Now, the part where you put Sarabi and Scar together having a cub, she hates the guy, how would she have wanted to have a cub with him unless he raped her. Otherwise, good tree.

Scar and Sarafina would be cousins, so them having Nala would mean that Nala and Simba are cousins. Even if Scar wasn't her father, they would still be related.
