A new life
Chapter 1 Black cloud's story
The snow hammered down as the 3 wolves sat down.They looked at each other as black cloud began to speak.The wolves had found each other in despair and promised to help each other to find a new life.Black cloud hung her head in sadness."it began on a cold day,i was with my friends hunting when i saw him".She paused.
"go on"urged shadow storm.
"it was a human dark and evil with his Steele gray eyes.He got out a silver thing which shone like the sun.He put in a strange looking thing in the silver stick".She said.Storm edged forward."bang! i saw my friend drop down upon the floor.When i rushed to him i dragged him but he was lifeless.I left him and rushed to the camp.It was too late most ran.I began to rush around breathlessly running through the trees.Soon when he disappeared,i looked around i called but no one answered.Scared i kept running till i found you"she stopped.
"I'm so sorry"said shadow storm.Storm nodded but he did not speak.Black cloud looked up to the stars in the night sky.Storm felt bad for her and had a story to tell too.
Chapter 2 Storm's story
Storm started to talk"I was in a pack until there was a wolf who was really mean.He wanted me out of the picture"he said.
"did he chase you out?"asked black cloud.
"not really,he was talking to me when he lunged.I attacked him in self defense then the next day the alpha male said i was not welcome to this pack because the wolf said i attacked him on purpose.I left an exile."he said sadly.
"I'm so sorry"said shadow storm.
"that's fine"said storm.
"what about your story?"said black cloud.
"i don't want to say"shadow storm said
"why not?!"Storm retorted.
"because i don't want to!"growled shadow storm.He lay down and then he started to sleep.
Chapter 3 A strange dream
Black cloud tossed and turned in her sleep.In her dream a white wolf came to her"you must carry on searching for a new life"the wolf said.
"what?"asked black cloud confused"who are you?"she asked but the wolf did not reply.
Black cloud awoke and went up to a rock and looked around."strange dream huh"said a voice.
"who are you?"growled black cloud at the voice.
"my name is balto"said balto Calmly.
"how do you know about the dream?"she said.
"i had a dream about it"he answered.Black cloud kept looking at the sky.She ignored balto and went back to the cave.
"i can help you find a new life"he said.
"how"she began"oh it must have been in the dream"she said.Balto nodded and walked to get a drink.
Chapter 4 The adventure begins
The 3 wolves and wolf dog began the journey.Soon they reached a mountain."we must climb"black cloud said.
"great"shadow storm muttered.They started to climb and were quite high."don't look down"shadow storm said to storm but storm did."yikes"he yelled.Then a rumbling noise was heard.
"storm"the others growled.
"what!"he shouted.
"its getting worse"panicked black cloud.
"oh no avalanche!"cried storm.
"quickly in that cave!"balto yelled.The others tumbled in as the avalanche rumbled passed.
"great lets go"said storm.
"not yet,we need to rest"said balto.Storm sighed and sat down."don't worry it won't be long"balto promised.Shadow storm growled and lay down.
Chapter 5 Storm and shadow storm's friendship
"so,how was your day?"asked storm as he walked.
"bad"shadow storm answered.
"year same here"storm said.
"well duh,we been through the same events"he said"oh no i realised this is a dream"he said sarcasticly.
"your happy"said storm.
"of course,wait no"he growled.
"whats your problem?"asked storm feeling upset.
"well i have had a bad life"said shadow storm.
"oh ok i'll leave you alone"storm said.
"thanks i appreciate that"shadow storm said.
"really?"storm asked.
"well yes because i don't want to talk about it"shadow storm said.
"umm do you want to be friends?"storm asked.
"okay"sighed shadow storm as he strolled along.
Chapter 6 Storm and shadow storm's new home
Storm and shadow storm were walking when they heard a howl"what was that?"asked storm afraid.
"a wolf mabey"he replied.
"ohh year"said storm.
"took you about time"He said.
"hello"said the wolf.
"hello"said black cloud.
"year hi"said balto.
"we need 2 more wolves in our pack"the wolf said.
"we'll join"said storm happily.
"fine"said shadow storm.
"great"said the wolf"lets go"storm and shadow storm followed him into the woods.
"i'm going to miss them"black cloud said"but we must continue"she said.
Chapter 7 Aniue comes
Balto was talking to black cloud when a blizzard appeared."lets find shelter"said balto trudging through the snow.
"over there"black cloud pointed.They headed inside.
"welcome"said a voice.
"who are you?"asked black cloud.
"my name is aniue"said aniue.
"aniue"said balto
"yes and i must say that your friends are happy and soon you will be"she said then she faded away into the snow.
"come on its stopped"said balto racing forward.The two headed towards town."stick with me"balto said moving slowly.Black cloud looked around and decided that they should go."humans"she growled.
"they are not hunters"balto said.
"i don't care"she said angrily.
Chapter 8 A new life for black cloud
Black cloud nudged balto"come on"she said as she rushed towards the forest.
"coming"he called.In the forest darkness was everywhere as they looked for any packs but instead there was a bear he swept his large black claws on black cloud.She lunged and grabbed his arm.The bear cried in pain and threw her off.Balto growled and grabbed its leg and dragged it down.Black cloud clawed at its face and blood oozed out of its cheek and trickled down its face.The bear bounded away in the distance."thanks"she said.
"thats ok"said balto.
"hello there"said a couple of wolves."are you looking for a pack?"one asked.
"i am"said black cloud.
"why don't you join our pack?"asked one.
"yes i will"she said and went with them."goodbye balto"she called and then she was gone.
Chapter 9 The end
Soon the 5 friends met again one day,shadow storm and storm became great friends and were good hunters for their pack.Black cloud was also a hunter and was very happy but balto stayed in nome with his friends and family.They then again went there seperate ways."goodbye"balto said to them.
"thank you balto"said storm.
"yes thanks"said shadow storm.
"one day we will se you again and thankyou for helping us"black cloud said and they went off back to their homes.Black cloud went her favourite place the rock and thanked the spirits for helping her.
