Mrs. Cake is the co owner of Sugarcube Corner, along-side her husband, Carrot cake (Mr. Cake) and with some help from Pinkie Pie. She also has two foals, Pumpkin Cake and Pound cake, who she cares for, balanced with taking care of her baked goods. She occasionally allows Pinkie Pie to baby sit the foals as well, if she thinks she's responsible enough.

She's a blue earth pony middle-aged mare. She's seen wearing a yellow apron with pink frills, and pink earrings in each of her ears.
