Description
Fernando is the orphan that i n the begining of the movie, takes Jewel and Blu.But he only does it because he needs the money. He only got half of what he was suppose to get.He then helps Tulio and Linda throughout the movie. At the end I guess you could say Tulio and Linda sort of adopted him.
