Oh no. Zemar is not happy with Akasha at all.
What I think has happened is that Zemar (somehow) finds out that Kya (although she is known as Sahara now) is living with Akasha in the Waterside Pride. He jumps to the wrong conclusion and accuses Akasha of kidnapping Kya, when actually Akasha saved Kya's life. Akasha lashes back saying she doesn't know who 'Kya' is (because Kya never told Akasha her real name which was why she was renamed Sahara).
Long story short, Zemar and Akasha finally come to the conclusion that someone must have dumped Kya/Sahara in the desert to die and would have died if Akasha hadn't found her. They both agree that she should stay in the Waterside Pride until Zemar and Akasha discover who it was (coughZiraandKivulicough)
