Hidden Depths

Hidden Depths

Kinda a prequel to the pic Dakota did of Obi with Salehe and Hiari. I kinda imagine that Obi might have told Kuiwa of his intentions to make up for the hurt he caused Hiari.

And, because Kuiwa kinda thinks him a bit immature, this comes as a surprise to her.

Obi belongs to DakotaWereWolf
Kuiwa and render belong to me

Indeed! xD

Oh definitely. It's really all on Obi for what he's done, and Kamaji has a good reason for not being happy with his son. But his father would be against him for what he has done, and that's why Obi needs Kuiwa in his corner, so then he'll have an unbiased third party to guide him.

This is why we all love Obi!

Yeah, as much as Adla and Aida love him...they both know that Kamaji has a very VERY good point when it comes to Obi and criticism. I think Kuiwa would be the best for him because she is a neutral party but also because she's spent almost her entire life being an adult even when she was a cub, so she's very mature despite her age.

There's a big softie, and a leader deep inside him. His flirts are just one piece of his character xD

Exactly, and he doesn't really have anyone. He might have Adla and Aida still backing him up, but against Kamaji, that might not be as good of an idea. He needs someone who is a third party who can back him up, and slap him when he gets silly, and Kuiwa is just that piece to the puzzle to keep him grounded.

Yeah, Obi kinda grows on her. At first she thinks he's an immature flirt but it's moments like this that she comes to see she doesn't give him enough credit.

Better someone know what he's up to than risk a repeat of what happened with Tendai. He's on thin ice with Kamaji already and I think he's need someone to fight in his corner and back him up with his choices.

Oh Kuiwa, don't knock him out 'til you try it! He can be a bit immature, but he knows when he has to be serious!

I seriously love this, Nama! I can totally picture this too - I don't think Obi would've felt comfortable going off and doing it on his own (since we know where that got him), so he would've told someone about it before he went off and started a civil war or something of the sort.
