Haha I was wondering at first why that quote sounded familiar, but
then Brown said it and I had a Eureka moment xD Poor Maalik, being looked down upon by Ari just because of what his parents did to her pride, even though it was hardly any fault of his. This poor guy just can't win huh? |

Of course! The quote was just too perfect for this situation (no...I'm
not a Zutara shipped or anything *lies*) Plus I kinda did base Ari's
personality, especially after death, on Katara. |

Yep. Poor Maalik. Ari's venting and he's her personal punching bag. At least she gets over it eventually, after an explosive argument I'd imagine but they do work things out for the better.
