Wishes
"That's so cool!" Enzi exclaimed then glanced at his blind friend who's gaze was focused straight ahead instead of skyward.
"What is?" she asked.
"Those lights up in the sky...they aren't that cool really." he added trying to make Jia feel better "My mom told me you can make wishes to them. What'd you wish for?"
"I dunno." Jia replied.
"Well I wish that they'd let you see."

Jia and Enzi with the 'Great Spirits'. I read somewhere that the Aurora Borellius (a.k.a the Northern Lights) can occur over Africa in the spring.
