Prim Hemline is a grey earth pony and the fashion critic at Manehattens fashion week. She's a no nonsense critic, shown when Rarity is almost late for the rehearsal (by a matter of mere seconds). She appears only once in "Rarity Takes Manehattan" (Season 4)

Prim Hemline wears a pink cardigan with golden cuffs and a frilly front. She also wears two purple earings with gold around the rims in her ears.
