Flim is the charismatic sale's pony, alongside his twin, Flam. Together, they arrive in Ponyville, flashing their "Super speedy cider squeezy 6000" machine, which they claim can make cider much more cider than the Apple family can. The ponies fall for it, due to the limited supply the Apple family produces, but the apples aren't so convinced. After a competition to see who can make the most cider (Which the apple family lost), the ponies of ponyville taste Flim and Flam's cider, only to find it a lower quiality than the Apple family's cider. The duo quickly flee, all bets off.

They then yet again appear in "Leap Of Faith" (season 4), up to their same old tricks and tricking ponies into believing they have a special tonic that can cure all aches and pains.

Flim wears the same clothes as Flam: A hat with a blue stripe around it, a white shirt with a blue and white stripey waistcoat on top and a black bow tie. His cutie mark is an apple slice.
