To Lose A Loved One

       I was running as fast as i could taking one breath after the other ,I just had to get out of there.I turned for and alley.I looked back to see if they were following me.I bumpet into this tall red male dog.I backed up slowly.

       "Im sorry, they........"Do you want me to help you up"he said with a smile.He helped me too my feet. I blushed in imbarsement . "Im tybalt and you are......." he said. "Im allyson but you can call me ally" I smiled. "oh why were you running" he asked. "Some mutts wouldnt leave me alone" I stoped.

      "I have to go....." I said turing around. "Let me walk you home" He said getting closer to me. I just smiled and contunied to walk.We got close to my house. "Do you wanna come inside?" I asked heading up the stairs. "Sure I got time to spare."he said getting really close to me.

      He walked up with me and just kept smilling. "Your very preety" he said in a whisper as he headed up the stairs. I followed him up the stairs. "do you have a mate,"he asked."No why". "You probally dont remeber me do you"he said.

         I jumped on the couch. "I lived next door when we were yearlings I had a big crush on you"he said laughing. "Oh my gosh, that was you your ....Im in shock." I said. "Yeah I moved far away" I said. "yeah I didnt get the chance to tell you that I love you" he said jumping off the couch.

       "you liked me I thought you liked that brena girl down the street"I asked. "Whell its not to late now" I said. "I love you" he yelled.I blushed and walked towards him. "whell I love you too"I said sitting down next to him. "Hey you wanna be my mate" He asked looking to the floor. "Of coarse I would"I said licking his cheek.

                              1 month passes,

      "tybalt" I yelled running all over trying to find him.I ran to his house. I walked in the door, he was talking to Bronze a dog on his team. "Ill see you later ty" he said walking past me. I smiled to be polite. "Ally what are doing up this early"He asked with a big grin on his face. "We went to the vet today"I said.

    "Are you sick dear" he asked licking my nose. "No babe im pregant" I said so happy. "thats great news...when are they do" he asked wagging his tail. "the end of this month" I said jumping around. "You should be more careful, dear." he said. "I cant wait to tell the team!"he ran out the door.

                                     1 month later

      I headed up to get some rest.I  laid down thinking what puppies would be like.I sighed and fell asleep. I awoke to see tybalt licking my cheek. "Hello dear"he said. "hi babe" I said laughing at the tickling on my nose. I got up laughing. "hey I have too leave tommorow morring"he said sitting down."leave"I asked.

     "yeah were taking a load up to to white mountain,and some more places"he said sitting down next to the basket. "what if there born and your not here"I asked."they not do till the end of this week.Ill be back before then.I promise"he said."i hope so" I whispered laying my head down.He jumped in the basket and cuddled up next to me.

      I looked over to see him.He looked up and smiled. "Its gona be fine dear.Don't worry."he said licking my cheek softly.I yawened. I hope hed be back before the puppies arrived.I closed my eyes to get some rest.

                             4 days later

         It seemed like forever with him gone.The vet came over and said the pups would be due tommorow or saturday.I yawned.I got up and looked out the window.I saw the next door neibors dog she had a litter of puppies months ago.You could here there little barks and giggles.

       I herd paw foots comming up the stairs.It was Tybalt.Tybalt came up and nuzled me.I nuzled him back. "Ive missed you dear."he said. "Ive missed you too."I laid in my basket. I closed my eyes.He headed out side.My stomach really hurt.I got up and went to amy's room."Whats wrong girl"she said. "Oh lets take you too the vet"she picked me up and put me in the car.

       When we got there every thing was a blur.All I remebered was the doc picked me up and took me in this room.I fell asleep.I awoke to soft voice."such a shame, huskies all ways have big litters"the dock said handed something in a blanket to the other vet.I awoke to see were the puppies were.I looked but saw none.

        The doc sat me down.Tybalt was there.He started to lick my cheek. "did you see any of the puppies yet"I asked. HE smiled but it turned into a frown."Uh......yeah" he said.He looked like he was holding somthing back.I was really confused."Hun......Amy intrupted him. "This is the only one"she asked. "Yes it is mam"the doc said.the contunied to talk.

     Only one, whats the only one.She nelt down"Come here girl" she said.Tybalt followed me.she unwraped the little white blanket.Inside was a little puppy.I started to lick it.Tybalt smiled."This is the only one girl,its a boy"she said wraping t back up.

     Tears rolled down my face."just one Tybalt"I said.HE nuzzled me.I nuzled him back with my face burried in his fur."where gona name him lock"amy said putting him in alittle basket thing.We followed her out to the car.We jumped in,amy sat the puppy by me soo it could nurse."Im sorry Tybalt"I said laying my head down.

     "Its ok, at leat one is better than none"he said with a grin.I nughed him to nurse.I sighed but then smiled.his face was the cutest thing in the world.I laid down to sleep.I woke up by amy picking up lock."whyd she name him Lock"I asked tybalt."I do not know"he said walking up the stairs.

       I was so tired.I jumped in my basket and laid down.amy sat down and sat Lock next to me.He nughed to feed.I laid my head down and tear roled down my eye.Tybalt licked my cheek."good night dear"He said rolling over.

                           5 weeks have past.

      "Mommy whens daddy comming home"Lock turned and asked me."He had to go for some practice"I said heading down the stairs."mommy we going for a walk"he asked."Sure why not son"I said with a smile.We headed out the front door.He took off running.

 "Ally"A dog called in the distance."Hey wait up"he said.I turned to see him."Oh no it's him"I yelled as I took off runnning."Your not gona get away this time"he yelled.I grabed Lock in my mouth as I ran.I ran to the nearest alley.I looked back to see if he was behind.I turned face foward to see there was a dead end. I put lock down.He crawled behind me.I closed my eyes ,and waited for it be over.

                                     hours later.

     "momma get up"Lock yelled.He tughed on her ear."Momma come on we got go home"he yelled with tears running down his face.I ran around the coner as soon as Tybalt he herd the news."Lock.......oh crap"he yelled.He looked at mom and sat down."Daddy......"I cried."she never come back is she"I asked."......No"He said.

   "Lets go home son"tybalt said."But what bout mom"he said."Ill have to go get amy"I said walking off.
