The Truth
Naamah: "Father, can I ask you one thing before I return back home?"
Malka: "Of course my beautiful flower, what is it?"
Naamah: "How come you left mom and I at Pride Rock when Scar and the hyenas were there? You left us unprotected to die. You've promised that you would come back for us once you've found a safe place. How dare you!"
Malka: *sighs sadly* "Naamah, you were a young cub. It was not safe you or your mother to escape Pride Rock. It is too dangerous outside of the Pride Lands. It is a whole different world out there...I would not think you would have made it alive being so young to travel."
Naamah: "Hmm...I understand..."
Malka: "I am sorry. I was a young parent and not fully mature. But now that I am older, I understand mistakes was made and I wish things were different. I hate that your mother did not make it alive to be my Queen here at the mountain pride. I regret that still everyday..."
Naamah: "I am sure mother would appreciate that father, but you must move on and find new love. She would want you to..."
Malka does not say anything but smile at his daughter and nuzzle her.
