma of the stench made her stomach turn. Then all at once she blacked out from the land!
When she woke up she was surrounded by black or brown wolves angery! "Lookey hear! A cute little pup is straded!" one of them said. they all laughed and got close to her. "Enough chatter you worthless dogs and scout for more intruders!" said a low chilling voice.
"YYYeah boss!!" they ran out of...where ever she was. She turned around a saw the biggesst wolf she ever seen! "Who are you?!" his voice boomed to her ears!
"Speak up!" he said again. "Its more generous to give your name before you ask others!" she said boldly. He slightly chuckled."You must not know who I am."she sared at him. "I know who you are your Kumo(cloud) the leader of the kage clan!" she said.
"I guess that I'm pretty famous! I repeat: who are you?!" he askeed. "Gwendolyn of the kaze clan!" she shouted.
"Gwen huh?! I heard your a pretty good fighter! Is that true?" he asked her. Ignoring his question she said "I need to talk to you about something very inportant!"
"I'll make you a deal: Defeat my most strongest fighters and I'll humor you!"he said. she was about to protest but she knew she had no time to argue with the alpha. "Agreed!" she said.
He smiled as he started to walk away."Follow me!" he said. She did as was told.
She saw a round surface with polluted water at the bottem. "Oh boys! I have a little chew toy you can have." he said as he pushed her the arena. "Attack!" he shouted.
All the wolves jumped in after her. She looked around to see how much space she had to move but it was very litttle. Snap! The wolves snared and snapped at her backing her to the edge.
"Its no use hiding." she said. "She's giving up" one said but it was far from it. Gwen jumped at least 3ft to the air and dove into the group!
"Impossable!" said Kumo. He was very impressed with her! She kicked a wolf into three of them like bowing balls to pins. She clawed and bite almost all the wolves for ten more minates.
"Stop! I've seen enough!" Kumo said with a smile. "You live up to your rep kid!" She looked at him."Now will you listin to me?!" she asked.
"A deal's a deal!" he walked ahead with Gwen beside him! "what does a fighter like you want here?" he asked.
"To clear my name!" she shouted. "Really? What ever for?" he teased. She was furious but before she could respond she saw the cave expand. Her eyes observed the form of the cave with amazement.
"You like? My ansetors had made this cave to avoied the light. Like vampires to your eyes but we don't suck blood and we're not the "undead" you see." he explained.
She shook her head and went back to business!"I need you to prove to the kaze clan that it wasn't me who-" Kumo looked at her. "Kaze!?!Your mad!!! You should know that they hate us. Every clan hates us!!" he shouted.
"I know but the stone you carry is ours! Who was the one who gave you the information?" she asked. He sighed with annoyance. "Since you deafeated my fighters I guess could tell you. It was- "she cut him off. A crimson wolf right?" she asked.
"Yeah! How could you know that?? She said that no one knew of this plan!"he looked at her seriously.
"She was right untill she accused me of the crimev she commited!" she said angry!"I need the stone back!!"
"Hmm..you in a spot kid!" he said amused and chuckled. "How can you laugh? Everything I worked for all the things that were close to me are gone!!" she said about to cry about everything she lost.
"Well crying isn't going to help you kid!" he stop to look at her directly. "You'll just have to get it back!" he said. she said " Huh?" He smiled."Train yourself with me and prove to them who's right."
For the next year he taught her all the tricks in kage clan. Her white fur turned to a light silver since there was no light. She got stronger but she was a kaze wolf at heart and Kumo knew that. He grew on him like a daughter but knew she had to go!
While she was training he came to her and said "Its time to go home kid! Now its time for the truth!" he said. "Finally!" she said. She couldn't wait to go home with the sun and wind on her fur. Duncan must be worried sick the boys must be boried and the girls are glad that she's gone. And Kuro must be...
Kuro.... was he really going to banish her? well at least he xan learn the truth but will they let her back? Guess there's one way to find out!
Three fighters with Kuro and Gwen went to return the wind stone! The spies said that Gwen's clan has move to the clan the live near the river. With the shortcut they made it in two weeks.
It was the first night of spring and a scout had seen them and said "what business do you have here?!?!" "I need to speek to the elders of your clan to retured this stone!" Gwen showed the light blue stone to him.
"WOW!"he said looking at the stone. "You may enter." he said. Kumo and Gwen was near the caves untill gwen ran off. He was going to stop her but he knew that she wanted to se..him!
She ran as fast as she could untill she saw a tanish puppy like Duncan. " Hello there little one." "HHHI! I'm Angel! who are you?" she asked her. Gwen smiled but before she said anything she hear a voice say "Angel its passed your bedtime! I'm sorry but she's a little....Gwen?!"
Her vision improved in the moonlight."Duncan! Bro!" she shouted as she hugged him. He knew she was the only one who called him "bro" which he hated."Gwen how can you be alive?! I missed you so much.What are you doing here?!" he said nearly crying.
"I'll tell you everything Duncan but not now! Where's Kuro?"she asked. "Over by the river but there's something you need to know-" but Gwen had already left to see Kuro and something else she will see.
She ran then stopped at the older Kuro standing by the river more buff and handsome!He stared into the water till he saw her refeltion. "Stop it! If I see Gwen one more time I'll go insane! What have I done?! he screamed and collapsed to the grown.
"Kuro!!" she ran to him out of love and concern. "Are you okay?" but he was beyoned okay he saw the love of his life right in front of him."Gwen....?" he said as he met her gaze and touched her to see if he was dreaming.
"Oh Kuro I missed sooooo much!" With that said by he,r Kuro started kissing her without stopping fora breath. "Gwen!... Gwen!...Gwen! I love you! I felt so lost and empty with out you!!" he said in between kisses. "Me too!! oh gosh me too!!! I dreamed of the day I find you!" she said kissing him back.
"Kuro! time to-" a known voice came and looked at the two. It was Carmen: Pregnant!
