Personality: A trouble maker, he isn't liked much by others.

Story: His parents were murdered soon after his birth. He was adopted in by two males, they weren't gay; but were Francis and Tito. He had lots of friends.
He had a minor crush on a dog named Pheobe. He liked to hang out with 'Pa' aka: Francis and Uncle Tito. Those were the two dogs who toke care of him. He grew up knowing them and having 'the attitude.'

As a teen he and Phoebe went out on walks often. They were in love. But then a desaster struck. Francis died. Harvey was broken. Split in half. But he remembered he had Uncle Tito and he had Phoebe. He wondered where his real parents were, what they looked like, who they were. Why weren't they here when he needed them the most? Did he have siblings? Were they older than him, the same age or younger? Were his real family alive? He didn't know.
