Copper colored leaves shed from the skeleton trees down the valley of Mourn. The leaves also covered the ground, like a quilted blanket. The only thing that moved was the slight rustle of the leaves blowing in the cold autumn wind. A tiny bird, that ahd yet set south for the winter flew down onto leaf covered ground. He ruffled it's feather's, then pecked the half-frozen ground, trying to pierce it with it's semi-sharp beak.

The bird looked up sharly as it something the alley of trees. It quickly took flight as a large brown wolf shot from under the bird's feet.

The growled, as bit of copper leave clung to it's pelt, whipping beside her was a ripped green scarf, obviously looking rather ragged and old. The sea green scarf was died at the tips where scraggly cloth was torn from infinite use. The wind blew through the wolf's fur as if were thin grass on a grassy plain. She stopped, hearing a wolf yelp in surprise, but it was far, but because of her excellent hearing, she caught the yelp and ran toward helpless dog..

A golden brown wolf growled in determination as she tried to pull herself from over a cliff, which she had fallen over, caused by the thick morning fog. She growled as her claws began to rip through the dirt and gravity yanking her to the endless pit below. The female looked up at a voice.

"Want any help?" the brown wolf asked the wolf hanging on the cliff.

Siena growled but didn't let go of the branch which held her life in its grasp. "Go away, I'm fine." she tried to say but the branch began to break so she said nothing else.

Anne stared down at Siena. She looked at the snapping root and smiled wickedly. "Very well, I'll know you didn't make it when I hear those spikes down below run through your stomach." she said and turned away, removing herself from view of Siena.

Siena growled and flung herself up on the cliff her eyes almost red with anger. "You Bitch!" she said pounceing on her and tearing at her throat with her strong powerful jaws. As Anne was about to attack back, Siena leaped out of the way and landed perfectly on all four legs with her tail hiked up and snarleing as the blood ran down her muzzle and neck.

"You said, you didn't want any help!" Anne snarled, her fangs bared, and she wiped the crimson blood away from her throat.

"Yeah any help from you I didn't say that I didn't want any help from anyone else. You could have gone and gotten help but it won't matter because your going to be dead here in about 2 seconds." she said leaping at Anne again and teared through her throat.

Siena was a lone female wolf she was banished by her family for accidently killing a pack member and she was hated by her brothers and mother. She didn't trust anyone and lashed out at others often...

Anne coughed up blood and it trickled down her jaw. She hacked, gagging. She tied her scarf firmly around the wound and attacked Siena. She pinned her, pinning her limbs so she was unable to get up and she pressed a small knife to her throat. "Move, I dare you." she snarled, pressing the blade a bit harder against her throat.

Siena was tired of being weak and went in for an attack and the blade cut her throat open piercing her jugular vain and blood gushed out of her throat but she was still mad with fear and anger and tried to distroy Anne.

Anne pulled away from Siena and leaped out of the way. "I don't want to kill you." she panted, her green scarf turning crimson red. She took a step back, trying to avoid Siena's attacks.

When Siena was about to attack again a shadowed figure leaped out of the bushes and grabbed onto Siena's throat and thus flinging her to the hard ground. It was a male wolf black grey wolf with amber eyes.

"There you are traitor now you won't escape your fate for betraying us!" he said about to kill Siena with a single snap of his jaws.

Anne snarled and barreled into the male wolf's back, shoving him away from Siena. She snorted angerily, protecting the wolf that had just tried to kill her.

Siena looked up at Anne confussed her eyes were back to ocean green again and filled with tears of blood. "Why are you protecting me? After what I just did to you?" she asked Anne tears still running down her face.

The male got up and snarled at Anne. "This dose not concern you female." he growled at her.

"Actually it does. You try to kill someone that is within my view, it does concern me. If you want to kill her, you have kill me first." she growled, then looked at Kata. "I don't care." answering her.

"No it dosen't unless she's your girlfriend or something but since thats not the case here, move aside." he snarled circleing Anne.

Siena had always been a tomboyish pup she didn't hang out with the girls in her pack but with the boys whenever this happend her pack would tease her and say that she liked girls. This wasn't the case she just didn't like hanging around them because they were always so mean to her. By saying these things the male had caused Siena to cry again she just wanted to fit in and him teaseing her like this didn't help.

Anne leaped upon the male, digging the balde into his throat. "Leave or I'll kill you." she growled.

The male growled looked at Siena's pain and smirked. "Very well but I'll be back." he said running off into the forest leaveing Siena to suffer through her memorys of pain and torment.

Anne looked at Siena and licked her head gently, trying to comfort her.

"I--I just wanted to be like them, I just wanted to fit in and they..." she said crying again. "I'm sorry I attacked you. I just had so much rage and it was hard to control." she said looking up at her tears still falling on what was now a damp ground of blood.

"Its ok" Anne whispered and layed beside her.

Siena looked at her and nuzzled her chest licking the blood away. "Im so sorry..." she said beginning to pass out from blood loss.

Anne ripped some cloth from her scarf and tied it around her wounds to stop the blood flow.

Siena looked up at anne and then passed out from all the blood loss including the wound that the male had given her earlier. "Thank you..." Siena said to Anne.

Anne nodded and mended her other wounds. She stared at the wound that the male gave her. "This may hurt." she whispered and she took some string and a needle out. She began to stitch the bad wound.

Siena winced at the pain but didn't fight, she knew that Anne only wanted to help. "Im sorry I'm not stronger." she said inbetween whimpers. "I have nowhere to go, what about you?" she asked opening her eyes to look at Anne.

"I live in a beached ship. There's room for two." she smiled as she finished the stitch.

Siena was so happy she licked Anne's cheek in thanks. "I--I'm sorry, Its just that noone has been so nice to me before not even my own family." she said standing with wobblie legs.

Anne smiled. "Yeah, I was never wanted by my family either." she grinned, helping Siena balance.

Siena smiled and followed Anne to the old boat. "I just don't know what to say, except thank you, thank you so much." she said walking with Anne.

"Hey it's no problem. So, if you don't mind me asking: why was that wolf after you?" she asked as they came upon the board that led into the boat.

Siena stopped and looked down. "That wolf is my brother Fang and I guess the leader of the pack sent him to kill me for betraying them." she said looking back up at Anne.

Anne blinked. "How did you betray them?" she asked, a bit curious.
