'Why Can't Mommy Come With Us?'
In this important scene here, we have Scar with his 'first' born son "Takuma".
Hint, I did not draw Takuma's hair tuft on purpose because, I wanted to show him as a much 'younger' cub here, since this particular scene is suppose to show one of his last times seeing Scar before his mother takes him away leaving the Pride Lands.
Takuma: "Dad, why can't mommy come with us? I think it would be a good idea for her to watch me learn how to fight!" he said, innocently. Scar is suppose to teach his son a fighting lesson on how to defend his enemies.
Scar: "Now, now, son...we have gone through this before. This is a private lesson just for me and you to bond. Your already close to your mother, I want you and I to know each other more. I want to teach you everything you need to know in order to become a great King such as I. That does not require your mother's involvement. Now lets get started, shall we?"
Takuma: "O-oh okay..."
I imagine Scar being more 'polite' and favoring Takuma out of all his children. Too bad Takuma and his mother had to leave the Pride Lands (later on).
