The day after the leaders made their agreement they went back and told their people. Both the horses and the wolves went crazy!
Typhoon the horse leader tried to calm them down but it turned into a riot."Why should we trust them?" "Yeah they'll just eat us behind our backs!". He look at all of them.
He stomped on the ground."ENOUGH! Why do you question me? All of you know I would never put any of you in danger.!" The whole tribe was silent. "We'll talk about this tomarrow. Its late" he said with a sigh.
The wolves were not very understanding either. Neo the Alpha had problems himself. "Protect the weak?" "We can just eat them a take the land by force!" They all growled at the idea.
"Horses are a lot stronger than you think they will defend themselves. they treat the land with respect that's why even in winter the land still provied food. No one will touch them and that is FINAL!" he went to his den . Then all of the wolves did the same.
The next day was the day both clans unite. The horses had the plains and the wolves had the mountain regions but the forest was free for both to roam in.
The first few weeks were a little nerve wracking but soon both clans calmed down and got used to each other . For the most part.
The days were going smoothly untill a couple of wolves started to bully the horses. Typhoon was enraged in hearing this! Without warning he crossed to Neo's den shouting into the hole. "How dare you harass my clan?"
Neo was sleeping so he barley heard anything he said. "What's going on Typhoon? You can a least wait untill I wake up to talk." he said still half asleep. "NO! this cannot wait Your soilders are harassing us!
As soon as Neo heard this he cralwed out the den to talk. "what? who did?" "Your so-called-solders that are suppose to protect us." Neo was filled with guilt. "I apolgize to you and the horses that were afended by them. I will see to this personaly that they will be punished!" Typhoon nodded and troted back home.
The next day Neo lined up all the soliders who guards the land around them. "All right I want the truth! who has disobey my orders and distribed the horses?" Neo waited for an answer but no one replyed.
"I did!" some one said behind him. Neo turned around and saw his own son Wild Flame. a wolf with black fur spikey hair but with a few red stripes on neck and head.
"You would disobey your own father?!" Neo shouted to him. "Don't you understand? We don't belong with them." Wild Flame shouted back."You didn't even give it a chance! What reason do you have to go against them?" Neo asked him. Wild Flame only said one word. "MoM" he walked away afterwards.
Neo sighed and thought about that word. He looked in the den and saw how lonley it still was. Another deal like the ones with horses came up before but it with humans. They ,even though they understand what they said, basicly waited their protection and partnership. The pack wanted to accept their offer but Neo said they be living lower than the humans and rejected the offer.
Neo planned a attack before they pack moved on. the night they attacked humans got their guns and started to shoot them. half of the pack was shot. Neo's mate Skylight was hit as well but if he went back to get her the pack would have been wiped out. With pain in his heart he turned around and guide the pack out on endangerment but lost his only love.
His son and the rest of the pups were hiding in a ditch. When Neo told him about his mother he never forgave him. Neo couldn't balme him but he only thought that she would do the same in his place.
All his life he still feels regret. The time the horses wanted to make a deal he didn't want to make that mistake again.
The Typhoon couldn't help but feel uneasy."What if they're right about the wolves? he thought but then he said " If they wanted to eat us they would killed us by know!"
He walked around the plains supervising the clan. "mabe this partnership could work after all" he said but then his daughter Aquine ran beside and said "Daddy something awful happend by the waterfall!"
Neo was by the waterfall resting untill he saw a horse and a wolf dead in the water. He saw son walk by and he too saw everything. "Wild Flame! Get the cheif of the soilders NOW!". For once his son didn't ague and ran straight home as ordered. He jumped fom the rock to get a closer look.
You can barly see the wolf but it was a female and was dead possibly from the long fall. The Horse was female too and pregnat. A few claw marks on the horse but shot as well.
Typhoon was leaving nothing but a pile of dust behind him as he rushed to the scene. He automatically saw the horse and claw marks. He didn't bother to look at the bullet wound or the wolf beside the horse. He looked at Neo with anger!
"I though wolves had honor! I thought I could at least turst you but I was wrong! And now my wife and child are gone forever! The deal is off the wolvers are banished from this land from now on!" he said and left without letting Neo speak one word.
By the time the two wolves Typhoon was gone! "Sir I know who killed them.they were humans coming byand they were trying to catch his wife. Mia tried to help by pulling her away but they shot her and she fell back wards from the clif they cornored her from And Mia died from the inpacked of the fall."
