Both wolves readied themselves for their showdown.

"Now,don't think i'm gonna go easy on you just because your A girl." Tobu warned.

"Please." Shisa scoffed. "I can't tell you how many times i've heard that one before."

Tobu grinned and lowered himself to the ground,ready to strike at any moment. Shisa did the same.

Both of them bared their teeth. Tobu was the most excited since he hadn't fought in what seemed like ages.

Finally,the two leaped at each other. But,before Shisa could strike,another wolf attacked Tobu and pinned him to the ground.

Tobu stared up at the stranger and saw A crazed and nasty look in his eyes.

"It's time for you DIIIIIE!!" The wolf raised his claws and aimed for his face,but Shisa quickly attacked him and got him off of Tobu.

"Nex,calm down." She said. "He's just A friend."

"Friend?!" He recovered quick and started walking towards her,making Shisa back away with each step. "How.......many times......have I told you,Shisa?"

She tripped on rock behind her and fell. "Nex........I......."

Nex said his next words slowly. "What......have......I.....told.....you?"

Shisa gulped. "Never come in contact with other wolves."

"EXACTLY!!" He yelled. "I've told you,time after time,that I don't like you being AROUND OTHER WOLVES!! YOU DON'T IF THEY'RE TRYING TO GET CLOSE TO YOU JUST TO KILL YOU OR TO KILL ME!! I'VE TOLD YOU......"

He raised his claws,about to swipe her. "Never.......DISOBEY ME!!"

Shisa shut her eyes right after Tobu tackled Nex to the ground. "Leave her alone,you psycho! Who do you think you are?!"

Nex growled and went straight for Tobu's neck. Being the swift wolf that he is,he easily evaded it and chomped down on his back.

Nex slashed Tobu's forehead to get him off him and tried aim at any spot that would finish him off for good.

"Nex! Tobu! Please stop!!" Shisa begged.

"Not until I kill this dirtbag!" Nex swiped Tobu's right cheek.

"And not until I show this guy A one way trip to wolf hell!" Tobu slashed Nex's chin and the two began fighting non-stop.

"Oh. This is terrible." Shisa thought. "I knew he would get like this if he pushed himself too hard."

Both Tobu and Nex started breathing heavily.

"I won't rest......." Nex breathed. "........until I have you killled!....."

"That makes...........two of us......" Tobu breathed.

They made another run at each other,but midway,they both shouted in pain. They both tried to ignore it and wanted to keep fighting,but the wolves collasped.

Shisa ran up to both of them. "Why do you two have to be so hard-headed?"

About 2 hours later,Shisa had taken them back to her den and waited restlessly until they woke up.

She turned her gaze towards Nex. "What is it with you?" She thought. "Why do you have to keep me away from the least possible dangers everywhere I go?"

She turned towards Tobu. "And you. What do you have against love from families? Surely,you must've been loved,right?"

She sighed and rested her head on her paws. "Whatever the reason,...........I hope you two get better soon......"

Right when she said that,she noticed Tobu's eyes starting to open.

She gasped and ran up to him. "Tobu.....are you all right?"

"You kidding?" He said weakly. "Nothing can bring me dow-AAAHHH!!"  He held his shoulder in pain.

"Don't move! You haven't fully recovered yet." She gently layed him down in his previous position.

"Hey,Shisa?" He asked.

"Yes?"

"I......I.......just......wanted to say........" Tobu gulped. "Thanks."

Shisa smiled. "No problem. I was happy to help."

Tobu smiled back and they both stared at each other in A dream-like state.

Tobu had never felt this way before. He just met this girl and yet,he feels comfortable around her. It was strange to him.

Their dream state was interupted by the sound of Nex waking up.

Shisa ran over to him. "Nex,are you feeling okay?"

He nodded. "Don't worry. I'll be fi-"

He noticed Tobu on the other side of the den. "YOUUUUUUU!!"

He tried to charge at him,but his injuries denied it.

"Brother,calm down! You need to rest!" Shisa tried to convince.

Tobu blinked. "Brother?"

"Yes." Shisa said while laying Nex down. "He's the one I told you about. The one that's overprotective of me."

Tobu's mouth dropped. "What?! No way........it's........it's not possible....." He held his head. "This guy.......is your brother?"

"Yes. Are you hard of hearing or are you just to stupid to understand words?" Nex replied.

"What did you say?!" Tobu held his shoulder.

"Stop it,you two!" Shisa shouted. "Both of you are seriously hurt! If you both had just talked out your problems and not have tried to settle it with violence,you wouldn't be in this condition!"

Tobu growled at Nex. "Well,he started it!"

"Did not!"

"Did so!"

"Did not!"

"Did so!"

"Did not!"

"Did so!"

"I did not!"

"You did so!"

"QUIET!!!" Shisa slapped both of them.

She walked out of the den in disgust. "Why can't you two just change?! Your both so irritating!!!"

They both looked back at Shisa with concern. They looked at each other and turned their heads in the opposite direction.
