Supposed To Be A Normal Day
It was supposed to be a regular day for Jana. Get up as soon as the sun peeks over the great Mt. Kilimanjaro and go hunting once her father assigns her a partner. Yesterday, she hunted with Nia, and the two had brought back a pretty big kill. Today, Michezo paired her with Kesho. Jana hadn't hunted with Kesho for a long time as he had been taking on the role of cub-sitter until Taiwo returned. Secretly, she had been hoping to be paired with Nia again, but as Nia was hunting with Ayo this time, Jana had to stick with Kesho. Jana and Kesho hunted along the north side this time. In no time flat, they had already done quite a spot of hunting. Jana couldn't remember the last time she had so much fun. Sure Nia and Ayo were nice, but hunting with her best friend was the real deal. She had missed it so much. After taking their prey back to the den, the two decided to take a small break and go to the river. At the river, Jana and Kesho were opposite to each other as they drank their fill. But once they put their heads up, Jana unknowingly slipped and collided with Kesho. She had collided with him many times before, but not like this. They were face-to-face, their noses pressed against each other. They both were pretty surprised at this, but judging by the look on his face, Kesho was kinda enjoying it. But Jana was struck. She could only utter one thing.

colors, just modified to try and fit them into the background  |
