New character?

I was fooling around on the computer and I made him ^^ I think he's cute but I'm not sure if I should make him a character because I've only done lions. I haven't picked a name for him yet but I do have this cool story in mind.
Though, he may be clumsy he is also a perfectionist and doesn't like messing things up. The only problem is his sister. She tends to not do as she's told and hates work. She dreams about far away places and seems to be completely far from reality, unlike her brother. She accidentally sends him on some trip with her and the two soon get separated. While trying to find his sister he meets all sorts of new friends, including the Pride Lands, and even some new enemies.

I'm still debating whether or not to make him a character.
