A red wolf/dog comes running out of nowhere. Aniya's looking right and left as she runs. She spots what she needed to find.
" ah-ha"
she picks up speed, a pack of dogs stars running behind her. one of the dogs speeds up, the dog gets next to her side.
" your not going to beat me olf pup."
the aniya looks at him. she smiles.
"wanna bet."
she picks up speed.
"eat my snow shooter."
" what!" he slows down.
"ha-ha ha-ha."
she disapears from his sight. over where aniya is.
" huff huff huff."
another wolf dog runs up next to her. aniya looks to the side. the wolf dog looks at her.
" hu, aniya."
" hey ya sis, i need your help."
" hu alright lets go."
they both take a sharp turn, and slow down into a trot.
" ok so whats going on."
another wolf dog comes up next to them. aniya looks at him.
" sand storm."
" chance is sick." he says.
" what, do shinco and the ohters know ." she says in amazment.
" i just finish telling them, they said that the'll meet us over at the clinik." sand storm riplies.
aniya smiles, artica and sand storm look at her quriusly.
" hu, he-he." artica says smiling.
" he-he."
"you two thinking what i'm thinking." aniya saya asking.
" brake in." her sis replies.
" yeah at least we'll be able to chek out and see whats wrong with chance." sand storm says.
they run onto an ally. some other dogs are waiting there for them. one of the wolf dog perks his head and ears. they start to walk.
" hu, hey there here." one the wolf dog says.
one of the other dogs thats with him starts waging his tail. he looks at aniya.
" i know that look aniya.
sand storm walks up to him.
"scopion, eclipes, wheres shinco?"
" right here. i was trying to find a way in."
aniya sits down.
" realax we'll find a way in."
artica sits down to think.
" hey what about the boiler room."
"yeah, thats a perfect idea." shinco says waging his tail.
" alright lest go." eclips says exidedly
" hold it ther eclipes, we just can't go barging in."
aniya gets up, and looks at sand storm.
" who said we couldn't."
" hu." sand storm nodes his head. they run to the boiler room.
" darn it, the doors locked." scorpion says upset.
artica walks past him.
" no problem."
artica opens the door.
" alright follow me."
they walk into the boiler room, and go into where the pilers hold everything up. eclipes sees someone familiar.
" hey look look look its the guy who sold us to chance."
scrpion looks up.
" yeah, reamember he's like a doctor sort of."
aniya and artica look at them with there heads cocked.
" what do you mean sort of?"
" well you see he uses plants and stuff from the land." sand storm explains
" so he knows what plants can help heal." shinco asks
" yeah pritty much."
" then it has to be somthing seariuos if they don't have a medicen for it." artica says
" come on follow me, we're going to get to the bottom of this." aniya says
she runs out of the boiler room. they all look at each other and follow her. they run up to the front of the clinic. aniya starts to bark, the others jion in.
" bark, bark.........."
over where the docter is.
" what in the world."
the man smiles and looks at the doctor.
"looks like you have some visitors doc."
they both go to the front.
" well would you look at that its chance's dog- team." the doctor says supriesd.
the man looks at aniya and artica.
"when did he get thoughs two wolf dogs?"
the doc. looks at him for a minute.
" oh do you mean aniya and artica, aniya's the red one and articas the gray one. they are both balto's and jenna's doughters therd generation i belive, both with the spirit of the wolf."
the man looks at them.
" i see, doc. i beleave we just found a way to get to the plant i was talking about."
the doctor looks at the dogs.
" do you really think they can do it?"
" yeah."

" well then we better get started."
he opens the door to let them in. aniya and the others walk in quietly.
" there smart dogs arn't they?"
" yeah, but aniya is a part of another team."

" yup, she's apart of neo's team."
" ah i see so will her owner mind?"

" she dosn't have one, she's like her father."
the man bends down and pets them on the head. the doc. looks at him.
" so when shall we have them look for the plant?"

they walk into chances room.
" chance can you tell artica and aniya what to look for."

"*couph couph* yeah no problem, artica come."
artica walks up to his bed side.
" i need you to find us a plant."

the doc. walks out and opens the door.
" alright time to go."
the dogs leave. the man looks at chance.

he leaves the clinic. artica and the others walk up to the man.
" come on lets take you guys home, we have alog week ahead of us."

" aniya you gonna come with."

aniya turns and leaves, artica enters the houes. aniya's running and looking around for her dog team. she spots the leader.

" i'm gonna be gone for a week."
" what, why?"

" my sisters musher is sick, we have to find some plant to help him."

" i see, well we arn't racing this hole intire week."

she gose running off.

aniya gose running to the outskerts of town to a rectd boat.
" DAD!!!"
balto walks out of the captons quarters.
" aniya!"
aniya runs up the deck.

" i'm going to help artica and her team find a plant that can help cure chance."

she runs under the deck. boris comes out.
"*sigh* boris do you think the'll be fine?"
" ah balto you worry to much, aniya and artica will be fine."

" but just in case, muk and luck can follow them." boris says smiling.
balto looks at him.
" naa they wouldn't be able to cach up to artica and her team."
bori thinks for awile, he smiles.
" what about......"
balto turns around.
" no, ah-uh not going to happen."
boris walks with balto.
" but balto, i hate to atmit it but steels son is the only one that can keep up with them, and besides he's not wvan like heis father.."
balto stops.
" humph, fine lets go find hin."
the next morning aniya wakes up and leaves the boat to meet up with artica and her team. once she finds them therer alredy in there harnesses.
" come on." artica says barking.
the man puts aniya in a harness.
" mush" the man says loudly.
they start to run. neo follows behind them hiding. two days past and there still not where they needed to be. the team is stoped for the night, artica and aniya are laying next to the fire.
" times running out." artica says impachently.
" i know, it would be alot easier for us to find it if we didn't have to pull the sled." aniya reaplies.
" yeah."
aniya gets up. she looks down at artica.
" stay with the team, i'm going ahead."
artica sits up.
" alright just be carefull."
" no problem there."
aniya gose running off into the woods. neo follows her.
" what is she doing?"
the next morning aniya had made it 2000miles from where the rest of the team was. she looks back and sees somtheing moving in the bushes.
"*gasp*"
she starts to run faster. wolves start howling in the distance. aniya picks up more speed, she comes to an abrupt stop and looks back. she sees wolves rinning after her. her hair brislels up. she starts to run again. the wolves are caching up to her.
aniya dicides to stop and fight. the wolves are coming closer and closer until their face to face with her. the alpha wolf walks up to her, he looks down at her with his head cocked.
" what pack are you from wolf."
aniya looks at him wondering, then she reamembers.
" i'm from no pack."
" then where are you from?"
neo comes out of the bushes.
" we are from nome, wolf."
aniya looks at neo.
" neo?" she says suprised.
the alpha wolf smiles.
" i see."
the black wolf turns around. one of the wolves walks up to them.
" your along way from home arn't you."
neo gets closer to aniya. shadow the alpha male let them both join the pack. aniya told him why they where so far from home. shadow new where the plant was so he helped them get it. after they had found the plant shadow new it was time for them to go.
" thank you guys." neo and aniya said as they ran off to find the team.
" so how far do yoy think the team is?"
" i don't know."
after they ran acouple of miles aniya and neo spots somtheing in the distance.
" its the team."
they run faster. artica sees teo blurs far off. sand storm squints his eyes.
" hu.... hey its aniya!"
articas ears perk up.
" aniya? she made it."
she runs faster.
" wowe, artica heal, heal."
she dosn't heal. aniya and neo see the team running to them. neo they run faster. the man sees aniya and neo with the plant in there mouthes.
" how?"
they all stop running when they meet up with eachother, aniya and neo drop the plant at te mans feet.
" so thats where yoy where."
he bends down and pets them on the head.
" good dogs."
he straps them both on the sled.
" mush."
aniya nd artica are both in the front, they look at eachother.
" how much time do we have left?"
" two days and we're four days away."
" then we better speed up."
they make a three days run in one day. the team stops for the night to rest but before day break they where off. as the sun starts to go down the team wonders weather or not they would make it in time.
" we're a hundred miles away from nome."
" yeah and the suns going down.
aniya and artica look at each oter and start laphing.
" only huskies would be scared of the dark."
" hey whats that suposd to mean?" neo asks.
" it means us half breeds can see." sand storm says laphing.
they speed up. aniya starts howling the rest of the team starts to bark. jenna hears the howling from her house.
" aniya."
balto hears the howling from the boat, so dose boris.
" there back." they both say.
they run off the boat and head to jenna's. shes already outside wiating for them. artica and the team make it into town. the doctor is waiting for them with balto, jenna, boris and neo's and aniyas team mates. the team stops in front of the clinc.
" good job you've made it just in time." the doc. says running down the stairs.
the man steps off the sled and shakes the docs. hand.
" did you get the plant."
" yes, we got more than enouph thanks to aniya and neo."
" neo i don't reamember you being a part of this trip."
" he wasn't he just showd up out of the blue."
the man gives some of the plants to the doctor they both head into the clinic to make the medicen. after an hour the man comes out and unhooks the dogs.
" good job."
the dogs head n side the clinic to see their human. chance sits up, artica jumps on the bed.
" hey guys."
neo walks up to aniya.
" well our work here is done."
" yup."
they both leave the clinic and talk to balto, jenna, boris, and the other team. one week after that chance and the team are running races as if nothing ever happened.
