Dingo saw Kodi and Dusty running with their new pups on the beach. Dingo Jr. was the fastest out of all. He stopped for a minute to let the others catch. Dingo laughed and walked up to Kodi. ''Well Kodi, looks like Dingo is pretty fast, why don't you let him on your mail team'', asked Dingo. ''I want to but I can't'', said Kodi. ''Why not'', asked Dingo. ''Because some of Steele's sons are on the team and if they see Dingo, they'll know that me and Dusty are together and Fang is still in love with her'', said Kodi. ''Kodi, don't let them bother you, they're just lowlife inbreds, do it for your son'', said Dingo. ''I'll think about it'', said Kodi.
Dingo and Saba were walking in town and heard some yelling, What is all that noise, thought Dingo. Dingo ran to see what was happening, Saba ran after him. The two dogs saw what was happening, two huskies were fighting. ''Come on wolf, you can do better than this'', it was Fang beating up a she wolf. ''Please leave me alone'', she cried out. Dingo went in between the two fighters and yelled ''Fang what is wrong with you, attacking a female''. ''What's wrong Dingo, just like you shes a wolf and a lowlife mutt'', said Fang. ''Step away from her'', growled Dingo. ''Oooh wolfie is getting mad at me'', said Fang. He then sank his teeth into Dingo's back and threw him against the alley wall. ''DINGO'', yelled Saba. Okay Saba here is where your tomboy comes in, she thought to herself. She let out a cry of war and attacked Fang. She put up a good fight. ''Don't touch my brother'', she growled. Fang was finally on the ground, under Saba. ''Leave us alone and if you pick on any of my family again, your dead'', she said. Fang got up. ''Puh, you mutts arent worth my time, watch your back'', he said as he ran off.
Saba nuzzling Dingo awake, ''Dingo, are you okay'', she asked. He slowley got up. '' I'm fine, I'm just worried about her'', said Dingo as he saw the she wolf curled up crying. ''Excuse me, we should get you out of here'', he said to her. ''You're not going to hurt me are you'', she asked. ''Of course not, Im not like Fang'', said Dingo. ''Oh I'm Dingo by the way, and this is my sister Saba'', he said. ''I'm Cherokee'', said the wolf.
They all walked to Balto's boat and Cherokee layed down and Dingo put a blanket over her. ''Dingo thank you so much, you're a really good freind'', she said. ''Your welcome'', he said smiling. Saba walked off the boat and back to her house. ''What are you doing here in Nome's alley it's so dangerous'', said Dingo. ''Well, I sort of got sepperated from my pack, and I'm sort of looking for a new home'', said Cherokee. Dingo couldn't hear she was saying he was staring into her beautiful eyes and amazing color of fur. ''Oh well if you're looking for a home, why don't you stay here, my dad wouldn't mind'', said Dingo. ''Really, thank you'', she said and jumped on him and licked his cheek. ''Sorry, I tend to get over excited haha'', she said. ''No it's okay'', he licked her back. ''I like it'', he said.
Balto walked up the gang plank and saw Dingo and a strange wolf curled together sleeping. Balto was very dumbstruck. He pulled Dingo by the ear. ''Ow ow ow ow ear ear ear'', he said. ''Dingo why is a wolf on my boat'', Balto tried to whisper loudly. ''Well Fang Steele's son attacked her, she got sepperated from her pack and she needed a new home'', said Dingo. ''Dingo she can't stay here'', said Balto. I don't believe it, I thought Dad was better than this, he thought to himself. ''Dad, why cant she stay here'', Dingo asked. ''Because, she belongs back with her pack'', said Dingo. ''But she was sepperated from them'', said Dingo. Cherokee heard all the yelling and saw Balto and Dingo arguing. ''Dingo I think I'll see you later, thank you for saving me again'', she said. ''I guess I'll never find a home'', she said close to tears. She walked off the boat crying. Dingo pushed against Balto and walked up to her. What have I done, thought Balto. ''Hey, miss I'm very sorry'', yelled Balto. Cherokee went up to him. ''You see the same thing happened to me when I was a pup, and I couldn't find a new home until I was 1 year old, and you deserve a home, welcome to the boat of Balto'', he said. ''Really'', asked Cherokee. ''Yes'', said Balto.
A Few Days Later
Kodi and Saba were at the beach, ''Hey Saba, Dingo has been acting weird lately'', said Kodi. ''Why do you say that'', asked Saba. With out saying another word they both saw their brother literally dancing and singing some random stuff happily. ''Saba, do you think you can calm him down'', asked Kodi. ''I got it'', she said. She pulled Dingo's ear and sat him down. ''Dingo why are you acting like a happy human going to Disneyland'', she asked. ''I'm in love'', said Dingo. He then dug his face into the sand and let out an eternal squeal. ''What the, Dingo please snap out of it'', Saba said slapping him softly. ''I'm sorry guys, but Cherokee is so beautiful, and we have everything in common, we are ment for each other'', he said bouncing up and down. ''Saba, I'm going to get the airhorn from the boat, do you think you can handle him for 5 seconds'', asked Kodi. ''GET THE AIRHORN'', she yelled. Kodi immidiatly got the horn. Saba held Dingo still, and Kodi pushed the button with his paw and it sounded. ''Dingo, are you okay'', asked Kodi. ''I I I im sorry guys, it's who knew love could be so much fun'', he said. He ran off to check on Cherokee. And I thought I was crazy when I fell in love with Dusty, thought Kodi.
Dingo and Cherokee were on the boat. ''Do you believe in love at first sight'', they asked in unison. ''Do you'' ''Yes'', they looked into each other's eyes and kissed. ''I love you Dingo'', said Cherokee as he nuzzled him. ''I love you too Cherokee'', said Dingo.
Saba and Kodi went to Jenna's house. Rosy saw them. She hugged them both, ''Hey, I bet you're looking for your Mama huh'', asked Rosy. They both barked in unison to say yes. Rosy let out a whistle and Jenna came barking down the stairs and saw her two kids. ''Hey guys, whats up'', she asked. ''Mom, Dingo's been acting weird lately, and just because he is in love with this girl'', said Saba. ''Well Saba he is very happy that he found love, I remember Dad going crazy when I told him that I love him'', she said. ''Just give him some time, he will calm down'', she said. Then Jenna heard a whistle. ''Jenna come on bath time'', yelled Rosy. Saba and Kodi tried to hold back their laughter but failed. ''Do you two want to be thrown in the beach water because I will'', Jenna said. ''Oh please Mom you can't even pick me-----Jenna then grabbed Kodi's scruff softly and threw him on her back. ''Okay you can, please put me down'', said Kodi. ''Awww mama and little Kodi'', said Saba laughing. Jenna took her bath while Kodi was staring Saba down. ''I'm not a mama's boy'', said Kodi. Saba was still laughing. Kodi playfully growled at her and tackled her. She screamed happily. He then rubbed her belly very rapidly. ''Oh no haha, Kodi stop please that tickle's!'', she screamed. ''Am I a Mama's boy'', he asked her. ''No your haha not haha'', she said. He then stopped. He hugged her saying, ''Since I'm so small I can do that'', he said. ''Awww does little Kodi love his big sister'', said Fang in a baby voice. Kodi and Saba tried to walk away, but Fang got Kodi's tail and grabbed his throat. Kodi tried to scream but couldn't. Saba tried to get Fang off of Kodi but couldn't she found her self under Steele's other sons Bone and Stone. She screamed. Bone mounted her, she screamed even louder, Stone covered her mouth. Don't panic Saba it will be over soon I hope
The scream echoed. Dingo heard it. I know that scream, SABA, he thought to himself. ''Dingo, whats wrong'', asked Cherokee. Another scream echoed. ''SABA'', yelled Dingo and ran to see what was happining, Cherokee followed.
''Please, get off of me, leave me alone'', pleaded Saba. Stone slapped her in the face and was still on top of her. Then a flash of red and white attacked the three dogs. ''Fang, we meet again'', said Dingo growling and circling him. ''Tell them to get my sister and brother now!'', yelled Dingo. ''Dingo help'', screamed Saba. Dingo them got Stone off of her and fought the three dogs with Cherokee, while Saba clinged onto Kodi crying in his fur. Dingo and Cherokee got all three malamutes down, ''If you ever do that to my sister and brother again, you die'', said Dingo. And they all ran off.
Dingo and Kodi carried Saba into Jenna's house. Saba was breathing very loudly and crying loudly. Jenna heard the crying and saw Saba on the rug curled up. ''Saba what happened'', she asked. ''Dingo, what happened'', she asked again. ''Fang and the others ganged up on her'', he said. ''Mom I can't breathe'', Saba said.
At the Vet
''Well, lets take a look here'', said the doctor. The doctor saw all bruises on Saba, he then felt her stomach, then blood was showing. ''Oh boy, I think you'll have to stay here girl for some stitches'', said the doctor. ''Mom, I scared, I dont want to get stitches'', said Saba. ''It's okay but trust me you wont feel a thing'', said Jenna. The doctor came in. ''Okay girl the operating room is ready'', he said as he picked her up and took her in.
A Few Days Later
Saba was in Jenna's house just lating down, not saying anything. Some thing doesn't feel right, she thought. Her stomach felt wider and heavier, she felt very faint and nausous. She ran to the toilet and threw up. ''Mom, I feel very sick'', said Saba. With out any other word said, Jenna got Rosy, then Rosy saw Saba all sick. ''Oh Saba, come on lets take you to the vet'', she said as she picked her up.
After 2 more hours
''Well girl, it seems as though you are going to be a mother Saba'', said the doctor. Stone you are so damn dead to me, when I have these pups I will train them to be good, and never let them meet you, she thought to herself in disgust. The doctor then said, ''You will be having one pup girl, comgradualtions!'', he said as he petted her head.
Saba went to Dingo and Cherokee on Balto'sboat. ''Hey, Dingo hey Cherokee'', said Saba. ''Saba you look awful, it looks like you didn't get any sleep at all'', said Dingo. ''Umm, Cherokee do you mind if me and Dingo talk to each other in private'', asked Saba. ''Sure, I'll be on the beach if you need me'', said Cherokee as she happily jumped off the boat and walked down the beach. ''I love her'', said Dingo. ''Dingo, I'm pregnant'', said Saba. ''WHAT, WHO DID IT TO YOU?!'', he yelled now with anger and disgust in his voice. ''It was Stone, I swear that bastard will pay'', yelled Dingo. He then smashed a mirror on the boat. Then some blood gushed out of his paw and ran to the beach water and put his paw in the water. ''Dingo, you shouldn't hurt yourself because of me'', said Saba. ''No, Saba I want to help you, I swear if Stone ever comes near you just scream and I will run as fast as I can, I promise'', he said as he nuzzled her. Cherokee saw Saba crying. ''Saba, you're crying whats wrong'', asked Cherokee. ''I'm having puppies, but I'm not ready I'm only 17 months old'', she said sobbing. ''Oh honey, I'm very sorry, but I'm sure Dingo will help you all the way, like he will with me, I'm expecting too'', she said. ''You are'', asked Saba. ''Don't tell Dingo, his birthday is coming so I'll tell him then'', she said. ''Hey, stay strong okay'', said Cherokee as she nuzzled Saba.
''That mutt got what she deserved, she had it coming'', said Stone. ''And you did it perfectly, now our new plan is destroy Dingo'', said Fang. ''How are we going to do that'', asked Stone. ''Simple, we pay his precious Cherokee a little visit'', said Fang as he laughed evily.
The two malamutes went behind Balto's boat and listened to what Dingo and Cherokee were saying. ''Hey, Cherokee Im going for on more run on the beach, so I'll be back in five minutes okay'', he said. ''Okay, be safe'', she said as she kissed him. '' I Love you'', she said. ''I love you too'', he said back.
Right after Dingo left, Fang and Stone saw Cherokee laying down. ''Hello girly'', he said as he grabbed her. She screamed. ''Ssssh be quiet, and it'll be faster'', said Fang as he dug his teeth into her chest. She screamed louder. Dingo heard her scream and ran back as fast as he could.
''Please go away'', she screamed, Fang then went deeper and deeper into her throat until she let out a sigh and let her head hit the floor, dead. Dingo finally got onto the boat. And then saw a horrible sight. ''YOU SON OF A---he then attacked Fang and cut his throat open, and scared off Stone and Fang.
He then walked to Cherokee's body, he sat beside it and dug his nose into her fur and screamed. He then felt a lump in her stomach. No It cant be then a little pup came out. I was going to be a father. He then screamed again.
''DINGO WAKE UP'',yelled a voice. He then opened his eyes and saw Cherokee standing over him. He then pinned her down laying her with kisses. ''Oh you're not dead, thank heavens'', he said. ''Dead why would I be dead'', said Cherokee. ''Any ways, Dingo I'm pregnant'', said Cherokee. Dingo was happy as ever.
''DINGO WAKE UP'', yelled Cherokee. ''Huh huh, what'', yelled Dingo. ''You were waving your paws up and down, did you have a bad dream or something'', asked Cherokee. ''Um lets not talk about right now'', said Dingo. ''Anyways, HAPPY BIRTHDAY'', said Cherokee as she jumped on him and licked his nose. ''Thank you, we should meet with the others it's their birthday too'', said Dingo. ''Oh wait I have something for you'', said Cherokee. ''Oh you didn't have to get me anything'', said Dingo blushing. ''Oh trust me you got this yourself'', said Cherokee. What does she mean by that, thought Dingo. Cherkoee then said, ''Dingo, I'm pregnant'', she said happily. ''You mean I'm going to be a father'', asked Dingo witha huge smile on his face. ''Yes, a father of 3'', said Cherokee.
Dingo and Cherokee went to Kodi's house, Dingo scratched the door. Kodi's owner opened the door and let them in. Kodi then saw the two. Dingo tackled Kodi and said, ''Happy Birthday Kodi'', yelled Dingo. ''You too bro'', said Kodi. ''Oh Kodi I got you something'', said Dingo. ''What'', asked Kodi. Dingo then gave him some new pads for his feet for the mail runs. ''I saw your feet after the mail runs, and I got you these'', he said. ''Thanks, Dingo, how did you get these'', asked Kodi. ''I snuck them out from the store'', said Dingo. Then Saba came out. ''Happy Birthday Saba!'', said Dingo hugging her. ''You too Dingo, how are you Cherokee'', asked Saba. ''I'm doing good, oh Dingo did you tell them the news yet'', she asked. ''Oh yeah, Cherokee is having pups'', said Dingo happily. Saba was so excited she ran to the couch and put her face in a pillow and happily let out a long rather muscial eternal squeal. Oh Music to my ears, lucky she has a voice of a beautiful singer, thought to himself covering his ears. ''I'm just a little excited'', said Saba.
Dingo went to Balto's boat. Balto then saw Dingo and said, ''Happy Birthday son''. ''Thanks, oh did you hear the news'', asked Dingo. ''What news'', asked Balto. ''Cherokee is having pups'', said Dingo. Then Balto went down in the cabin and went into a flour bag and let out a out of tune eternal squeal. ''I'm okay, IM GOING TO BE A GRANDFATHER AGAIN'', he said and then sang some random stuff. ''I think he is a little happy don't you think'', said Dingo.
''Man I wish mother was here, I want to tell her the news so badly'', said DIngo. ''Dont worry Dingo she'll be home tomorrow'', said Mina. ''Hey birthday mutts'', yelled a familiar voice. Then a dog tackled Dingo very aggresivly. It was Fang. ''Fang, leave me alone'', said Dingo growling. Fang got off of him. The he noticed the lump in Cherokee's belly. ''Looks like you Bingo got busy huh'', said Fang as he petted her head. She then slapped him in the face. ''Dont touch me you bastard!'', she roared. Dingo got in front of her in a protective stance. All his fur was bristling, he showed his teeth snarling like a purebred wolf. Fang then ran off.
Dingo was at Saba and Kodi's house and Dingo came in with Mina and Cherokee breathing hardly. Kodi saw blood coming out of Dingo's chest. ''Dingo, you're hurt'', said Kodi worridley. ''Dingo sit down, I'll get a wash clothe for you'', said Saba running to the bathroom, I forgot I don't have thumbs damn it!, she thought to herself. She then saw a towel and picked it up with her teeth and ran back to Dingo. Dingo was laying on his back blood still oozing from his chest. Saba ran over to him and put the towel on his chest, and pressed on it hard to stop the blood. ''Dingo, are you okay'', asked Cherokee. ''Oh, I've had better days honey'', said Dingo. Then the blood stopped, leaving a huge cut on his chest. Then all of a sudden Cherokee's eye's turned bright gold she went towards Dingo's chest and she put her paw and the cut, and before everyone's eyes his cut vanished. ''Woah how did you do that Cherokee'', asked Kodi. ''Well, you see my parents were sort of gifted with healing abilities so I guess their magic rubbed off on me'', said Cherokee.
The Next Day
''Uhhhhhh Dingo HELP'', yelled Cherokee in pain. ''What's wrong'', asked Dingo. ''Puppies'', said Cherokee. The one word explained everything. ''But they're not for another five weeks, somethings wrong'', said Dingo with worry. Dingo immidiatly carried Cherokee on his back and rushed her to the vet. He got to the door. Cherokee then let out a cry of pain. The vet finally saw the wolfdog in pain and rushed inside the ER.
''What's wrong with her'', asked the nurse. ''Well I think she is in labour'', said the vet. The doctor felt her stomach with lumps moving, and then a little puff popped out, not moving. Then another and another and another. All were not moving. The doctor rubbed them to see if they could come to. No movement.
Dingo came inside to see Cherokee crying very loudly and screaming. ''Dingo'', she said crying. ''They're all dead, I had miscarriages'', she cried and stormed out the vet, but didnt get too far for she was in too much pain. She fell on stomach and screamed. Dingo picked her up and went back to the boat.
When they got to the boat, Cherokee layed next to Dingo and stuffed his face into her fur, and cried. What's that song that Saba used to always sing to me when I was upset, when you cried I'd wipe away your tears?, Dingo thought to himself. He tried to sing. ''When you cried I'd, wipe away all of your tears, when you scream I'd fight away all of your fears'', Cherokee seemed to have known the song and joined in, in unison they sang,'' And I held you hand through all of these years, but you still have all of me'', they both hugged.
''Cherokee, CHEROKEEEEE WAKE UP'', yelled Dingo. Huh it was just a dream, why is it always me and Dingo having these horrible dreams, she thought to herself. ''Are you okay'', asked Dingo. ''I'm fine now, why are we always having these terrible dreams'', asked Cherokee. ''Maybe because Kodi keeps on sneaking those extra meaty ribs from the butcher'', said Dingo. ''Well I'm going to take a walk, you wanna come with me'', asked Cherokee. ''I'd love to'', said Dingo.
Saba was on the beach singing a song. ''Hold tight on for the deep sleep dreaming, the godess of imaginary minds'', she then started to bop her head rather hardly and jumped in the air. Dingo and Cherokee are seeing her performance. ''Umm Saba, are you okay'', asked Dingo. ''Yeah I'm fine, why do you ask'', said Saba. ''Oh just the jumpin up and down'', said Dingo laughing. ''Oh that, well I've been hearing really good music from this band and it's awesome'', she said. ''Let me listen'', said Dingo as he walked towards the radio. In my feild of paper flowers, and candy clouds of lullaby, I lie inside my self for hours, and watch my purple sky fly over me, the radio sang. ''Wow they're pretty good, they actually sound familiar. ''That's because, thats me singing that'', said Cherokee. ''Cherokee you can sing, well your pretty good at it'', said Saba. ''Well secretly, I'm Amy Lee but some evil magician turned me into a wolf, but I thank him for now that I am canine i met the most greatest dog in the world'', said Cherokee as she kissed him. ''Did a lead singer from my favorite band just kiss me'', asked Dingo.
Saba then screamed, ''Saba, SABA WAKKE UP'', said Dingo. ''Dingo, I had the most craziest dream, you were walking down with a strange wolf named Cherokee, and she transformed into my favorite singer Amy Lee and kissed you'', said Saba. Dingo put his paw on her forehead, '' Saba did Kodi sneak you another meaty rib'', asked Dingo. ''I did what now'', asked Kodi yawning. ''You'', said Dingo playfully growling tackled Kodi. ''You have to stop giving us those ribs, they're messing up our minds'', said Dingo. ''Sorry, but they're sooo good'', said Kodi. ''Oh Saba by the way who is Cherokee'', asked Dingo. ''She was your mate in my dreams'', said Saba. ''I had a mate in your dreams'', said Dingo.
Then the three siblings heard a knock on the front door. Dingo went to open the door. A red and white wolfdog was at the porch. ''Hello I'm Cherokee, and this is my brother Blake were new here'', said the wolf. Dingo looked at Saba and Kodi with a shocked and dumbfounded expression. ''Hello Cherokee and Blake Im Dingo'', he replied. ''Nice to meet you, who are those two might I ask'', sad Blake as he saw Saba and Kodi. Dingo walked up to them and pushed their rear ends to say hello. ''This is my younger brother and sister Saba and Kodi'', said Dingo. ''Hello'', said Kodi and Saba in unison. Well Hello Saba, Blake thought to himself. Cherokee knew he was staring at Saba and slapped him the face. ''Blake be nice'', said Cherokee. ''Hello, I'm Blake'', he said towards Saba. ''Hello I'm Sabitha, but please call me Saba or Amy'', said Saba smiling. ''I think I'll go with Saba, it sounds cute'', said Blake. Saba blushed. Dingo didn't like the looks of this so he tried to change the subject. ''So um do you want us to show you around the town'', asked Dingo. ''Sure, I'd love to see the town'', said Cherokee. ''Im in'', said Blake.
''So this my fathers boat'', said Dingo. ''If I may aske who is your father'', asked Blake. ''You might have heard of him, he is the famous Balto'', said Kodi. ''You mean the Balto that saved many kids from the deadly diptheria, the half wolf Balto'', said Blake. ''Yes that Balto'', said Dingo. ''I know him, he was in my pack and used to be really good freinds until we were sperated'', said Blake. Balto could hear a familiar voice. It Couldn't be, thought Balto. He got off the boat and his three kids and two new faces. ''Dingo, Saba, Kodi you want to introduce your new freinds to me'', said Balto. ''Papa this is Cherokee and Blake, they're new here'', said Saba. ''Blake, is that you'', said Balto. ''It is me Balto, my how you've grown and I must saw you have pretty amazing kids'', said Blake. ''How is my mother'', asked Blake. ''She is fine, and still helping your daughter Aleu with the pack'', said Blake. ''Hey Dad, I was wondering, since these two dont really have a home, maybe they can stay here'', asked Dingo. ''Oh Dingo yo dont have to do that, but thank you'', said Cherokee. ''Actually I think that's a wonderful idea, welcome new house mates'', said Balto.
Later that Night
''Hey Cherokee'', whispered Dingo. ''Dingo what are you doin here at this time of night'', she whispered loudly. ''I just wanted to see you again, Cherokee ever since I layed my eyes on you, I feel in love, I love you'', whispered Dingo. ''Really I was hoping you were going to say that'', said Cherokee as she kissed him. Unfortunalty Blake saw the two kiss. He pushed Dingo on the sand. ''What are you doing, I dont care if me and your dad are freinds, stay away from my sister!'', yelled Blake. ''BLAKE, stop controlling my, life I can decide who I love, and I love Dingo'', she said. ''I'm sorry Cherokee but It's just so hard to see you grown up already, I'm very sorry Dingo'', said Blake as he helped him up. ''Oh it's okay, I've done the same mistake'', he said. ''Blake now matter how old I am I'll always be your favorite little sister'', she said as she nuzzled him. ''Because your my only favorite little sis'', said Blake Where have I heard that before, Dingo thought to himself.
Felice went up to Kodi and Saba and Mina. She wondered what they're staring at until she saw Dingo jumping up and down dancing and singing random stuff. Saba turned him around, ''Sorry Dingo this is for your own good'', said Saba as she gave him a light slap in the face. ''Oh sorry, Im just so happy Cherokee feels the same way I feel about her'', he said as he buried his face in the sand and let out a feminine squeal.
Blake never took his eyes off Saba and called Dingo over. ''Hey Dingo'', said Blake. ''Hey Blake whats up'', said Dingo. ''Well I was wondering what does your sister Saba like'', asked Blake. ''Well she likes a guy with good sense of humor, actually why dont you ask her HEY SABA, be good to her Blake'', warned Dingo.
''Hey Blake whats up'', asked Saba. Then Blakes eye twitched and he couldnt speak proper english and ran off. ''Blake come back'', Saba yelled after him.
''Balto, I'd be lost without you'', said a sick Rosie hugging Balto, after he returned the medicine. Balto then saw Jenna, and they played around in circles, until they're noses touched. Jenna nuzzled Balto, but not a gesture of thank you, but of love. They both walked outside the hospital, and the other dogs, and people now respected Balto, he was a hero. 2 YEARS LATER
Balto was running on the beach with his now fully grown pups. Dingo tackled him, and held him down. ''Come on guys get him'', said Dingo. The others new what he meant, they all came to Balto. Then Balto found himself, being tickled all over by all his pups. ''Hey, please come on haha stop'', he said desperatly. They responded by tickling him more. ''I'll haha let haha you haha chase haha Boris haha if haha you stop haha'', said Balto. The pups all stopped. Balto was now gasping for air. And right on que Boris was walking down the beach and the pups and pounced on him. Crazy kids, but you gotta love 'em, thought Balto.
Later that night, Dingo and Kodi were at their owners house. They were both asleep.
In Dingo's Dream
Every one was crying, all his siblings, and his mother. ''What's going on here'', he asked. Hen then came to see what every one was crying about, he saw a grave, and a tombstone with the name Balto written on it. ''No, no ,nooooo!, he was only three years old, how'', he started crying. ''Pssst'', said someone. Dingo came to what he heard. ''Aniu what are you doing here, why is my father dead'', he asked. ''He has died of the dog flu, there was no medicine left, this is what will happen in the future if you don't get that medicine back'', said Dingo. ''Dingo, help me , help me'', said Balto's voice,
''Dingo, hey wake up'', said Kodi. ''DAD'', yelled Dingo. ''Dad, what's wrong with him'', asked Kodi. ''I just had this dream where, our grandmother Aniu, came to me, she said Dad will be very ill, and will die if we don't get him the medicine, like the epidemic in 1925'', said Dingo. ''Okay that is the last time I sneak you dog treats before bed'', said Kodi. Why doesn't he believe me, I believed him when we were younger, that there was monsters under his bed, thought Dingo. ''So you're saying you don't believe me'', said Dingo. ''I'm not saying I don't believe you, it's jst how could something that devistating happen to Dad when he's only three years old, dogs get the flu when they're like eight years old'', said Kodi. ''I guess you're right, but I'm going to check up on him anyway'', said Dingo. And off he went.
Balto was at his boat, with his blanket over him, he felt very cold, but it was summer time. ''Oy, Balto, you look horrible'', said Boris in schock. ''Oh gee thank you, I feel very cold, and my throat is killing me'', said Balto. ''Luckily, this boat has a first-aid kit'', said Boris. Them Boris pulled a light out of the box. ''Open Balto, open up your mouth, tongue out'', said Boris. Balto opened his mouth. ''Oy, when did you brush last, okay lets see here'', said Boris as he checked out Balto's throat. It was all red. ''Oy, Balto I think you have the dog flu'', said Boris. ''What, no I can't have the dog flu, I'm too young'', said Balto.
Balto and Jenna and all their kids were at the vets office. ''Well boy, it seems as though you have the dog flu'', said the vet. WHAT NO, IT CANT BE, thought Balto.
Aleu and her sisters were at the beach nearly to tears, ''He can't, maybe it's just a common cold'', said Saba. Aleu hugged her and said, ''Hey it's okay, you now Papa can break throught this'', she said.
Dingo and Kodi were at their house. ''See what did I tell you, Dad is sick, and there is no cure for this'', he said to Kodi. ''My grandsons'', it was Aniu, they both turned around and saw her. ''What you've said in my dreams are coming true'', said Dingo. ''Is there a way that we can stop this from getter any worse'', asked Kodi. ''There is more medicine in the Town of Nenana, and you two must retrieve it'', said Aniu.
More dogs were diagnosed with the dog flu, including, Felice, Jenna, and Aleu. The town was almost out of medicine.
''Dingo, we have to retreive that medicine, it's for our parents and sisters'', said Kodi. ''Kodi have you seen it outside, it would be suicidal to go'', said Dingo. ''I don't care, if it's for our family, I'm doing it'', said Kodi.
They both went to the hospital. They both saw Felice and Aleu. ''How you both doing'', asked Dingo. ''Not that great Dingo, I'm scared, I don't want to die'', said Felice. Dingo hugged her,'' Sssh it's okay, you'll make it I promise'', he said. ''How there is no more medicine left, we're going to die'', said Aleu. That's it, I'm not letting anything get in my way now, I'm going, thought Kodi. This is for you Dad, thought Kodi, as he walked out the door, and was about to start his journey until, ''Hey Kodi where are you going'', asked Dingo. ''I'm getting that medicine, I can't loose my sisters or parents, you can't stop me, now please let go of me'', said Kodi. ''Kodi, please just stay here, I can't loose you either'', said Dingo close to tears, '' Dingo if you really cared about our sisters and parents, you would come too'', said Kodi. '' I am going, tell Aleu, Felice, and mom and dad, hope is on the way'', said Kodi. And he was off.
A few hours later
I'm so cold, thought Kodi. I can't give up now, thought Kodi. Then Kodi heard a growling noise. Then it came louder and louder. Then he found himself in front of a wild grizzly. Oh no not good, Kodi ran for his life. But he wasn't fast enough, the bear caught him and pinned him down. The bear put preassure on Kodi's chest. He was loosing his breathe until, ''RAAAAAWER'', and a red flash attacked the bear. The creature put up a good fight and scared off the bear. Then the creature came up to Kodi. ''You okay little brother'', asked the creature. ''Dingo is that you'', Kodi asked. The creature then became clearer and it was him. Dingo layed beside Kodi. ''You are crazy you know, and you still want to get that medicine'', asked Dingo. ''Dingo, I'm doing this for the sake of my family, when you have a family you will always have their back, remember when you told me beofore 'I think it's every older brother's job to be like the third parent in a family' well now is your chance, by saving your sisters and parents, please, I love you and them too much'', asked Kodi close to tears. Dingo could see the desperation in Kodi's eyes, Okay it's time I am the older brother now, I can't let my family down, he thought to himself. Dingo then hugged Kodi,'' Don't worry buddy, I finally realize what family really is, thank you, I am going to help you, every step of the way'', said Dingo. Kodi just nuzzled him.
The 2 brother finally got to the town of Nenana.
They went to the hospital, and heard some men arguing. ''But we can't just those dogs die'', said one doctor. Another doctor said, ''It's Nome's problem not our problem we should just let them die, this medicine is staying here'', said the other doctor. Dingo and Kodi could hear everything under the floorboards. ''That heartless, no good, son of a---''Dingo, be quiet, they'll hear us''. The first doctor said, ''So you'll let a bunch of dogs die, just because they're not in our city, you heartless no good son of a----'' You go any further, you're fired'', warned the head doctor. ''You know what I quit, I'm not working for a person who doesn't care about animals dying'', as the stormed out the door. ''Wait you get back here'', yelled the head doctor, and followed him. ''Come on Kodi nows our chance'', said Dingo. They went into the room and took a few viles in their mouths and headed out.
Felice, Aleu, Balto, and Jenna were laying sick in their beds. ''I'm scared to die, Aleu'', said Felice. ''Don't worry, we're going to mack it, I promise'', said Aleu. Then she heard familiar howls. I know those howls, my brothers are more tha heros now, they're like our gaurdian angels.thought Aleu. ''Felice, now I know we're going to make it for sure'', she said. Then Dingo and Kodi, came to the hospital, and showed the doctors the vile of medicine. ''Oh my gosh, good boys'', he patted their heads, and gave the medicine to the dogs by vaccine. Dingo and Kodi cam to Aleu and Felice, ''Dingo, Kodi you're the best brother ever, thank you'', said Aleu as she hugged them. ''You guys are the best'', said Felice as she hugged them. They then went to Balto and Jenna's room. ''I'm proud of you boys, you're always watching out for your sisters, and for us'', said Balto. ''You two are my heros'', said Jenna. ''Thank Kodi, here, he was the one who wanted to do this in the first place'', said Dingo.''Oh my gosh, Kodi your chest what happened'', asked Jenna as she saw Kodi's chest all bruised. ''Um lets just say a bear, decided to try and eat me'', said Kodi. ''Okay that's it, Dingo now you have to be with Kodi all the time, be his body guard'', said Jenna. ''Mom, as much as I love protecting my siblings, I think they're old enough to fend for themselves'', said Dingo.
A few weeks later,
Balto was playing with Jenna and his pups. Finally a day with no craziness, he thought to himself. ''Balto, Im sick'', yelled Boris. '''Oh crap'', thought Balto.
