A mate to Jade - Nusu
This is Nusu, my upcoming char. Even if he isn't chosen to be Jade's mate, he's going to be official anyway. His name means 'half' in swahili.
He's the son of two rogues and his parents died when he was just a cub. He was adopted by an old lioness, and she raised him as her own son. When Nusu was a teen, her adoptive mother died. He buried her, having to take care of himself from that day. One day, when he was looking for something to eat, he saw three hyenas cornering a lioness. He ran to help her and attacked the hyenas. The hyenas ran away in fear of being killed. The lioness thanked him and soon the two became friends. Time passed and Nusu no longer saw Jade just as a friend, and he realized he was in love with her. On a starry night, he confessed his feelings for her and she said she felt the same for him. Then, the two became mates.
