A back wood boy and a fairy tale princes

Kodi walked down one of the un-known streets of nome then turned left. The lifed his head to a weird smell. He look around and saw houses. BIG houses. Like million dollar ones with purbreed dogs standing behind the fences barking in alert. He sniffed again and smelt it. FIRE! He ran towards the smell to see the biggest house on fire. It looked like the community was built around it by the way they were set. Then he saw something. A brown, carmel, huskey trying to make her way out of the burning bulding.  Kodi barked to signal her through the fire. Her ears perked up and her head turned, as they locked eyes.

  A Carmel husky made her way through the grand house passing the irish terrier that joined her on her jog. “nice morning, huh?” he asked. “yea. It shure is, Matthew.” She said gloomily.  “buck up, nessa. I know you miss Russia.” Matthew said. “yeah.. I do..” then the door was busted down. Nessa bent down barring her teeth as her fur brisled. Men with big black guns came in, one shouted, “bo один расположенный внутри определенный артикль подвал” ( every one in the basement)  all the men and women of the house rushed down the basement, while a husky/wolf ran down and yelled over the people screaming, “ whats going on!?”. “the animals too!!!!” one yelled. They three rushed down the stairs to see the family cowering in fear. “to the loft.” Nessa hissed in a whisper. The sprawled up the hay bales to the wooden loft. Then.. BAM!!

“over here!” Kodi yelled over the flames to get her attention. She ran over to him. “thank you!” she said gasping for air. “you Russian?” he asked. “yes. I am.” The flames when out some weird way as he stood there and looked at each others eyes. She broke the contact and said, “MELLISIA!” she began running back to the house. “who’s Mellissa?” he asked her as he ran behind her. “my girl!” she yelled behind her as she ran through the burn marble door frame.  She ran up the stairs into a pink room that had porcelain dolls on the shelves. In a closet sat Mellissa with her black curls and her blue eyes that were red from crying. “Nessa?” she asked. Nessa let out a little ‘yip’ because her voice scared her. Then when she spotted her she barked and when over to her. “were alone girl..” she said. She climed on Nessa back and soon fell asleep. “good, now all we need is Noah and Mathew and were out of here.” She said more to her self than to kodi. “okay! What happened here?” kodi asked curiously. “well, this is the house of the royal family of Russia. This, on my back, is princess Mellissa. We were so royal that for our safety we were sent here. To nome. Mathuew and noah are my best friends. Mathuew the old twit he is the kings dog and noah is the second princess’ wolf. We were given the Christmas before we had to leave. Noah’s girl, harmony, being the stupid 15 year old she is listened to what the men said, ‘To go down to the basement’” that sentence left a bad taste in her mouth, “They shot every one. the queen, the king, Harmony, the maids, and even the little new born son, Thomas. even the two other girls, kelsi and Casey, the 11year old twins” She said with her head low. “well, maybe there are survivors!” Kodi yipped! “no. there aren’t. Least ways not now. They went to every duke, every maid, even poor harmony and the twins shot them twice in the chest. Making shure they were dead. They baby… he didn’t stand a chance against the gun powder that was exploding everywere.” She said tears coming to her eyes. “im sorry.” Kodi said nuzzling her. “ NESSA!  oh there you are! And who are you?” noah asked as she slid into the room. “kodi. I live in nome and ill help you.” “good. Come on, Nessa! The old twit is annoying!” kodi and Nessa laughed at there friend.

2.   Ralph and Kirby.

2 Weeks have passed since the grand Russian fire. Mellissa is now known as Anastasia. Known as Anne for short. They now live With the Andrews. When they got to Nome they took her to the doctor and she had a concussion. She dosent know she is a princess, Harmony, kelsi, casey, Thomas, her father, her mother. Its all gone. She does rember Nessa, kodi, matthew, Noah, and she knows she’s Anne Andrews.

“Kodi! Were are you taking me?” Nessa demanded as he dragged her along one of the streets. “to meet, dusty, Ralph, and Kirby!” he said happily. “okay, but bring Noah.” She said. “kay’..”

 Kodi and Nessa scratched on Noahs door. Did I mention she lives with Rosies family? Yes, and Mathew lives with the doctor. Happily I must add.  Noah dashed out the door with Kodi and Nessa know they were gonna take her some were cool.

“hey guys.” Kodi said as he walked through the door of the boiler room. “hey- whos these girls?” Ralph asked looking at noah. “oh! These are my friends Noah, on my left, and Nessa, on my right.” “and you are?” noah asked not really care the Ralph was looking at her. “that’s Ralph and that’s Kirby.” He said. Then keltag, Nikki and Star walked in. “hey kodi. Who is this?” he [Keltag] said now looking at, Gess who? NOAH! “im noah. Yours?” “keltag.” “nice to know.” She said Walking out the door. “wait up!” keltag and Ralph screamed after her, also running out the door.

 Nessa and Dusty got along great. Nothing seemed different about life. now things were perfect. Except for Ralph. He kept starring at Nessa. Some things up with these boys. Nessa planed to find out.

3.   a relationship?

“hey kodi!” Nessa said as she ran up to him. “hey Nessa! These are my parents Balto and Cupun.” He said as he said there names he nodded his head to each one. “hi! Im Nessa.” “very nice to meet you.” Balto said in his husky voice. (haha! That weird because his a wolf!)

“hey, Nessa. Come with me.” Kodi sai as his parents walked away. “okay.” They walked to the beach and talked about things. “hey you know springs coming up.” Kodi said. “yeah, mating time.” She smiled to her self. Ever since she met kodi she had always had a crush on him. “so, do you wanna be my mate?”

4.   9-10 weeks.

Nine to ten weeks. Nine to ten weeks till the pups were to be born! Nessa was excited, but having a budging stomach wasn’t fun. the pups could come any minunte now and kodi was on a mail run. ‘Great. Hes on a run and Im stuck here!’

 Only two hours had passed since she had thought that and POOF! The pups were here. There were 5. three boys and two girls. The girls looked like there father. One looked jest like jenna so, she named her Jann

(ja-ann). The other one looked like kodi and she named her Isabel. Then a brown on with a light brown underbelly named, Zeno. Then a brown one that had a white face and underbelly, his name was matt. (kinda after Mathew.) then.. ugh.. A black one that had a with strip on his nose that Nessa knew was trouble. She named him togo. That name that stuck out from his brother and sisters classical names. She sighed looking at them. She gave a slight smile before laying her head down to sleep.

Kodi ran through the tundra thinking of only one thing. Nessa and the unborn pups. They soon pulled into town kodi wouldn’t stop jumping trying to get out of the harness. “whoa, kodi. Something important?” mr. simmions asked as he took of the harness.  Kodi barked in response before running of to nessa’s house. He stoped when he saw mel- Anna out side jumping up and down. “KODI! She had her pups! It AWSOME!” She said before dragging kodi into the house. There he saw Nessa near the fire with 5 pups suckling from her belly. He watched her for a while till she opened her eyes. “oh, hey kodi.” She said. “what are there names?” he asked cocking his head to the side. She pointed to each of with her nose telling there names.

5.   meeting Balto and Cupun. The heros of nome!

The pups had grown a bit and could go out on there own. They slowly walked to balto and cupun’s, Kodi’s parents, boat. “Hey dad!” kodi said running up to them. there was balto, cupun, and kodi’s sister, Devil.  “hey devil!” he said running up and nuzzling her.

“hey kodi! I haven’t seen you in a while! Those your pups?” she asked with a smirk. You see, theres a reason shes called ‘Devil’. She meddels into things and when she was a pup here and Alue were the most hectic. Like always attacking borris , howling, or chewing on hats. “yeah.. and Nessa’s my mate.” He said briskly. “okay, devil don’t go saying something rude or well throw you in a wolf pack.” Cupun said knowing Devil too well. Devil said her good byes and left.  The pups played with balto and kodi while Nessa and Cupun talked. They soon had to leave but promised they would be back.  before they left isabelle and Togo HAD to go jump on some poles. “what are they doing.” Balto said/laughed. Then they raised there head back and howled. Cupun and Nessa laughed and joined in. kodi and Balto stood there with their mouths wide open. The new family left with kodi in deep thought.

6.   grown up.

Boy they grow up fast.

 Kodi and Nessa were sitting behind a box with there 5 pups jumping around. “mama! We’re getting humans today, right?” asked jann. “yep!” she said. There was a pint of happiness and sadness at the same time in her voice. All the pups were gone soon enough.  “lets go home, kodi.” She said while grabbing the box in her mouth.  “yeah, come on.” They walked home sad, but they were gonna keep in touch.
