A Husky Poem about Haley Mill
There was a female husky named Haley Mill
She was free spirited and reckless
And loved to howl on top of a hill
One day her own yelled
“Stop howling! I’m trying to do my work!”
Haley Mill howled some more
And gave her owner a smirk
The next day Haley was chewing on some shoes
“That’s my best pair!” her owner cried
But Haley didn’t listen
And ended up with the flu
The third day Haley was barking
Her owner cried for her to calm down
But Haley never listened
And gave her owner a frown
Haley didn’t like these mild rules
She wanted to feel wild and free
And not feel like some pack of mules
So one day she ran away
She was happier as ever
But her owner felt dismay
Her owner was sad and cried
He hopped into bed
And lied
Lied
Lied
“What would I do now?” as he rubbed his head
He jumped to his feet
And gotten out of bed
He headed down stairs
Thought he saw Haley
But it was just a shadow
Of his bobble head wife, Kaley
He opened up the doors that lead to the hill
He cried and shouted to the wind
But he heard a loud shrill
Was that Haley?
Did she just yell?
He had heard something
That seemed like a fell
He ran outside into the cold
Past the laundry
And the garden filled with mold
Past the hill
Past the stream
And pass the water mill
Where he had thought he had heard a scream
Then, he saw a haunted shack
He headed toward it
And everything seemed black
He crept into the darkness
When he heard a growl
But guess who it was?
Haley Mill, playing with a fowl
She ran to her owner with a grin
She was just playing with a bird
Who accidentally fell into a bin
Haley followed her owner home
As the night was becoming dawn
Nobody made a groan
In the house they were
Snuggling with her owner
And Haley’s big, fluffy fur
Was like a pillow
But these two
Were now some fellows
The end! J
[Also note that his wife is not a bobble head, it's just bobble head that looks like his wife. ;)]
