Escaped from the fire
Having just barely escaped from the flames of the wildfire, Roscoe and Sera had no choice but to jump in the rapid flowing river below them. Roscoe managed to reach the surface, desperately trying to catch any sight of Sera, until the current brought the unconscious lioness to the surface. Roscoe quickly swam up to her, and just before she could sink down below again he managed to grab her from her neck fluff, and pull her up. The young male started making his way to the river's shore, fighting against the strong current, with his back and sides hitting against sharp rocks under surface, he kept grunting from pain but never loosened his grip from the lioness. Finally, Roscoe reached the shore, and dragged the unconscious Sera to the ground. Bruised and exhausted, Roscoe's strength was now completely worn out, so he collapsed next to the lioness, and everything went black...
