Tomoe was born in Inuyasha's Era but she does not remember anything about her time there. all she remembered is hitting the ground in a new land ( the Samurai Warriors Era) the Villages say she fell from the sky. a war lord named Nobunaga Oda saw Tomoe as a good omen (an Angel sent to him from Buda) and adopted her as his daughter. Lady Noh was more than happy about this as she always wanted a daughter. Over time Tomoe developed a strong bond within the family. She was trained along side a boy named Ranmaru Mori, thier trainer was Mitsuhide Aketchi. Tomoe had a huge crush on Aketchi, while Ranmaru had had a crush on her.

One day a strange storm took over the land it felt very unnatural, it lasted for weeks on end. Tomoe being a mika sensed that soemthing was wrong and that his was not a normal storm but kept things to herself. It turned out that the storm had merged 3 different Era's together (Mulans, Inuyasha's, and The Samurai Warriors Era's) She and Ranmaru went out to scout the land and gather information. they ran into a girl name Fa mulan, she was looking for her husband Shang whom she had gotten seperated from after a battle with a Man named Lu Bu. Tomeo allowed mulan to travel with her and Ranmaru and they helped MUlan Search for Shang. They searched for days but there was no sign of him. On thier travels they found out that two Demons  Orochi and Naraku were working together to take over the know merged Era's. They had raised Shan Yu from the dead anlong with his armies to fight for them and help take over the land. Mulan, Tomoe, and Ranmaru went to tell Nobunaga about this. Nobunaga gathered his armies and survay the land and see what threats were out there.

It turned out that Shang was being held prisoner by the Demon Orochi, along with a monk named Miroku. Something about the monks name rang a bell in Tomoe's head, but she could not figure out why. Mulan and Tomoe desided to travel the new lands together and build thier own army to take down the two demons and restore the Era back to the way they were suposed to be.
