Kovu and Hiari
Kovu learns that Hiari is his daughter, who he was not able to meet since her mother refused to tell him and ran off. Hiari visits the Pride Lands in search of medicine for her sick mother and Kovu gives it to her. They plan to do a little catching up but sudden news comes to Kovu about a fight between the animals in the Pride Lands. He sighs and goes off to fix the problem but Hiari stops him.
'Can I come along?' she asks her father. Kovu gives Hiari a confused look before shaking his head, no. Hiari growls back, 'Why not?'
She jumps in front of Kovu, blocking his path, and grins at him. Kovu looks at her surprise but returns a smile. 'Alright, you can come. Let's just see how well your mother taught you...'
