As Ayet layed on the soft grass. It's velvet blades tickling her belly and sides as a soft wind blew from the west. The day was a bit overcast, winter still trying to cling to the air. It has been about four days since she had exiled her sister Motica, she felt no remorse for her sister, only hatered and rage. Ayet's yellow eyes were expressionless as she watched her pack walk around; doing their own thing.

Suddenly, she saw two of her guards walk out of the forest. They had been out since dawn, it had been a while. She didn't expect them to bring back anything, but they did. A scarred female limped between them. Both guards had their ears back agressivly, the female on the otherhand, looked irritablely calm.

Her body was scarred deeply. Three scars were over her left eye, closing it as if her eye had been stitched together by the scars. She limped heavilly on her right paw, where it looked shredded, her stomach also had deep wounds. The familar female stopped about 10 yards or so in front of Ayet. The guards didn't speak, only to be glared at by Ayet. They turned and crawled away.

"What are you doing here, Motica?!" Ayet growled standing over her sister. Motica was quick to submit, but not praying for mercy.

"I'm sorry, Ayet; the word sister wasn't ever going to spoken from her lips again. I am sorry what I did, I ask for your forgiveness. I want to come pack." she whimpered.

Ayet snarled, her ears back and tail raised. Motica's tail was well tucked under her hind legs. "Why should I? You'll probably try to kill me the next time."

"I swear on our mother's grave I won't harm you or you're unborn pups." she grieved. It was relivant that Motica noticed her sister's pregnacy.

"Fine." Ayet snarled. "I'll let you stay, but one tiny slip up..and you're mine." she growled.

Motica nodded and licked her sister's chin in submission to her dominance. Motica crawled away when Ayet growled and pushed her away. "You are demoted to Omega." she snorted and Ayet walked away.

Motica crawled to her old den.

As Ayet walked she began to think. She knew she could never trust her sister, but maybe the four days of her exile taught her a very life long lesson. She could only hope that Motica had changed; for her own and her pups safety..

Two Days Later...

Adolph had returned and he was cautious around Motica, he never left Ayet's side when Motica was within ten to twenty feet near Ayet. Ayet was curled up in front of her den and Adolph was licking her fuzzy neck. Adolph would regularly show his dominance over Motica. She would roll over on her back, exposing her belly and whine as he locked his jaws on her muzzle, leaving only tiny bite marks; barely breaking the skin.

Motica showed nothing that she had once shown when her sister took over the pack. It was as if she had changed over the four days, but Ayet knew that was not possible, she was still wary of her sister, and kept an eye on her, but showed nothing.

Ayet's stomach was getting bigger and heavier with her unborn pups. The time of her birth was getting closer.

Adolph left her side to go hunting for her. Ayet smiled as Adolph licked her face, then disappeared into the forest. She turned her head to stare at her sister. Motica only stared back and layed her head down. Ayet sniffed and stood up. She strolled over to Motica. Motica raised her head and whimpered, as if she was expecting to be powered over. She was shown dominance three times a day. Instead of being bitten, Ayet nuzzled her sister and layed beside her.

Motica blinked in surprise. Ayet was still showing that she still cared for her sister and had forgave her for killing her pup. Motica was trusted again. Motica licked her sister and groomed her. As Adolph walked up he dropped a rabbit at Ayet's paws and layed on the other side Ayet, grooming her back. He bared his teeth at Motica and she stopped grooming her alpha and she walked off, leaving the pair alone.

"I trust her again, Adolph. You don't have to right away." she said and nuzzled his ear, then ate her rabbit. Her tail wagged as Adolph licked her back and neck and head. He layed his head on her neck as she lowered her head to her paws.

Three Hours Later...

Ayet woke up. Adolph was gone and the den site was quiet and dark. Most of the wolves were already sleeping, some were coming back from a little independent hunt. Ayet sniffed. The air was still crisp from the still clinging winter, it still lingered in the night air. Ayet stood up and wondered into her den. Adolph was already sleeping. She smiled and curled up next to him.

Adolph woke when he felt her body press against his sides. He smiled and licked her back. "I love you." he whispered in her ear and he rested his head on her neck and licked her ear till she fell asleep. Everything seemed perfect now. Motica was submitting without difficulty and she was pregnant with a new litter. She thought that everything was going to go slowly from now on...

Month Later...

Everything had been quiet for the month that Motica had been part of the pack. She was even getting back into the ranks. She had promoted to a Gamma, it had made her happy that she was back in the ranks, but did that make her more power hungry?

Ayet was a few day's till she gave birth. Her sister was becoming more attached to her alpha and they always showed eachother affection and Adolph also was growing slowly on Motica and learning to trust her. She had made no moves of attacking other wolves or him or Ayet. Everything seemed perfect. It time for the pack to leave for the hunt, Ayet had to stay behind because she couldn't risk injury and she couldn't run really fast anymore. Motica, was left behind with her sister.

"Wanna go for a walk?" she asked with her sweet voice. Ayet turned her head toward her sister. "It's good to keep in shape while your pregnant." she smiled. Ayet grinned at her sister and she stood up. The two sisters walked off into the forest. Two unknown shadows watched them leave, eyes glowed and the two shadows followed the two females.

--

The two sisters walked for about ten minutes, when finally they heard the paw steps behind them. Ayet was the only who turned around. Two black males stood behind them with not only lustfull smiles, but devilish. Ayet's heart began to pound. She expected Motica to attack both of them once the two had started to walk toward them, but Motica turned casually and smiled at the two males. She then walked toward them and they greeted her with a nuzzle and lick on the nose.

Ayet narrowed her eyes. A shiver ran up her spine. "How do you know these two wolves?!" she demanded.

Motica looked back at her sister. "I sort of found them while I was exiled. I kinda grew attached to them. I told them what I did, and they said they'd help me become Alpha of the Hene clan." she explained with evil smile.

Ayet recoiled, her eyes wide with shock. She then growled in anger. She ran at her sister, but the male stood in her way and she was thrown back by the other one.

"Kill her and her unborn pups." Motica said.

"With pleasure." the two males said unison and they both leaped at Ayet. Ayet dodged to the left and bit one of the male's backs and threw him into another and she went to run back to her pack, but Motica stood in her way and bit her leg and threw her back toward the males. She was on her back, one of the males standing over her. She howled in pain as the other male dug his fangs into hind leg and began to tear at it. The male above her sank his fangs into her belly.

She eyes widen in fear for her pups and she  sank her fangs into the male's skull and kicked the other one off. She ran away, but was attacked on her back and her lower body was taken down. The male was mounted on her back and he was biting her neck. The other male grabbed her front leg and pulled her down to her side and crunched on her throat. Ayet panted, her breathing becoming slower and more shallow.

The male on her back bit hard into her side and the one on her throat bit again and Ayet's eyes closed and her body went limp in both of the male's jaws.

They both let her go and they left her. They returned to Motica who was patiently waiting. Her fur was smooth. "Okay, now, attack me." she told them.

The males looked confused at her command, but they did so. The ripped her face, sides, legs and neck. They left her almost as bad as Ayet, but left her still breathing. "Thank you, I'll call for you again when I take my rightful place." she said and limped off to tell the pack of terrible news.

The pack was already there by the time she put on a painful face and made tears fall from her eyes. The pack looked up seeing a beaten wolf limp out of the brush.

"Motica!" Adolph ran over to her. "Where's Ayet?" he asked concerened. Motica broke down in tears. "We..we were attacked." she sobbed. "I-I couldn't save Ayet.." she cried out in a heistercal voice.

The scene had grabbed the pack's attention and they sat in a semi circle around Adolph and and Motica, listening to her story of two wolves attacking them and killing and eatting Ayet and her unborn pups.

Adolph shuddered and tears flowed down his cheeks. "Get mended." he choked and he walked away. His once paramount self was now a broken soul. His tail was low and unmoving, his ears low as if like a baset hounds. He crawled into the den and layed there for the rest of the evening..He sobbed and cried out for his lost love, Ayet. Ayet was gone, and was never going to come back.

The Hene Clan had become stressed and the whole pack howled that night in honor of their glorious leader. They would once again get a new leader, and some already knew who should take the lost alpha's place. Motica...
