Bio: Bashful Flash was born in Cloudsdale. She grew close to her cousin Fluttershy, who was the only pony she really considered a friend. She was devestated when Fluttershy moved to Ponyville, leaving her alone. Bashful Flash was bullied for being a blank flank, like most foals. She was great at flying and supposed that that could be her special talent, but no matter how long and how hard she flew, her cutie mark wouldn't appear.

Bashful Flash finally got her cutie mark one day when she got into a fight with a bully. She let loose all of her anger and kicked the bully's flank big time: A cloud with a lightning bolt over it. The cloud represented her gentle background, while the lightning bolt symbolised the anger that she really possessed.

From then on everypony called her Thunder Flash after her temper and she moved to Ponyville to live with Fluttershy when she was 15. She met Rainbook, who was an apprentice in magic to Princess Twilight Sparkle and the two became fast friends.
