After Roscoe makes an attempt to escape Lagiza's lair he is caught and brought to Vurugu, Lagiza's giant pet crocodile, were he is threatened.



"Vurugu hasn't eaten for weeks," Lagiza whispered, as he pushed Roscoe slowly towards the pit."One almosts feels . . . sorry for her!"



The cub cried as Lagiza sent him foward. He fell but quickly felt a long clawed paw grab one of his back legs.



"So there will be no more running from Lagiza now," his capturer whispered."Understand . . .?"

The next pic shows Lagiza taking Roscoe to his head trainer, Scorpio.



The blind lion felt his way through the dark passages till he reached his boss.



"What do you want, Lagiza?" he breathed, a sense of annoyance in his tone of voice.



"I have a little apprentice for you, Scorpio," sneered Lagiza."If he's any trouble, just call for me. But I don't believe he will be. Roscoe and I have come to a little understanding . . . haven't we Roscoe?"



He looked down at the distraught cub with a fiendish grin.
