Description
Doctor is a brown stallion, who seems to work as an inventer, lives in Ponyville and is good friends with Derpy Hooves. He had been working on "Flameless fireworks", as he had explained to Derpy, and had been trouble finding a way to get them to ignite.
Derpy found that they made very good flowers for Cranky and Matilda's wedding, and so they were used, and were set off during the wedding. The Doctor then realised that they needed love to ignite.
He is a reference to the BBC sci-fi show "Doctor Who". He is seen as a ponified David Tennant, though he is not voiced by him.
