Rainbow: I use Brush tool in Photoshop CS3 to recolored them and tune picture Levels
(this is the lightest that I can do to this picture It cant light anymore)

How do you colour the lighter parts of the character so neatly?
When I try to colour something white using the color layer, it colours it grey instead. D=
