"OOOO" Howled maki, Balto son from Jenna and his second litter. Thay had five pups in that litter:  Maki, Jess. Miley, Teto, and Anne.

" Hey, dad, will you tell us about your past?" asked Teto.

"YA! When you were are age!" said Anne excitedly.

Balto paused, he felt very sad, since he barely new his mother and doesn't even now his father.

" will you, PLEASE!" asked Jess.

"Uh,sure, then strieght to bed for all of you," siad Balto.

"OK," said the pups.

"Ok lets see, I lived with my mother in a bi wolf pack.................

 "MOM! Palo is biting me, and it hurts!" howled Balto.

"Palo, stop hurting Balto, he's your brother," scolded Aniu," say sorry,"

"Sorry Balto," said Palo.

" I for give you," said Balto.

  " Now I had a vrother and a sister, Palo and Belle, They always picked on me.....

"Palo, Balto, Belle, time for bed!" called Aniu.

" Five more minutes mom, PLEASE!" whined Belle .

" No, you need to sleep, or you won't have energy to play tomarrow," said Aniu.

"Ok," said Belle.

     CHILDREN! Wake up, and run as far as possible!" Yelled Aniu.

" What?' whined Belle.

" Mom, it's the middle of the night," said Balto.

"No,you have to run, NOW!" yelled Aniu.

   Balto, Bele, and  Maki ran like crazy, they made sure that they all stayed together. They had no idea what was happning. All thay new is that they had to leive their mother behind to wake up the rest of the pack.

"BOOM"

" what was that?'' asked Belle worried.

"I don't now," said Palo.

"Let's just hope that mother is ok," said Balto.

    They all agreed and ran off , together. Soon they found a small den that a rabbit lived in. They had hoped that rabbit would come back so they would have something to eat,

  " Hey, guys, This looks lie a good place to rest, and mother could pobably find us quicker," said Palo.

" Good, my paws hurt," whined Belle.

" Ya, lets hope mother come here soon, i'm starving," whined Balto.

" I smell rabbit, it might com back, and we all could attack it, if mother doesn't come back, soon," said Palo.

They all took a long nap. It was a while until they woked up.

"YAWN! Guys you there?' asked Balto.

"Ya, what," said Palo.

"Is mom back?" asked Balto.

" No, unless she's hunting" said Belle.

" She should of got some whie trying to find us," Palo pointed out.

"Ya," said Balto," But we don't now what happend to her, we heard a big boom, I wonder what it was?''

" What if it was a hunter?" sked Belle.

" But we don't even now what a hunter loks like,smells like or sounds like," said Balto.

" balto is right, but we should find another pack, so we could find food and we need to survive winter," said Palo.

" Ya since we're all awake let's go,'' said Belle.

Sothey all set off, and they hear other wolves near by.

" I can smell a blizzard coming,' said Palo.

" ya, and it smells strong," said Belle.

" I think we should touch eachother so we won't get seperated," said Balto.

" Ya," agreed Belle.

" Same here," siad Palo.

   Soon the blizzard ame and they could barley see anything. They soon seperated and couldn't see eachother. Balto was with nobody while Palo and Belle were together,

"Palo, Belle, were are you guys?" whined Balto.

    Balto soon discoverd an abandend boat and he climbed on it, whining for his brother and sister. He hoped that his sibling found a pack soon, so they would be safe.

   Afrter the blizzard was over Balto went outside to see were he was. He heard a bush rattle and he jumped when he heard it.

  "C-C-Come on out, who ever you are, or i'll get my mother," growled Balto.

" HONK, settle down pup,"

 Balto saw a snow goose come out of the bushes.

"Why are you fallowing me," growled Balto.

"WOW, i'm not fallowing you, I slept here because you took over my boat," said the goose.

" Oh, sorry I was stuck in the big blizzard...."

" Wait a minute, shouldn't you go back to your mother?" asked the goose.

" Well my mother is, um, not with me," whined Balto

" What do you mean?" asked the goose.

"Well, She told me and my siblings to run and we did and we never found her or she never found us," said Balto.

" Oh, well, do you now where your sibling are?'' asked the goose.

 Balto just looked at the ground, thinking of i=his sibling, and hoping they were ok.

" Well you could live with me, and i'll find some food for you to eat, some how," said te goose.

"THANKS, what is your name, Mr.goose," asked Balto.

" Well my name is Boris, what about yours?" asked Boris.\

" Well my name is Balto," said Balto.

"Well her spirits liive with us," said Balto.

"Did you ever find Aunt Belle and Uncle Palo?" asked Teto.

"Do you think they are still alive?" asked Jess.

"Ya, I lived didn't I," joked Balto.

"Do you think their in a wolf pack?" asked Miley.

" Either that or with a human," Balto said looking up in the stars
