Lutalo and Rhaenys
At some point in the future, Rhaenys leaves Ikeena's Pride and joins up with Ari's Pride.
She comes to notice that Lutalo is kept at arms length from the rest of the pride, the only people who really interact with him is Samanya and Jamil who are trying to get him past his overt aggression.
Rhaenys finds herself wanting to help, mostly out of her big sister instinct, and tries to befriend him. Lutalo, however, blatantly ignores her or snaps at her.
But Rhaenys doesn't give up.
She continues to try and talk to him and get him to talk to her. Over time, Lutalo doesn't snap quite as often with her but he still refuses to open up to her.
At least, that's how I see their relationship going anyways.

WELL THANK YOU! I'M GLAD YOU THINK SO! Yeah, I think the longer he is left on his own, the more aggressive he becomes until he becomes a legitimate danger to the rest of the pride. I think that Ari would need to do something lest he snap. I imagine her solution would be to get Jamil to work with him since they had come from similar backgrounds. |

OH YEAH NO, THIS IS A BRILLIANT IDEA FOR THEM. AND YES SHE WOULD!! Not only that, but I could definitely see that, as she becomes progressively better, Samanya would begin to start distancing herself from Lutalo. Finally happy that she's no longer tied down by her aggressive behavior and her own demons, Samanya would certainly find a place to stay in the pride, and her over-excitement about that would leave poor Lutalo to be left on his own. |

REALLY? I DIDN'T THINK YOU WOULD! I THINK SHE SHOULD TOO! SHE WOULD
KICK IT IN ARI'S PRIDE. Yeah, even if they don't go down the romantic relationship path, Rhaenys would be good for Lutalo and give him a reason to try and confront his demons and give himself a future in Ari's Pride. The way I see it is, after a while, Ari would start to get seriously concerned about him. With Samanya, she is at least showing some progress and is getting better but Lutalo is not showing any progress at all, the opposite in fact. |
