(( EDIT in 2017: I won't update Kion into this. I don't consider him a movie universe character because his movie is actually just a pilot episode for the TV show. Kiara is their only child in the actual The Lion King movie series. EDIT ENDS))
There might be but I couldn't find any that is STRICTLY movie universe as in The Official Story Family Tree, so I made one. (This is a fixed version, at Photobucket as KieranTheWolf and Fanpop as bendaimmortal I have the one where I forgot the line from Zira's parents to her.)
As official as the books are, they were never approved by any of the film makers nor tied into the films but on the contrary, have literally been denied by them - so they do not connect to the family tree in the movie universe.
Even though they've never been mentioned anywhere in any shape or form, I threw in Zira's cubs' unkown father's parents as unknown individuals simply to fill up the empty space that otherwise would've looked stupid.
And yes, I personally assume that all three had the same father because I don't see why would SP's makers have visioned different father to any of them without mentioning it. But of course that's just common sense and not a fact.
Another detail that's just common sense and not a fact is Zira's generation. I just think it's highly likely she belongs to Simba's generation than to Scar and Mufasa's. Otherwise she'd be dead by the end of SP instead of leading a war.
I hope people find this useful / clarifying. :)
PS. I have never worked for and I don't have any connections with The Walt Disney Company. So this family tree is just based off the facts given in the movie universe and open matters helped with common sense.
PS 2. I marked this with my original username at this fandom, which I used at MyLionKing forums. I don't go by that name anywhere anymore.

This family tree is based on movie universe facts as far as possible. As the movies do not say that Scar is their father, I can not mark him as the father. Of course it doesn't say anything about their father, so the way I marked it is still just an assumption and not a fact. But the point is, in the lack of official identity for the father, the most factual way to put it is an unknown male that is not Scar.

No, they should not. As the title says, this is the OFFICIAL STORY a.k.a MOVIE UNIVERSE Family Tree. Thus, anything that is not literally said or shown in the MOVIES, should not be in this family tree.
And that would be a good idea. Finally the Kopa religion would get a touch of reality. Disney has already made perfectly clear he's not part of the movie universe but since some need literal words, I vote for such interviews.
And thank you.
@ Raven of the Shadows: No, they should not be part of this family tree. Remark the huge red words on the top of the family tree. It says MOVIE UNIVERSE and this is titled Official Story Family Tree. Mufasa and Scar's parents are not in the movie universe nor in the official story as anything but unknown individuals, so that's how I included them. Kopa is not part of them in any shape of form, so he's not included.

and you didn't add the parents of Mufasa and Scar and also kopa wasn't added weather or not they were mentioned in the film they should still be added to the family tree
now back on topic about this picture, I like it. However i do believe that this source site should try and get an interview with the Makers of both the movies and the Books with a list of questions so we can get 100% accurate answers to all mysteries and self proclaim truths people have. I can care less about Kopa and if he was in the movie or not XD. but all in all this is one of the most well put together (and neatly done) family tree I've seen.
Kopa does not exist in the movie universe. Only "Fluffy" without a gender until SP turned it into Kiara in its official trailer. This IS the Official Movie Universe Family Tree, and sorry but the cold hard fact is that Kopa has no place in it.
