When Solar woke-up, she saw Kearoe. "Are you alr-right?" He said stuttering. Just like Siber said, 'He has a terrible stutter!'. "Yeah, I'm fine." Solar said.Dark Solar
The Begining of the end.
They all started walking to Jenna's house. But when they got there they couldn't believe thier eyes! "Steele" Balto growled. Solar crouched low and started to creep forward. Balto pushed her back with his paw. They watched as Steele walked into Jenna's house.
MEANWHILE...
As Steele walked in he saw a little dog walk up to him. "Where is Jenna? I know this is her house. I can smell she was here just a while ago." Steele said to the dog.
"Who are you?! Why are you looking for my mom?!" The little dog snapped at him. "I am a friend. And you're Jenna's daughter?" Steele asked. "Well actually her step-daughter. Now what is your name?!" She yipped violently.
"First tell me yours!" Steele said giving her a nudge with his paw.
The little dog thought for a moment. Then said "Ifyour my moms friend, why wont you tell me your name?" "My name, is..." Steele thought about it then said "Ben. Some people call me, Big Ben." "Okay then. My name's Arrow." She said extending her paw so 'Big Ben' would shake it. "Hello, Arrow." Steele said grinning slightly.
MEANWHILE...
"What on earth is Steele doing back!" Jenna yelled. "SHHH! Quiet Jen! Look he's coming out." Balto whispered motioning for everyone to crouch down. "What are we doing? Where are we?" Elo all but yelled.
"SHUSH! Steele's back!" Solar snapped at him quietly. "Steeles back!?!" Elo yelled almost at the top of his lungs. "Shut up ELO!" Siber yipped in a small voice. "Jen, we have to get these kids to Doc! No vet in town would help a wolf!" Balto said as they watched Steele walk away.
Balto went and told everyone about Dark Solar!
MEANWHILE...
When they were in the old barn, (I think it was a barn:) they saw Doc sleeping in front of a warm lighted lantern. "Doc!" Balto barked. Doc woke up with a yelp of surprise. "What happened?" Doc said blowing some hair out of his eyes so he could see. "Oh, good it's Balto, I've been meaning to speak with you." Doc said.
"Doc, listen! These kids need help! They were shot by hunters. And I'm pretty sure no vet's going to help them!" Balto said. "Why? Wouldn't a vet help any animal?" Doc asked. Balto shook his head. "What? Speak up man! I can't hear you!" Doc said.
"No! They are wolves, Doc. And now they are total orphans! We can't take in any more kids! Rosy's dad can't afford more pups." Jenna said quietly.
She bit her lip trying to keep any more words from popping up.
MEANWHILE...
It was very dark. Steele ran behind a building. Then, flash! Steele changed younger! As young Steele walked around the building, Arrow came out to look for her step-parents. But then she saw the most hansome dog in the world!
He was black and white with crystal blue eyes and a fluffy long tail. Just like the dog she saw earlyer that day, just cuter and younger.
She walked over and noticed a familiar smell. It smelled just like Big Ben! 'I didn't think he had a kid.' Arrow thought. She kept walking closer. ",Uh, hi" She said nevously. "Uh, hi to you too." he mocked her kindly. (But you can't mock someone kindly, can you? But you can mock someone in kind voice:)
"What's your name?" Arrow stuttered. "Me? I'm uh, Ben. Little Ben, Named after my dad." He said. "I met your dad today! But he's BIG Ben, right?" Arrow said.
He laughed and said "Yeah, he's looking for someone. Jenny, right?" "No, actually, Jenna. She's my mom." Arrow said. "No way, really?" Little Ben asked.
While they were flirting, Doc pulled out the bullets from the kids arms and legs.
MEANWHILE...
"Solar, why's there a blue/purple feather on you?" Balto asked "It smells like that wolf from the cave." "What cave?" Jenna asked twiddling her claws. Like she always did when nervous.
"UH." Balto tryed to think of an excuse but couldn't "Solar, could I see you for a moment?" "Yeah, uh" she looked at Jenna, who looked very confused "Alright, sure." Solar followed Balto outside.
"'Sigh'. Solar, today ,when I went looking for you, I saw this huge purple gray wolf. It was a girl and it smelled like you. I just wanted to know something." Balto said. "What's that?" Solar asked ready for a pang. Because she was sure that Balto knew. "Where were you? Why'd you leave?" Balto asked.
Then out of nowhere, "HELP MEEEEEE!" Solar could feel her wings starting to sprout out.
"Uh. I gotta go!" Solar said hastily and running away. "Wait! Solar come back!" Balto yelled catching up to her. 'I can't out-run him! Balto's a champion! But I have powers!' Solar thought. She quickly switched direction and ran under Balto. She ran farther and faster taking to the skies!
Solar tracked down where the cries for help were coming from. She saw Arrow and a dog that looks like a demon! He had dragon wings, yellow slit eyes, and a huge horn on his nose. His fur was dark red with streaks of orange and yellow like fire.
"Hey! Bozo! Off the kid!" Solar growled almost more menecing than the other dog. He turned his attention to Dark solar who lunged strait at him. Solar cut his growl off short when she bit him in the neck.
Who ever the dog was he sure knew how to fight! He swung his huge paw at her face. His claws were the size of a grizzlys. She was bleeding too hard to move.
She saw was the big dog taking away Arrow, but she couldn't move. "Hey! HEY!" Solar saw Balto say "Are you alright?" Solar could feel herself shrinking and couldn't do any-thing about it.
MEANWHILE...
Balto saw the dog's wings get smaller. So did the dog. He watched in astonishmet as the huge wolf turn into Solar. Balto fell, Solar was in to much pain to stay awake and no-one would help them. No-one could.
It was daylight. Solar awoke with an un-familiar feel of fur on top of her. She crawled out from under whatever was on top of her, or whoever.
Solar woke up. She looked around. Balto. She remembered last night. "Oh no." She said aloud.
Balto.
"Hi." She said. Balto took three large steps back from Solar. Obviosly he remembered what happened last night, too. "You're... But how.... Why didn't you tell me?" Balto asked. "Yes, I am. There was an orb, and I was afraid to. Does that answer all of your questions?" Solar said.
Balto couldn't say anything.
MEANWHILE...
The cretin that took Arrow trapped her in a box made of ice.
The big dog was wondering what to do with Arrow, now that there was an obstacle, (the big blue/purple dog) it would be hard to think of something.
"Hey are you talkng to me?" Arrow asked. "No, I'm only thinking! What can you read minds or some-thing?!" yelled the big demon dog. 'Why can't that creature keep her mouth shut?! The little jerk needs a zipper!' The large dog thought.
"Hey I heard that!" Arrow yelled.
"Oh really? Then what am I thinking now?!" The large dog yelled. "You just said you were.... STEELE!" Arrow screeched. "How do you know what I'm saying?!" Steele screamed. "It's just coming into my mind! I don't know how!" Arrow said.
Steele thought about something. "So, I have mind powers." Steele said, cackling.
Arrow paced around the part of the cave she was in while Steele still cackled.
MEANWHILE...
Balto stared at Solar for a long while. Solar broke the silence. "I didn't know what to say. After I found out I had powers.... You know the whole hero thing. You never want people bugging you. So I didn't tell anyone." Solar started to cry.
"C'mon, Solar, don't cry!" Balto said "Hey, you know what I was going to tell you on my boat a couple of days ago?"
"Yes, but you never got to." Solar replied.
"Ok. You remember what I told you about my mom?"
Solar nodded her head.
"Your dad, well, you know how he's white with some black on his ears and muzzle? Do you know why only your brothers and sister look like him?"
Solar nodded her head again. Slower this time, though.
"Sigh, Nisho's not your dad. And you aren't an orphan. After my dad died I had to live with-out a father. I also got seperated from my mom, and my best friend went rabid, too. Back to the point. Solar....I am your father." Solar froze, then fell over. ("I am your father!" That part is from Star Wars! I think:)
It was late afternoon. The sun was in the middle of the slowly darkening sky."Solar, Solar wake up!" Siber yipped at her. "WHAAAAT?!" Solar snapped. "The mail team is here!" Siber barked happily.
"So that's a good reason to wake me up in middle of my nap!?" Solar asked. "My boo is on the mail team!" Siber whispered. "What's a boo?" Solar asked. "It's a boy-friend! Dum-nut!" Siber said. Solar stood up, stretched and yawned.
They went to the post office to see Siber's "boo". "So which one is your boy-friend?" Solar asked. "SHHH! He's over there. The one with dark blue eyes and bronze fur with a hint of grey! Oh isn't he soooo cute?!" Siber said staring at the bronze dog in the lead. "Not really. He looks like a pompus turd, actually." Solar said laughing a little. "DON'T call Korshicon a 'pomus turd'!" Siber growled at Solar.
Then she saw the cutest dog in Nome. He was a chow-chow/malamute/husky. "Who is that?!"Solar asked pointing at the cute dog. "Oh, him? He's Kearoe, but no-one likes him." Siber said. "Why?" Solar asked. "His mom's a dog." Siber said. "So is he!" Solar snapped.
"Oh, no! He's a half breed mongrel! And he has a terrible stutter!" Siber barked laughing. "Well, aren't you nice!" Solar yelled "Balto's part wolf, is there a problem with that?!" Then Solar remembered what happened earlier that day "Oh no, Balto." Solar took off running to find Balto and ask him to elaborate how HE is HER dad!
MEANWHILE...
Jenna wandered in a circle. "Balto, why did you tell her?!" Jenna asked finally sitting down on her rug in front of the gleaming fire.
"I'm sorry, Jen. I just thought she...needed to know. I didn't mean for it to go... well...I don't know!" Balto said at a sudden loss for words. He gave Jenna a sorrowful look "Jen,...."
"Balto, save it!" Jenna snapped. That shut Balto right up."Geez, Jen. What's eating at your nerves?" Balto asked with a pathetic face."Oh, Balto. I'm sorry, it's just that solar is like Aleu, she can't live a dogs life!" Jenna said.
Balto thought about his daughter. Both of them."I gotta' go." Balto said leaping through the 'doggie' door.
MEANWHILE...
Steele sat wondering what he could do with his new found 'mind powers'. He lifted up his arm which made Arrows arm lift up. Steele threw back his head and cackled loudly.
"You'll never get away with this, Steele. I bet that flying dog I saw will take you down in a flippin' minute!" Arrow yelled hotly.
"Oh, wittwe puppy need hewp?" Steele said imitating a baby voice. Arrow growled loudly. "Tsk, tsk, poor baby!" Steele said making Arrow bite her tounge until hot scarlet dripped from her mouth. Arrow would have killed him if he didn't trap her in an ice-box.
Solar saw Balto walking away from Jenna's house with his head and tail drooped. "BALTO!" Solar yelled. Balto took off running, dodging everything in his way.
They were out on the tundra. Suddenly, Solar slipped on some of the mush from the melting snow of Spring.
"Hey, are you alright?" a dog said rushing towards Solar. Solar struggled to pull her head out of the snow. But couldn't. Soon she ran out of breath and fell unconsious.
"You were chas-sing B-balto. Why?" Kearoe said. Stuttered, actually.
"Let's just say...I have been through a lot lately. He was the...uh, only one I could go to. I needed advice." Solar fibbed clearing her throat.
Suddenly Elo, who was dripping with scarlet red blood and huge scratches, came pounding over.
"Hiff...has been...attacked by...by..." Elo didn't finish. He was breathing too hard.
"By, WHAT!" Solar yelled.
"Keeth!" Elo said. Solar was so surprised, Keeth and Hiff have been friends since...forever! They were just like brothers!
MEANWHILE...
Balto ran across the frozen tundra. He was too out of breath to run any-more. Balto couldn't see Nome any-more.
He lay down and watched the sun engulf in the darkness of night. Suddenly he thought of Solar. 'How did this happen?! Why couldn't we just let her stay?!' Balto thought. Then, a miracle came.
"Mom?" Balto asked in an almost childish voice. "My son, you need to find Solar. Help her." Aniu said.
MEANWHILE...
Steele was trying to find out what else he could do with his mind powers.
Arrow growled, nastily snapping at Steele. But he held her back. Slowly his eyes shifted to a bright green, like the orb he got his powers from.
"Now, then. He,he. Where were we, before you started nashing at me!? Oh yes." Steele said as he shown his green eyes into hers.
Not four seconds later, Arrow was in a trance.
MEANWHILE...
They ran back to Nome. But only to find a dead wolf and husky.
The wolf was obviously Keeth, and the husky was Hiff. Keeth had foam dripping from his mouth.
Solar was stunned. No one could do or say anything. Suddenly, Balto ran up to them. Panting. "What's wrong with you guys, it looks like you've just seen a gho..." Balto saw Hiff and Keeth dead.
Hiff was (If you don't like like guts and gore, don't read this paragraph!:) sitting in a pool of dark blood, and his eyes were ripped out of his head. He had a huge gash on his belly with his stomoch hanging out.
Balto threw up his breakfast.
MEANWHILE...
Arrow was walking around, staggering a bit. "Arrow! ARROW!" Solar yelled loudly "I've been looking for you EVERYWHERE! Where were you? Where'd you go?" "I didn't go anywhere. I don't know what you're talking about!" Arrow said.
"Arrow, I saw you get taken away by some...thing! It was all crazy and red and freaky! And it was like 'WHOOSH'" Solar said making sound effects like she was flying and pulling to a stop.
Then Arrow looked her in the eye and Solar felt like her brain was being touched. Arrow gasped and ran away.
Arrow ran to Steele and told her what she found out. "Are you sure?' Arrow nodded her head 'Oh, this is excellent!" Steele yelled.
MEANWHILE...
They were all trying to bury Hiff and Keeth. Solar came running to Balto and told him that Arrow was back.
Balto got a gleam in his eyes.
They ran to where Solar saw Arrow last. He could see her foot prints. But there was something strange about the smell. It smelled like Steele was here, too!
They went back to find a message etched on a rock near where Elo and Siber were burying Hiff and Keeth.
The note said :We gotta go! Finish burying later! Thing chasing us!:
Suddenly Kodi came up to them,panting, and said "Dad! Help! Thing... chasing... sled team!" They ran as fast as their legs could take them.
Arrow was chasing Kirby and a dark tan dog. "Ruff! Tie her up with the rope from the bag!" Dusty yelled grabbing some rope. Ruff, the dark tan dog, grabbed some rope and tossed it on arrow. Suddenly, the rope burned up on Arrow's fur!
Kirby screamed and fainted.
Dusty jumped on Arrow. Suddenly Dusty got burned. Arrow cackled like Steele. "DARK SOLAR! HELP!!!" Dusty yelled to the flying dog Balto told her about.
They all waited a moment. Nothing happened. "He,he oh and one more thing... HA! No Dark Solar to save you NOW! AAAAH!" Arrow screeched when she felt a bite on her tail. She turned around to find a large wolf with blue wings snapping at her.
Arrow sat in astonishment.
Suddenly she smacked Solar upside the head! Solar rammed Arrow in the gut before she could say uncle. Arrow suddenly flamed up red. Solar backpedaled and tripped. She landed in front of Balto, then Solar lit up in blue flames! Balto yelped then stared in awe.
Arrow looked down at Solar then said"So. You're the famous Darky. Well then, aren't you something special?!" Arrow scowled when she felt hot scarlet dribble down her face.
Solar had scratched Arrow.
MEANWHILE...
Steele was watching everything from a crystal ball. "Yes, good girl Arrow." He said "Now, come back to daddy."
"Yes master. I will come." Arrow said shooting into the sky like a comet.
"What on earth is that thing?!" yelled Dusty. Solar's flames died out. Dusty, Kirby, and Ruff all walked over and showed their thanks with hugs, wagging tails, and licks. "C'mon, stop!" Solar said laughing and trying to block their 'thanks'. But suddenly, Solar felt herself shrinking! "I have to go!" Solar said flying off.
Later, Dusty, Ruff, Kodi, and Kirby told EVERYONE they knew about Dark Solar.
When it was dark, Solar went to tell her 'Dad' to elaborate.
"Ok, I'll tell you everything. Sigh, Jen and I thought it would be good to let you be with wolves, because you're like Aleu." Balto said. "Who?" Solar asked. "My other daughter." Then Balto told Solar everything about Aleu and her adventure.
Solar knew how painful the story was to her, so it's got to be ten-fold on Balto!
"Wow, that is sad. I'm actually glad! I just found out all this stuff, and it's only been like eight days since I got the power!" Solar babbled on about how Balto really was her father, and she had powers and just thought it was pretty cool.Solar was the hero!
